V regresní terapii posílají své pacienty do minulosti, aby tam objevovali příčiny svých problémů. Nic se neděje bez důvodu, a pouhé poznání, znovuprožití minulých situací, může významně vylepšit naše vztahy i zdraví a proměnit nám život k lepšímu. Autorka téhle knihy je regresní terapeutkou s rozsáhlou praxí. Přináší nám tedy nejen srozumitelné vysvětlení principu minulých životů, ale i praktická cvičení, s jejichž pomocí můžeme odhalit vlastní minulost. Množství příběhů skutečných lidí, jejích klientů, pak musí přesvědčit snad i toho nejzatvrzelejšího skeptika. Dozvíte se všechno, co o záhadách reinkarnace potřebujete vědět, a ještě se můžete vydat na dobrodružnou cestu za odhalováním vlastní minulosti.
I thought this was a really neat book if you’re into the idea of past lives and what you can learn from them.
It confirmed a lot of thoughts I had about Past Lives (how your interests in your current life can be clues - even things like movies and books you’re interested in). It also made me think about things I hadn’t thought about before or questioned - like the fact that once you do know more about a past life… you can actually confirm details with people who knew those people (there was a story about a child being the reincarnated spirit of his uncle, I believe).
The one thing that was missing - it even talks about our there non-Earth realm ideas, but not animals? I wanted to know if that’s something people had ever experienced before.
On the whole, I liked it a lot. It provided way more information on how to actually tap into your own experiences and lives than others I’ve read, instead of just relying on stories of other people. It did still also have a good mix of examples.
Easy to read and featuring a range of interesting and helpful exercises you can do on your own, this is a great book for anyone who has an interest in past lives but might not be ready to seek out a regression. Chapters are short and manageable and the book is broken into two different sections, the first telling you how you might access information about your own experiences and the second about all the ways this can become relevant to you in this life. I found it fascinating. There’s also an extensive reference list at the end and the author provides ongoing information about different places you can seek assistance/advice as you progress.
Excellent book! Atasha Fyfe breaks down the complex subject of past lives in a manageable, easy to understand format, peppered with practical steps and exercises throughout. Loved reading this!! A must-read if you're even a little bit curious about whether you've been here before.
Past Lives is a non fiction book in the a series of books by Hay House called Hay House Basics.
Have you ever wondered why you yearn for a certain place or country in the world? Why you enjoy certain foods and not others? Have you every gone anywhere or met a stranger and either feels familiar? You may have been to these places or met these people in a past life.
What illnesses or pains have come to you which doctors struggle to diagnose? You may have died from a wound or a similar illness in a past life around that body part.
Do you have recurring dreams? Perhaps these are messages from the past about issues you've brought to this life which now need solving. Much study through past life regression reveals possibilities that we've all lived multiple past lives and are now evolving to understand reincarnation and that we are all here for a life purpose.
If this subject matter interests you then this book might just be what you are looking for.
Over the past couple of months in particular, I have gotten an interest in meditation, hypnotherapy and other 'tools' that can supposedly help improve lives. With that said, I had hoped to enjoy this book more than I did and that it would offer more insights than those I read throughout its pages, but on the plus side, I did note down a couple of affirmations that I hope will keep me feeling positive.
Kinda liked it. It not only has the brief stories of some peoples' past lives, but also has some simple instructions and suggestions for anyone who wants to know about their past lives, soul purpose... Etc. The summary at the end of each chapter makes it easy to understand and focus on the key points.
