This book is small but helpful. I started this at the beginning of Lent and used it for reflection purposes, I was able to write a decent amount of reflections for each chapter. Since the chapters are not terribly long it gives just the right amount information to consider if you take it with you on mediation. I think all will benefit greatly from this book in helping you over come your personal problems, if you are possess those intrapersonal skills this book will give you the direction you need. If you do not, it will help you develop that skill set.
