Farrah
I need a million dollars. I don't have even ten bucks in my bank, but I need a cool million by Christmas if I want to save the town's wildlife reserve.
Enter Wolf Rodriguez, local good boy, international heartthrob, and lead singer of Metal Heart the hottest band in the world.
Oh, and my ex-highschool crush.
I just have to convince him to help me pull off the fundraiser of a lifetime… even if being around the attractive rocker turns me into a bumbling, blushing fool.
Turns out, Wolf likes that kind of thing.

Wolf
This holiday I just wanted to spoil my niece, eat some pie and recharge. God, did I need to recharge. The last four years had been nothing but tours, records and screaming fans. With the new year fast approaching, I had songs to produce for our new album.
Pity my muse is missing in action.
Or at least it was, until I overheard Farrah Sharif whispering to a stuffed tortoise. The cadence of her voice, her tone, her words – all of it is revving my muse into overdrive.
So we strike a deal, in exchange for performing at her charity gig, Farrah has to let me record her voice.
Only, I didn't expect her whispers to get a little breathy. Or that her bumbling rambles would have me wanting to know more.
And there's no way I expected to crave ever mention of my name on her lips.
She's slaying me. And I can't help but love how bad it hurts.

Warning: This book is inspired by hot rock stars, ASMR, and the joy that only a good Christmas story can bring. So, escape the craziness, find someone to kiss under the mistletoe, and give yourself the gift of a great holiday read.

'Te amo. Me das palabras que
nadie más me da. Me inspiras, me deleitas, me enojas. ¿Cásate conmigo?'

✨🎄✨You Sleigh Me de Evie Mitchell seriebCapricorn Cove libro 9✨🎄✨

Mí humilde opinión:

🎄✨🎄Farrah

Wolf y Farrah eran perfectos juntos y... Calientes!

Copy received from author for an honest review

If you have read previous Evie Mitchell books you have met Farrah and Wolf, however you can dive in here and not be lost.

You Sleigh Me left me smiling from the first word to the last.

Wolf is amazing, and I love how determined Farrah is. You can't help but need them to be together.

I laughed out loud, and swooned a little too.

We back in the cove and we finally get Farrah and Wolf story we saw bits in the halloween one.

Farrah is in charge of the animal center and there last donor cancled on them leaving them in debt and almost bankrupt. Also these characters are dealing with Covid.. so thats a twist. And down in the dumps Farrah meets her old school pal Wolf who is a major Rockstar hes already offered her another small job be his muse and do asmr since he's in a slump. But Farrah already said she'll do it for free if he helps with the center.

Thats were there dream is born. Studio time and turtles both have been pinning after one another for awhile now its time to move forward. But Farrah does get scared at one point and is running but she does come back and finds out wolf did something himself to save the center and did something else.

No ow/om drama, no cheating, tiny drama, Slight secondary charas, sexy times, sorta virgin gal(she popped her cherry on sex toys) and no manwhore celibate 5 years

This was just fantastic. The chemistry was off the charts and set the pages on fire. The love, trust and giving between these two is magnificent.

This didn't feel like a christmas novella, and also, because there was a pre existing relationship, that we as the reader weren't a part of, it was hard to believe the chemistry between the two.

Wolf and Farrah have known each other since high school, Farrah had a crush on him but he was out of her league even then, now as a world famous rock star he is in a whole other stratosphere. The two meet up at Caleb’s Halloween party where before she knows he’s Wolf, kiss. She runs into him again when she is leaving a meeting with a company that has promised a large donation to the wildlife sanctuary. The son who now runs the company refuses to honor his late fathers wishes and pulls to promised money. Dazed she is leaving the office where Wolf sees her and takes her for coffee at an exclusive club where he can be without getting mobbed by fans. She talks about trying to brainstorm ideas to help raise the funds to finish the turtle sanctuary. Wolf wants to help but knows she will refuse the money outright from him. Plus he needs Farrah, her voice helps his muse create. He offers to help her if she will let him record her voice. She agrees and goes over to his house to have dinner and record for him. While there as soon as she starts talking he starts hearing lyrics in his head, and zones out while she makes dinner, he literally writes till his pen runs dry. After dinner they go to the studio and Wolf asks her to sing the song he has written while she was talking. She reluctantly agrees and they sing together. After singing they listen to the song and end up having sex on the couch in the recording studio. Farrah is a virgin and Wolf has been celibate for five years. They are interrupted by his security who notice he has been out of the house for a long time. Embarrassed she dresses quickly and runs out of the studio. It’s a few days later that Jasmin talks her into going to talk to him, he is a headlining act in the online fundraiser for the turtles. They talk and confess their love and he tells her he donated five million to her sanctuary, plus he has listed her as a co-writer on all his songs. Two epilogues one where they find out the are pregnant and second where they get married after the baby.
I sort of didn’t understand Wolf’s all of a sudden love for her, it’s like they are talking and all of a sudden he loves her? I felt like it was too tied to her ability to activate his muse and if could have been any woman who had that voice.

Me inspiras, me deleitas, me enojas.

Another Captivating Story with a Bit of Rocker Flare...

"You Sleigh Me” is the story of Farrah and Wolf, the intrepid former mayor and animal conservationist and the reluctant rock star we came to know and love in “As You Wish” and earlier Capricorn Cove tales. After chapters rife with their unique flirty banter here they get their very own telling of kismet. A story, while not quite as straight forward and clear cut as Yasmin and Caleb’s, and a bit confusing in character imagery, is still a strong example of the wickedly sexy and vivacious storytelling I have come to love and expect from Mitchell.

This one will peak your interest in all the things that inspire the muse within you as you watch Wolf struggle to write songs for his next album.  A struggle that brings in aspects of ASMR, an auditory process for him that is beyond intriguing. A trigger that gives him a unique connection to Farrah’s voice, plugging it directly into his soul in a way that is beyond “aww” inducing. In addition, Farrah’s unyielding love for Wolf and willingness to give him what he needs to create and be whole is quietly beautiful, her struggle to overcome her insecurities completely relatable and will have you choking up on her behalf. You will root for this couple and sit on the edge of your seat as you turn each and every page hoping for that first kiss, that first confident confession of care. You will feel their lyrics in your gut even if you can't hear the actual music.

It is another captivatingly lovely addition to the Capricorn Cove series and a joyous way to pass the hour or so it takes to read.

This was different from the other novellas that I've read by the author (which I really liked). The characters went from "like" to "love" in the matter of sentences. The couples in the other novellas talked about protection and getting tested, but Farrah and Wolf didn't have a conversation until they started doing it.
Farrah smiled and something in me shifted, the world falling out from under me. Oh shit. I do like her. "Sounds good, I'll see you then." She turned, heading towards the exit, leaving me standing like an idiot in their storage room, a stuffed giant turtle—no, tortoise—at my feet. I realization dawned on me. I loved Farrah. I. Loved. Farrah. I love Farrah. Well, fuck. (pp. 38-39)

I really like how Farrah held her own. There were subtle ways in which the people she interacted with talked down on her, but every time she stood up for herself, the people around her, and didn't let others dictate what she should do. Those conversations all started off as something that could veer into tropes and cliche, but Farrah handled each situation with such grace that made me appreciate her strength even more.

I love all books by Evie Mitchell! I particularly enjoy that she continues to tell the stories of characters we have met before. This is a stand alone HEA, but it is a continuation of a series, or two, where we have been introduced to these characters before. As always Evie put a unique spin on her character; ASMR is something new to me, but well explained and fit perfectly in the story. Farrah is a bad ass lady trying to hold her own, when she is rescued by her high school crush turned rock star, Wolf. Wolf embodies "swoon." He knows what Farrah needs and makes it happen before she even realizes she needs it, all the while he is the doting uncle, making ovaries everywhere burst! Farrah openly accepts Wolf's help and uniqueness, and just loves him for him. It is a sweet, kind of second chance, with a little bit of rockstar craziness!

I LOVE Christmas romance stories...and I've read one of Evie's before so I was beyond excited to read Wolf and Farrah's story.

Wolf may have been a rock star / celebrity but his heart was always in The Cove. He didn't care about the money and the fame, it was always the lyrics and music for him.

The deep and intense connection between Wolf and Farrah was off the charts. I felt like her being his Muse and exactly how that worked (read it, you'll understand) made their love that much more deep and intense.

I also really loved that Farrah stayed true to who she is and her values. Money and fame didn't tempt her. Taking care of her animals and being a part of The Cove was all she needed...well and Wolf. 😉

🌶️🌶️ - medium spice

I like these characters and appreciated seeing that something happened between them during the timeline of the previous book. Learning how Wolf became famous and the connection to Capricorn Cove was also really cool!

Farrah is great and I appreciate her commitment to the animal rescue, especially her willingness to dress up like a pirate and wrangle a bunch of kids! 🏴‍☠️

There some things in this story that were a little strange or felt rushed. Their relationship made sense, but certain things didn’t feel as natural or smoothly written as previous books.

Curious about Malik’s character in the next though!

I received an ARC and I'm freely reviewing.

Oh my goodness, Wolf is too cute for words. In this one, we get to know Farrah and Wolf, her an animal activist and he a famous rock star. They bump into each other after Farrah received some upsetting news and he listens, he's there for her. Wolf is struggling with his music but with Farrah around, the words and lyrics flow from him. She has crushed on him since before he was famous and he was always captivated by her. This is a fast, sweet (the yummy kind) read that will have you chopping at the bit for the next one.

As with all of Evie’s books, you fall in love with the main female character. Farrah is a confident woman who you would happily have as a best friend. She has feelings for High School friend Wolf who is now an international rock star. Due to Farrah’s Wildlife Sanctuary losing vital funding Farrah and Wolf are thrown together to help each other out. I loved seeing the building chemistry between the two of them. The way Farrah inspires Wolf is beautiful. You really want them to work. You can see how right they are for each other, plus the sex is steamy. Another great read in the series.

Definitely on the weaker side. I haven’t read any of the previous instalments of the series, but maybe I’d have enjoyed this story more if I had? I liked Wolf, he was definitely well-written, while the female lead fell flat. I got the completely wrong impression when she was initially introduced, and just found her dialogue confusing. The sexual innuendos also weren’t my type. I doubt a virgin would just jump to give a man a BJ, even if she did really like him. Just me? Okay, I’ll show myself out…

Absolutely my favorite couple. Having read the prior books, I knew Wolf as a former ladies man who swore off women and is family oriented. Farrah was presented as equally family oriented, kind hearted, and passionate about her community and animal reserve.

They have mutual friends but spent limited time together. Think that guy you thought was cute in high school but you only saw him in hallways or in group settings.

Their attraction is sexy, exciting, and joyful. This story is full of talent, passion, and an intro into ASMR.

Highly recommend for a quick rainy day read.

This is about Farrah and Wolf.

I felt like I just didn't believe the chemistry between these two since they have a back story we as readers know nothing about. Maybe this is better if you read other books in the series? They also kept getting caught while they had sex, and one point literally left Wolf's agent in the other room to go do it and it was like HE'S STILL WAITING FOR YOU GUYS TO GET BACK?! Very short novella. But also barely Christmas.

Farrah is the ever caring wildlife conservationist. Wolf is a global singing sensation. He’s also a local boy who still calls Capricorn above his home. Their two worlds collide when the wildlife reserve is in jeopardy of closing. I liked the story of these two. There was a little less romance but I think it was just right for these characters and their personalities. Can it wait for the next in the series.

I love alll of Evie Mitchell books, this one is absolutely no different! But, this totally hit a different spot! Farrah and Wolf are such a sweet couple from the very start, I feel like there’s no bad happening in this story! It did bring ASMR which is something completely new to me, which now I’m going to look into! I completed recommend if you want short and sweet!

Wanting More

Farrah needs help for her animal rescue but not once does she think to ask her rock star friend Wolf for the money which just makes Wolf respect and love her more. Farrah knew Wolf before the fame so he wants to help but he also wants more with his old friend in this sweet and fun read.

Wolf and Farrah.

So this series is great. Stories short and sweet. But this one...is my fav. Wolf and Farrah loved eachother since forever and finally let their guard down. I love howstrong Farrah is and didn't make a decision to to make money. You have to do what makes you happy.
