Gage Whitehorn was a man without honor. Exiled from his home, he was a Fae without kin. Without family. Until he joined the warriors of Lock Lake. Now, with his captain on trial, it's up to Gage to protect his friends. His new home.

Amoret Knyt was chosen as part of the Fae jury sent to oversee the trial. Having never left her home before, Amoret is unfamiliar with the world. With the darkness it holds. But she remembers Gage only too well, and even years apart can’t tame the fire he creates inside her.

Falling for Gage is wrong, especially with a man's life at stake. But when the other Fae with her are kidnapped, including Amoret's brother, Gage may be the only one she can turn to. The only one she can trust.

Forced to work together to solve two cases at once, every move will bring them closer to answers they should not seek, and every spark will ignite a fire that could send Gage’s newfound honor and Amoret’s innocence up in flames.

Bound is book 3 in this steamy paranormal romance series featuring badass alpha males and the women strong enough to stand at their sides. The entire Dark Guardians series contains dark themes, graphic adult situations, NO insta-love, and a guaranteed HEA in each novel.

About the author

A. Vers

A. Vers is an immortal being masquerading as a writer of dark fantasy. Georgia remains her stomping ground, where she resides with her husband, son, and their menagerie of pets in a backwoods town far from others of her kind.

Vers has an almond addiction, a lust for coffee, and her music of choice will always be heavy metal. Though she has held jobs in nearly every field (being immortal has its perks), writing and reading are her two dearest passions.

With a twisted sense of humor and a love of all things dark and wayward, Vers is known for creating worlds riddled with the kinds of heroes we all want to be, and the monsters that will keep you awake at night.

Smoking

After I finish every book I think there is no way the next will be better and everytime it is. I haven't been this obsessed with an Author since I discovered C.N. Crawford. Again the world building and characters are A++. Gage is our hot Fae warrior with scars that run deep. Keeping him distant from even his closest friends. Amoret comes sauntering in and is like what walls. There's emotional turmoil, action(both kinds) a great story. What more do you need READ THE BOOK

I dont know how this author keeps making this world better and better but she does. The characters are so deep and complex you want to keep reading until you learn all their secrets. You want to help save the day. You want to fight the baddies...and you want to fall for the amazing supes.

Gage reminds me of a character in another series. Fortunately, I like him too. Gage seems colder than the other members of the investigative team. He is closed off and keeps to himself. Amoret is sheltered, naive, beautiful, intelligent and has loved him for years. When she is in need of protection, Gage's heart thaws and opens to her kindness.
