T.S. Arthur

TS Arthur is a multi genre author from the UK who enjoys chasing words as they appear to her at random, inconvenient times. A mummy, ex-teacher and avid reader, she squeezes in writing when the family are napping or busy playing. You’ll often find her sat writing whilst being battered by a teddy or plastic axe, or sometimes a cat paw.

Happy to try any genre, her stories mostly feature relatable characters that everyone can enjoy. She has always carried a notebook and held dreams of being an author, although it took longer than planned to get the ball rolling. Whilst her life may be busy and hectic at times, she will always continue building a wide range of stories and characters to help readers achieve that ‘escape’.

This is T.S. Arthur’s debut novel, and it was well written. We first meet Lia, and she starts a relationships only to be heartbroken by lies not once but twice. So we see how unsure of a new relationship and men she becomes. On a girls holiday, she meets Drew and even though the is wary, has such an intense connection with him, that she gives in and they start something up. Unfortunately they have to do a long distance relationship because of their locations. The story delves between their weeks away from each other and their weekends together. Until we hit that pinnacle moment where things come to a head, and Lia believes Drew lied to her just like her ex. She leaves him, heartbroken once more...but this heartbreak is 10 times worse than before. Drew comes and redeems himself. The T.S. Arthur wrote a well thought out story, and I am giving it 4 starts because there were moments when it was too wordy in descriptions. Also, when a book is in first person POV, I dislike when we only get one side....I wanted Drew’s POV so much. But the story was strong, and I can’t wait to see what she brings us next.

Firstly, We Have All Had An Alex, Am I Right. And Alex Was Such A Fabulous Example Of A Fuckwit Man Whore.

This Was Such A Fun Read, Although It Was A Little Sad In Places, There Was So Many Funny One-Liners And Wit, You Couldn’t Help But Laugh. The Friendship Between Lia And Annie Is So Lovely, And It Really Emanates Off Of The Page.

It Was A Shame That Lia Never Did Manage To Clear Her ‘To Be Read List’ On Holiday Because A Long Came Drew. Without Giving Too Much Away, He Really Is A Knight In Shining Armour Isn’t He!

A Huge Similarity I Have With Lia, Begins With T.... Tequila - “You Got So Shit-Faced You Nearly Ended Up Face Down In Some Old Dudes Garden And Then Spent 3 Days Sleeping Off ‘The Hangover To End All Hangovers’. I Slept Through A Cyclone And Tropical Storm In Cabo Following A Night Of Tequila 🤢

I Highly Recommend This Book And Cannot Wait For The Next Book In The Puddles Of Love Series.

Great debut romance

An enjoyable read, I devoured Found by Drew in one day. Romance, cheek, a few good one-liners, and a dash of schmexy all come together for a delightful tale of young love and innocent misunderstandings.

You would not be able to tell this was the authors debut novel. It had all the feels of love and heart break. I’ve been Lia and understood why those walls were so hard to break through after Alex. But Drew managed, now if only I could find my Drew. I am looking towards the book 2 in this series and more titles from this Author. She’s a much watch author :)
