The Reign anthology that I have a story in is now in Kindle Unlimited!!!



This anthology features the men and women who reign over their kingdom (whether that be in the mafia world, the MC world, the demon world, the royal world, the business world etc) but fall to their knees for the one they love.

My story in this anthology is SURRENDERED HEARTS. I loved loved loved writing a ruthless cartel boss who a lot of early readers have said is the most alpha character I've written to date. I'm excited for you guys to read him!!

Little Bird - Kally Ash
Bane/Wren - Insta attraction, hot sex all about control and choices
When faced with the decision to give herself to wipe a debt, we see Wren wrestle with her decision. Bane is ruthless and controlling but something in Wren brings out his soft side that every few see. This one does end in a cliffie with the rest of the story in a 2021 release.

2nd chance mafia. Javier and Emelia.
Married to merge families and strengthen the Cartel, Javier and Emelia have a second chance to find their HEA. This story is full of tension and fire. I love Emelia’s grit to not kowtow to Javier.

A Cinderella menage story that was just perfect. Sweet, and HOT! Auggie, Lila and Grayson were made to be together. Sometimes love just looks a little different. I really enjoyed this one.

A taboo relationship of sorts but the attraction between Amelia and Will is palpable in the shot precursor to a future full story. Quick fast read that leaves you wanting so much more.

This story was a cute insta-love story. It starts as a prank of sorts but builds to a relationship. For as successful as Dylan is, she has her insecurities. Cole is famous but humble at the same time. I enjoyed the banter and all of the feels.

King’s Gambit - Emma James
Queenie & Bradford
Boy meets girl in a bar is too tame for this story. The fact that the man (Bradford) is wealthy with a Robinhood complex makes for fun interactions with the sassy, in control Queenie. A little PNR mixed into the story just makes it that much better.

Runaway Princess - Corinne Mazille
Sophia & Jett
The princess and the pauper story. Sophia is running from expectations set on her. Jett just happened to be her knight on a bike. The attraction between the two simmers and proves that insta-love is a thing. I loved how this story played out.

Runaway Princess by Corinne Mazille - Sofia and Jett, do opposites attract? She's a rich heiress and he rides a motorbike and is a business owner. He's also her knight in shining leather as she flees her wedding. A fun story, I enjoyed it.

Illusive - The Exiled Eight MC by Addison Jane
Not read this author before and it took me a little time to get into the story. Alternating view points of the two main characters. Single mum of a teen she has a secret past hidden. Entertaining story.

Little Bird by Kally Ash
This was is a bit of a tease as it's unfinished with plenty more to come.

Kings Gambit by Emma James
This is a fave author of mine, I really enjoy her writing style.
Queenie is in trouble and she didn't even know it...or why.
I'm a fan of paranormal and this just had a hint, more a secret. Queenie is a good person and Bradford a billionaire playboy, he just hadn't found the right woman. Like her guardian angel he swoops in to save the day, with the help of some interesting acquaintances.

StarDust by Leesa Bow
My first read by this author, not unknown though as I am a stalker.
Footy, well I can't escape that living in Melbourne. A troubled player living with guilt falls off the rails on the anniversary of his father's death. Star is she the woman for him, he's not into relationships and she could be trouble.
I enjoyed the insight into his family life knowing he's not all bad. Great love story for these two.

Queen of the V by Liz Lovelock
I had no idea what the V meant, it sure wasn't what I guessed. This woman has her potential boyfriends crossing their legs and running for their lives when she reveals her job. An accidental meeting as part of a joke has her including him as a fake boyfriend to appease her mother. Their fake relationship was fun and I enjoyed their journey.

Three's a crown by JA Low
This was a fun modern day fairytale. Prince who loves his bodyguard is pressured to take a wife for his Kingdom. She'll need to be accepting and understanding of his lifestyle. This was a dirty romp and I'm glad I'm on leave and not reading on the train.

The trouble with love by Kat T. Masen
I haven't read this author before so I don't know the characters and the ending left me hanging but I still enjoyed the story. The characters were entertaining and I look forward to finding out what happens next.

The Unwanted Crown by KE Osborn
Hadn't read this author before either. Innocence in a world of mobsters. She knew nothing of her father's secret life and now she's pulled into it.

Surrendered Hearts by Nina Levine
Great short story, love a strong woman and the sizzling connection with her man. I look forward to discovering more of this author's work.

Another new to me author. Great characters, I look forward to discovering more.

This is a fantastic anthology filled with such a wonderful variety of genres and different characters. There is something for everyone, however, I enjoyed every story.

Three’s a Crown
The premise of an arranged marriage to a prince who is love with his bodyguard is an interesting one because it’s a male bodyguard and the future princess has to accept his real life partner choice. This is an entertaining and enjoyable story where the impossible seems possible and love really is love. Steamy and sexy make this a hot royal read.

King’s Gambit Emma James
One simple night for Queenie and Bradford King turns into a whole lot more than they bargained for and them some. Lorcan and Fern, two characters from a previous book of this author’s, also make appearances and it’s great to see them again. The sense of humour in this story is sensational and I found myself laughing out loud and quite often. I also found myself going through many different emotions, especially with Queenie... I am just going to say Cinderella’s scene is so poignant.

Illusive-The Exiled Eight MC Addison Jane
Zoey who is a strong, sassy, independent woman and Huntsman who is the president of the MC, are the lead characters in this story and I loved seeing Huntsman get his romance, well sort of 😂, on. This short story has a bit of everything; ‘Bing bong’ 🤣 oh great humour that does have you chuckling, terrific descriptions leaving you with no doubt what the actual picture is like, a baddie who threatens the status quo and wonderful characters overall.

Little Bird Kally Ash
This is the beginning of the story about Bane-as he says, “King of coke and pussy!”, and Wren who owns and runs a pet grooming shop. I have to say I was hooked immediately by this opposites attract story and loved every minute. I definitely will be reading the full story when it releases, I can’t wait to see what happens.

Surrendered Hearts Nina Levine
Emilia Sanchez and Javier Torres are absolutely fantastic characters, both so very determined. Javier is alpha to the max and compromise is not in his vocabulary-well maybe a tiny bit with Emilia’s help. Emilia is a strong businesswoman who has perfected the art of compromise. The fighting, the tension, the suspense and the demands-I loved it all.

The Unwanted Crown KE Osborn
Savanah is a terrific character, she is strong, determined and sassy. I loved her in Fugitive, the third Houston Defiance MC book but her story answers so many niggling questions. 😆 There are two love interests in this story making this little triangular puzzle very interesting. The outstanding thing about this story is the way you experience every emotion with the characters as well as for them. I felt elated, disappointed, surprised, saddened, angry and proud-to name but a few.

King of the Boroughs Penny Dee
Bella was a princess, Alessandro was a prince both destined to become King and Queen. Alessandro is yummy! ‘nough said! 🤣 He is tall, dark and extremely hot plus is an ultra alpha, especially when with his Bella. I love Bella too, she is strong, sassy and determined-such a great character. Altogether this is a fabulous story.

The Trouble With Love Kat T. Masen
This is a new adult story about Amelia who is basically a high achiever who knows her own mind. She is only just starting out, yet is strong-willed and determined. I liked her strive and sense of purpose, plus the fact she knew what she wanted. The only thing about this story is- I wanted more. 😄

Prince of Ruin Bec McMaster
I am not a huge fan of the fantasy genre normally, however, this story hooked me in and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sera was a fantastic characters with her determination and sassy mouth. I thought Azazel was one gorgeous hunk of deliciousness. Oh no, does this mean I’m swerving the the dark side? I love dark stories and this one fits the bill perfectly.

The Marriage Claim Evie Mitchell
This is a royal story about a Queen, Katherine, and absolutely refreshing to have a different powerful role and that perspective. I really enjoyed this story, it makes you feel great and is extremely entertaining. I even went as far as one clicking some more books by this author as soon as I’d finished this story.

Stardust Leesa Bow
I love the lead characters Dustin Williams, an AFL star, and Star who is the daughter of a member in the Silver Hell MC. This story has it all-romance with a red hot ladle of passion, suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat, past traumas to deal with and great humour. There are some big issues that are woven into the story extremely well, this intensity balances the lighter moments. Such an engaging story I loved every bit of it.

Queen of the V Liz Lovelock
Dylan and Cole’s story is such a good one. Both are great characters and easy to like. I particularly enjoyed the great sense of humour where the fun banter often had me chuckling aloud. There are good messages in it too, which are embedded into the fabric of the story well. I wondered what Dylan’s happy ever after would be like and know I know!

Runaway Princess Corinne Mazille
Sofia Winters is a runaway bride to be and Jett Reed is, unexpectedly, her trusty knight on his steel stallion. This story has some fabulous humour within a serious setting. The two lead characters are terrific and I liked them immediately. There are some great secondary characters too and some not so great ones that are described perfectly. A very enjoyable story.

Reign, an Anthology for all tastes!

There is everything to love about Reign. This anthology of talented authors, novellas that can be squeezed into any small reading window and something for every reading taste. So far, I’ve read JA Low’s ‘Three’s A Crown’, Leesa Bow’s ‘StarDust’ and Liz Lovelock’s ‘Queen of the V’.

JA Low's Three's A Crown ... Hot and sexy royal quickie.

Holy hotness Batman!! This novella length book has to be the hottest one I’ve read from Author JA Low! I was damn near sliding off my chair! If you’re going to be reading it in public, read it with your back to a wall and a stoic look on your face, otherwise people are going to be giving you odd looks – I’m serious!! I was reading this at home and got asked twice what kind of book I was reading. It might be Cinderella based, but it most certainly ISN’T one you’ll be reading to your kids!!! 🔥 And, I loved her two sisters.

I love quickies; you can fit them in anywhere, and in this one, Prince Augustine and his bodyguard Greyson are two GQ-esque males hiding a loving relationship because Augustine is required to marry for duty and produce an heir. I absolutely adored these two men. They were hot and sexy as all hell, but just wow, did they ever own up to their expressive feelings and communicate them perfectly.

The King was organising a ball, and the Prince had to choose his Princess.

Princess Lila was one off the wall young lady who had to show up at the ball out of duty, and it wasn’t the Prince she was initially attracted to. Arriving there with her beautiful sisters, she let them make the best impression with the Prince and eyed up Greyson instead. From there on, Ms Low gives us an amazing treat as theses royals negotiate their way around royal expectations and protocols. I loved hearing from the triple POV and their open and honest lines of communication made the insta-love aspect of the story flow smoothly as it should do for the short story length that it is.

Ms Low rounded out this dirty quickie with the perfect epilogue making it a 5 Star erotic novella read for me. If this sounds like your bag, pick it up, you’ll love it 👑

Leesa Bow: StarDust

Author Leesa Bow’s StarDust was as equally amazing yet opposite in flavour, being written from a single POV of Australian Football star Dustin Williams. Readers have met his older AFL star brother Rhett Williams, now retired to the family farm with his wife Tori, and in this novella, we get Dustin’s story.

He was a perfectly flawed and damaged hero whose grief was deeply imbedded within his psyche and kept his pain carefully hidden behind his public persona of an Australian Football star with an impressive playing record and a public face that inspired young ones to emulate him. He was at the top of his game, reigning supreme, keeping everyone at arm’s length, women included, but he has one night a year where that tight rein on his emotions and actions breaks.

It was one such bender where he meets a woman who will make him a second look.

Star was the woman who saw his hidden pain and matched it with a personality and some bad-arsery of her own. She too hid behind a mask of indifference and my heart broke when her confusion at their growing closeness broke through, allowing a rare glimpse of the woman who had been treated with little regard for love and sex, given she had grown up in the MC environment. She may have been well provided for, but she was still the daughter of an MC VP, and expectations were placed on her shoulders. I loved her.

Ms Bow packs a lot of emotion and story into this novella, no words are wasted. At the heart of this was a man who still relied on the unconditional and optimistic love of a mother for her son, no matter how grown up or famous he got, and in one particular scene, I was reduced to absolute paper towel rated ugly snot and tears.

My favourite though; Dustin Williams, AFL legend playing the total hero. Swoon!!!! 5 Stars for StarDust 🌟✫¨

Liz Lovelock: Queen of the V

We met Dylan as a secondary character in Ms Lovelock’s book Something Old, Book One in her Jilted series, and I admired her own-your-sexuality character. While she was a confident and successful career woman, she was a lonely woman in her mid-thirties. Any potential date did a runner once he’d found out her surgeon’s specialty; Vasectomies. “I think after going through men like underwear, I’ve just grown accustomed to being let down by the male species.” ‘Queen of the V’ is her story.

What’s a successful career woman to do when the epitome of her ideal man shows up for a urine test, NOT a vasectomy, because his mate has played a joke on him?? Bill the friend for time wasted, and blackmail the gorgeous leather jacketed clad man into coming home and playing a fake boyfriend for the evening, just to get her well-meaning but interfering mother off her back. That’s what.

What can I say about Cole Carter, Supercross superstar, except that he is a swoony kind of sexy well ... EVERYTHING!!! Ms Lovelock read my mind when she conjured up the perfect book boyfriend. My hubs looks the best in leathers on his motorbike, so my imagination was streets ahead already. Add in tattooed sleeves and I was drooling over this man who was straight up and protective of those he deemed his friends and family.

With a school reunion on the horizon, family interference ensured that Cole was the one to rub her success in the noses of those bullies who made Dylan’s college life a nightmare.

Ms Lovelock packed a lot of emotional backstory and healing into this novella, and I would absolutely love to see it extended into a full-length novel in her Jilted series.

Witty and light-hearted, 'Queen of the V' was another fantastic read in this must one-click Anthology ✂️

The Unwanted Crown by KE Osborn - 5*

Savannah Del Rey had finally gone home after staying in Houston at the Defiance MC clubhouse with best friend Jovie in order to see her ailing mother. She immediately gets into an argument with her father when he explains that he has arranged a marriage for her. Beyond angry, she has to make a decision between her old flame King who has appeared or Hunter the man she is supposed to now marry. Can she work out what to do and who to choose deserving of her love?

I loved this story which involved some of the characters from the Houston Defiance MC as well as some new characters. Sav had a lot on her plate to decide - especially after she had some fairly major surprises. I loved the way it ended and I can't wait to read more about what happens next. Well written, easy to read, feel and understand. Contains some sexual content.

Of the authors I really wanted to read, fabulous job!
Addition Jane - finally!!! Huntsman!! LOVED LOVED LOVED it!! Really hoping we get more of his and Zoeys story!
Nina Levine - WOWSERS!! Javier is HAF!! Like jeez Louise!! And man could we all channel Emilia with her “I ain’t stepping down” attitude! Great story!

I imagine others will be thinking the same of their fav authors.
Off to explore some new to me authors! 😊

Loved this anthology, there were some authors I've known for years and many who were knew to me. The hot af bossy men in this anthology will leave you wanting more forsure. They each have been paired with an equally strong woman, who can only be controlled by love. Great reads forsure, I can't wait to stalk the new authors i have found in here.

I haven’t had time to read all the stories yet but from what I have experienced, this is a fabulous collection of stories by an amazing group of authors.

Sassy and spunky Savannah returns home to find out her father expects her to marry Hunter, a man she doesn’t even know. When a blast from her past returns, she escapes to Houston to see Jovie only to be left again by King. When Hunter comes to her rescue, will she realize that her father’s plan isn’t so bad after all? Hunter knows what his duty is to his family, he just wished Savannah understood what her father really did so she would know as well. He is surprised by the electricity that is felt between them so how does he convince her to marry him? I was so excited to get Savannah’s story after meeting her in Fugitive. For a novella, this story was packed with action and sexiness.

I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

With this collection i have only read the Story The Unwanted Crown by K.E. Osborn. This story is an off shoot of the Houston Defiance MC.
Savannah is fighting the arranged marriage her father has arranged for her and the fact that her mother is sick and dying. It’s a lot to put on her shoulders.
She is fighting her attraction to her intended Hunter, but is finding it harder all the time.
When her family and his family are blended they will be a force to be recorded with as it will blend two mafia families together.
Savannah doesn’t know this, and it knocks the wind out of her sails, when she does find out.
They both must swim in the uncertainty of the future and they will become the King and Queen of the Mafia World.

Three’s A Crown from this collection by JA Low is a quick steamy novella that has your skin on fire and your heart pounding. A story based loosely around a Cinderella theme has three characters heating up the pages. As Prince Augustine, Princess Lila and Greyson the bodyguard take us on a fast paced sexy, steamy romance it will have you unable to put their story down and hoping for just a little more time with these characters as their chemistry and story ignites the pages.

Stardust from this collection by Leesa Bow is a fast paced novella surrounding Dustin and Star. Dustin is an AFL player caught up in a web of guilt over the death of his father and Star is an MC Princess that he should steer clear of. As the pull to each other becomes too strong and what should have been only one night turns into so much more, these two will need to fight the past and the present to finally have a future. An entertaining story that is easy to get lost in and then crave just a little more.

The Unwanted Crown by KE Osborn is a short story that connects us with some characters from the Defiance MC as it takes us into the Mafia world. An arranged marriage romance that has Savannah and Hunter finding that sometimes what is a convenience might be something more. A little push and pull that will keep you on the edge of your seat. This novella might be short but it packs a punch and delivers hard with the action and heat.

Unwanted Crown by KE. Osborne was a great short story that had me in tears. I loved how jovie made an appearance along with the Houston Defiance MC . Hunter definitely got off on the wrong foot with Savannah but he was there for her in more ways then one. Loved it.

A Cinderella menage story that was just perfect. Sweet, and HOT! Auggie, Lila and Grayson were made to be together. Sometimes love just looks a little different. I really enjoyed this one.

This story was a cute insta-love story. It starts as a prank of sorts but builds to a relationship. For as successful as Dylan is, she has her insecurities. Cole is famous but humble at the same time. I enjoyed the banter and all of the feels.

Boy meets girl in a bar is too tame for this story. The fact that the man (Bradford) is wealthy with a Robinhood complex makes for fun interactions with the sassy, in control Queenie. A little PNR mixed into the story just makes it that much better.

Runaway Princess - Corinne Mazille
Sophia & Jett
The princess and the pauper story. Sophia is running from expectations set on her. Jett just happened to be her knight on a bike. The attraction between the two simmers and proves that insta-love is a thing. I loved how this story played out.

Loved this story which has a background with the Defiance MC characters but takes place within the world of Savannah Del Ray and her family. An arranged marriage between Savannah and Hunter Mc Hale is more than just a marriage of convenience.Can two people who have never met find common ground or will the arrogance of one and the stubbornness of the other force them apart. Great story

If i had a D it would have been perpetually hard from the first word till the last! Serious steam factor!

I love a fighting couple. Javier is as pig headed as they come. Set in his ways he get's what he wants. Always. Of course this caused hot flushes and a tea break! Phewwwwwww *grabs top to cool down body temp* That man is H.O.T. i mean like Emilia i would wanna floor him but he's a perfect fantasy come true! Sexy, Alpha, Powerful, Protective = YUM MEEEE!

Emilia is what you wished you could be. Strong and independant she put up one heck of a fight. If it was me i'd have folded like a deck of cards the second he stormed into my room! Lol she was the perfect Queen for him. He knew it, she knew it. The families knew it.

I loved this story. Being short we're straight into the action! Which i kinda loved. It was exciting and lures you straight in. My only gripe with it would be i need more from these two. More, more, more! Also... i mean... there are 4 brothers between them. Surely theres room for a little Mafia series. I'm thinking 5 books is good 🤷‍♀️ Please?!?!

Highly recommend! Just gonna go nosey on the rest of these stories. If this is anything to go by i'm in for a treat!

SURRENDERED HEARTS by NINA LEVINE
Ahhh this is the first non MC book I've read from this author and I hope she does mafia again soon, as this may of been short but it definitely wasn't sweet, and it left me wishing it was longer. Fantastic characters and plot was great for the size of it, but definitely had potential to be even more epic.

THE TROUBLE WITH LOVE by KAT T. MASEN
This was a new to me author and I can see why I've heard many good things about her. I normally wouldn't pick this kind of book up, as way too light for this dark soul, but it was well written with lovable characters and a plot that you can't look away from.

QUEEN OF THE V by LIZ LOVELOCK
This story definitely pleasantly surprised me. I've loved dark books by this author, but this is the first light and fluffy one I've read. And I didn't hate it! The characters and plot kept me turning the pages, even if I wanted to shake the female main character at times.

I really enjoyed this hot as hell, fast paced read. I read this in about an hour. It was so good and I wanted it to carry on. I will live in hope that this is expanded to a full novel. I haven't read a really good MMF book for a very long time and this one has spiked my interest again.

This is indeed a royal affair with a complete twist. I loved that it was totally unconventional and although you had the stuffy royal parts. You got the easy going, love who you want to love side which was a joy to read.

Prince Augustine, Princess Lila and Gregson were ment to meet and when they do not only do they find they all fit perfect, they also find there happy ever after. This story was a joy to read and left me smiling.

The story was so good, the chemistry was off the charts and I find myself wanting more!
This story had everything you come to expect from Nina. An alpha a-hole, a bad ass sassy female heroine, lots of heat, action and through it all, it kept you on the edge of your seat and then of course there was the HEA.

Lila was a Princess and woman who was unlike any other, so when Auggie asked her to be his wife and future Queen she was not only thrust into the Royal spotlight but also a unique relationship where she finally found her true happiness. You have so many authors that include Penny Dee, Bec McMaster, K.E. Osborn, Nina Levine, Liz Lovelock. Evie Mitchell, Kat Mason, Emma James, Addison Jane, JA Low, Kathy Ash and Corinne Mazille. Some of these authors I have read lots of their stories and some are new to me. However each story in this anthology was absolutely amazing. You can't fail with all the Royalty, MC bad boys, CEO, Mafia Kings and their are even a demon or two thrown in. There is something for everyone in this anthology and I will say that you should get it and enjoy all the amazing stories that are in it.

All the short stories in this anthology have men who lead, and women who are strong enough to handle them. Reign is a collection of stories where I enjoyed both the story and characters in each book. I feel both these key aspects were thoroughly developed within the restrictions of a novella. These are all different, yet impressive novellas leaving me wanting more!

Surrendered Hearts- Nina Levine- 5*
Emilia and Javier have an explosive relationship, where both are striving for control. Emilia is an intelligent and independent woman. She vows she will not break under the constant, deliciously dominant pressure of Javier. This story has a lot of tension and frustration, leading to a climactic end.

Three's a Crown - JA Low. 5+*
This story is sweet, yet off the charts hot! All the sex scenes are steamy, but the MMF sex scenes are beyond that. I really loved the three main characters and the emotional connections that they shared. I didn't want this one to end.

Kings's Gambit -Emma James 5*
Another great thing about this anthology is the varying sub genre's that are represented. King's Gambit by Emma James, has a Super Natural element that works in well with the overall Reign theme. Along with the lead characters having King and Queen represented somehow in their names, the strong male dominance and female strength shine through.

When Dustin visits home in a Adelaide and Stars life is turned upside down, it’s family that backs each other and decide to try and save Star.

A heartwarming love story with a heart stopping ending that will leave you wanting more.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, though I did shed a tear or 2 towards the end. I marked it down a star purely because I’m not a fan of paranormal and this book dabbled in that world, and it lost me. Purely my issue, definitely a highly recommended book to those that are fans of that genre!!
