Certain criteria make a really good cookbook. Some of these are in this book. That is the problem - some. Valeria Ray only completed the "fun" part of writing a cookbook. She developed and wrote her recipes, and got some really excellent photos. Yet she didn't provide an index, background, note extra features (like how many recipes are gluten free), or put them into categories. I hope someday she'll finish the job, cause she's got talent and a "hook."
