Aimed at intermediates
The book opens by stating this is not truly aimed at beginners, but at those with a good working knowledge of programming already. This book does not spend a lot of time explaining the basics. Which is why it is not set up for beginners. The book does explain that machine learning is the computer's ability to run a bunch of tests and comparisons on data and predict outcomes based on its previous experiencea and knowledge. And then the book explains how Python is one of the easier languages to use to understand and work with machine learning. I liked that the author teaches concepts through theory and real world examples.

Information is helpful for learning python for beginners. The format is odd, so a little tough to read, but the information is easy to follow and understand.

Great book
I am quite new to python and found this book to be very helpful. I never knew that python could be used for speech recognition. It is truly a wonderful coding method.
