The fight with the Squadrons has always been personal. But as Eli and his faithful crew take the fight to the Chairman, it's beginning to seem like their enemy is always two steps ahead of them.
To Eli, it seems like more than just familiarity.
It smells like a turncoat.
Reckoning! is fast-paced space opera at its best, perfect for fans of golden age pulp stories full of action, drama, and fun!
Another fabulous story that has you immersed in the characters. It’s definitely impossible not to feel as if you are a part of what’s going on. Don’t miss out.
This episode has Eli Bryce assigned to the Lion’s Mane, a well-outfitted marauder in the Brotherhood’s stable. This much larger ship required a group of experienced Brotherhood troops to augment all of his Boomerang crew, who were providing a bit of finesse, as it were, to the strict military discipline required on Brotherhood ships. They also had room to carry the Boomerang to provide a “stinger” for otherwise suicidal missions. They were part of a four-ship team searching for the rogue Chairman Sherman Amos, who commanded specially picked former Squadrons troops in his nefarious plan to take control of Earth. Eli became convinced there was a mole in the group, because, in every sortie, they encountered overwhelming enemy fighters, even when Eli commanded one without telling anyone where or when they were going. Can Eli locate and eliminate the source of the leak? Can the Brotherhood get the upper hand against the Chairman and bring him into submission?
This book continues Eli’s spectacular derring-do with fast moving action and impossible battle scenes that kept me on the edge of my chair. I’m thoroughly enjoying each book in this great series; I highly recommend it. I’m looking forward to the next installment.
Received as an ARC copy, this is an honest reviews. Chairman Amos, Wescott and their minions are busy reeking havoc against Eli, his crew and the Brotherhood... seemingly out of nowhere. Eli's been betrayed so much by people he once had faith in, but someone on his crew cuts very deep....and Eli won't accept that. As he unravels that mess, Eli is now even more determined to hunt his enemies down... delivering the perfect brand of justice. This journey awakens the crew to just how all of the pieces of this deadly puzzle that's in motion fit together and the consequences if they fail to end it... highly recommended.
Reckoning This is another non stop action si fi book from Joshua and Daniel, Outcast book 7. This book sets up book 8 and Reckoning is a must read if you want to keep up with the series. Space battles in space and on planet are exciting and original. The character Jood plays a large part in this book that is really great. Now that the Boomerang is part of the Brotherhood things are changed. After all the time of being chased, the tables are turned and the hunted become the hunters. 2 more books to the end of the series so do not miss out on this one.
Just as you would imagine this final book of a seven book series gets your blood pumping, laughter going, and craziness just happens. Eli is now looking for a possible inside man who could be a mole. His crew is all over he place and it just keeps getting better. Every book by this dynamic duel is fantastic. way over the top and so much a great ride. If you have read the others , well this is the piece of cake people.
Eli and his crew are back for another fast paced story full of action, danger, and lots of space battles. This time there is a bit of suspense and mystery as Eli hunts for a possible mole. Just an entertaining story as usual as I read to see what craziness Eli will face this time and how he will get out of it. Was happy to snag a copy and I honestly enjoyed it.
On another mission with the Brotherhood -new clues to the evil people in the squadrons causing its deconstruction are found and ya know what they say about karma !
Well another great storyline with the crew of the Boomerang working wonders and the Boomerang proving to be sinister indestructible lol. Totally looking forward to Invasion
These stories seem short to me or maybe they are so good that they seem to be read in a flash. Yes, that’s it because every time I start one I can’t put it down until I am finished.
More good natured science fantasy, with the shootouts and implausible space battles you expect from this series, with the master villain escaping into the next book
This was also a good book in this series . They had plenty of unexpected things happen on this one . There was a few pretty good space battles and they think that they got all the bad guys but one but I'm not so sure ,we will have to wait and see.
