A must have for food lovers

This book has been great so far. I am on day 2 of the diet and I have been loving it so far, i can tell its going to be so helpful for me as i have been feeling better already with what i have been eating. Ive recommended it to my family already and i think if you are on the fence you should buy this book.

Lovely recipies

Thought I'd give this diet a try and so glad that I did. It's got some lovely recipes in that look tasty and delicious. As well as the benefit of being healthy. And if I loose any weight on it that will be a double bonus.

Amazing mediterranean diet cook book.love the different Mediterranean salad you could make.ts one of my favourite books and love making different meals

Delicious Mediterranean plan

To try something different this book helps to maintain the diet and have delicious food. Have many recipes easy to cook and fast to cook. Healthy ingredients and bought watering results. Does have 28 days diet plan too for maintaining proper health. Start reading and get tasting new meals
