Another amazing little book and guide by author Kaden James. Packed with 'how-to, self-help secrets, and helpful nuggets,' along with the methods he uses with his Professional Life & Wellness Coaching and helped him overcome obstacles in his life.
From the first chapter through the last, it offers a wealth of information as it guides you along the way. I learned just how important self-love, mindfulness, and being focused play a big role in our careers and our personal paths to a happy and successful life. The E-book is written well and nicely laid out.
My only complaint? I wish it were much longer ...LOL. This is the 3rd book I have read by this author, and have never been disappointed thus far. I highly recommend it...
