This is a good Halloween anthology for children. It’s a great read-aloud for young children, but children who are into reading chapter books will enjoy reading this.
Adults may enjoy reading this book, also.
There are ten different stories and each has a Halloween theme. Lots of haunted houses and lots of scary characters. Lots of tricks and lots of treats.
The stories are mildly scary for horror loving adults, but they are still adorable enough to enjoy. So put this on your Halloween list.
Trick or Treat Free for All! Is a free children’s book, short story compilation for children from second grade to fifth, edited by M. K. Radican. There are ten stories revolving around Halloween as a theme that make up the 85 pages. I enjoyed the stories because they were good for a chuckle, but as usual anthologies tend to be uneven. Add to the mix that it is a children’s compilation, and it becomes doubly difficult to give an accurate review.
I think that the most fair judgment would be to call it right down the middle. Most of the stories tend to be humorous, rather than scary. Some tend toward creepy, but because the audience is so young, silliness is the major objective by the editor, Radican who compiled these stories that are free on Amazon. The cover and most of the tales would fall into the silliness category. The book was good for a chuckle because puns are a major tool. Perfect for younger children during Halloween.
This is a great little collection of Halloween stories for children or young readers. It includes a variety of authors - I enjoyed some stories much more than others. There were tales about Egyptian mythology characters, ghosts, video characters, zombies, etc. A fun variety of stories.

Halloween or Hallowe'en, less commonly known as Allhalloween, All Hallows' Eve, or All Saints' Eve, is a celebration observed in many countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day.
The book which I will suggest to you folks today is an exceptionally captivating and extremely fascinating book the substance of this book will make you fall head over heels for this book.

Here is a book that will please beginning and middle-grade readers. There are ten different stories. Each is written by a well-known children's author.
These stories have different themes that correspond with the genre and characters familiar to each of the authors. Detective story fans, magic fans, folktale fans, and mystery fans will find a story to love. Reluctant readers will be enticed by the shorter length and off-beat characters.
Teachers might read one of these each day or the collection might be read aloud at a Halloween party. Anthologies are not common for young readers, but I think it is a good way to introduce readers to a wide variety of different genres and book series.
Trick or Treat Halloween-time stories in this book are interesting. A few stories like Flying Solo, A Good Trick and The Mystery of The Haunted Egyptian Kitchen are unique. I found a few stories with repetitive ideas boring too. Overall, the book is nice.
Your youngsters will enjoy reading this story ! The hijinks they get into to receive their special Halloween treat are fun! I wonder if you would agree that the treat was worth it :)
My son was given an October reading challenge and was told to read some spooky stories. This worked out so he could read multiple stories from essentially one book. The stories were cute and age appropriate for a 6-8 year old. He loved it and so did I!
