Welcome to Holiday Cove. A magnificent little place where we're known for celebrating holidays. The whole town gets into it, and it's quite the celebration. It's also Fall, which happens to be my favorite time of year.
Did I mention that I have a secret as well? I have a crush on my older brother’s best friend, Jamie, but he’s only ever seen me like a little sister.

This is a sweet small town romance between Piper and Jamie. Being her brother's best friend stopped them from admitting their feelings for one another. The author does a beautiful job describing both her characters and scenes as she weaves this slow burning romance. It's well written ,moves quickly and smoothly and is an enjoyable read. I'm looking forward to more from this author.

3.5 starts for me. This was a cute read and really got me into the fall mood. Piper and Jamie have know each other for a long time, each wanting each other but for the sake of Piper's brother they stayed away. Jamie finally gets up the courage to ask Piper to their local town Fair. Things start to heat up between these two but they still have the secret hanging over their head by not telling Piper's brother. I know in a small town there is always the chance of dating people the hero and heroine knows but it was slightly weird to me that Piper dated Jamie's brother AND he was giving them both advice on each other.

There is some steamy scenes and mild drama but overall it's a safe, good, fast read with a fall theme.

The first book in the Holiday Cove series a well written Fall story. Jamie is Chad's best friend, but Jamie has secretly loved Piper Chad's sister for years and he is going to let her know. There will be a misunderstanding that will have to be cleared up. I enjoyed reading this story and want to read the next book. This is a new Author to me. A sweet, small town, holiday themed romance story. The story was enjoyable, Jamie and Piper have known each other all their lives. Piper is the the little sister of his best friend and that means she is off limits. He has been in love with her since she turned thirteen. Piper has been in love with Jamie and is determined to get him to notice her. A fun read.

Crushing on your brothers best friend and vice versa, only he is off limits in so many ways. Loved the sweet nature of the storyline and characters. Liked that this was a simple innocent love story, a little bit of drama, but it fit well into the overall plot. Liked the ending as everything came full circle.

Another good book I have read by the author, and I have not been disappointed at all! To see the hot steamy romance that was happening between Piper, and Jamie. I will not say a lot because I do not want to spoil it. It was well-formatted, and I love that I could read it and not have any problems. Bravo Andrea!

I really enjoyed this story! It is a bit slow paced, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Jamie and Piper have known each other there entire lives. Jaime is patient, loving, and loyal. Piper is sweet, caring, and a homebody. Though each has had feelings for the other for a long time, they each had some growing up to do. But the time is finally right. Jamie is finally to the point where his love for Piper doesn't threaten his relationship with her brother. Piper is finally old enough to make up her own mind and stand up to her brother over those decisions. What I liked best about this book was the sweetness of it all. There is a wonderful sense of destiny surrounding Piper and Jamie's whole romance. This isn't a mad dash of passionate heat, but rather the realization of a lifetime of love ..... with passionate heat! LOL! Enjoy!!

MY SEXY PUMPKIN is a sweet, small-town, seasonal, short-story romance that's taken place in Holiday Cove by Andrea Marie. Piper Harlow has lived in Holiday Cove since she was born. She was part of a happy family. She'd met Jamie Denton when she was only three years old. Her brother Chad had met Jamie on their first day of kindergarten and been best friends ever since. Jamie was Piper's first crush, but she thought he only saw her as a younger sister. She didn't know her protective older brother Chad had warned him off as anything other than a younger sister. So, it wasn't until Chad left Holiday Cove to join a New York Police Dept. That was when an adult Piper and Jamie felt free to tell each other about their heartfelt feelings for each other. Jamie & Piper would both face Chad to tell him that they were now a couple, the very next time he came home. Sadly, it didn't work out quite the way they had hoped it would happen.

Not a big fan of the genre that this book ran under. Though the author did an amazing job in bringing out the characters and the surroundings in this book. The way that the author described the scenery, clothing, food, booths, etc... could have been a little bit better. Even character descriptions weren't all that great, but they were there. The plot line was... eh... To say this book was not what I was expecting. I'll give props to the author for coming up with a unique title.

3.5 attraction between two people is normal and excepted but what happens when its your brothers best friend. The unwritten rule of friends don't date siblings until he finally askes her out. The sparks fly in this short and sweet story. I enjoyed this just wish the characters where developed a little more which would have added more depth to this story

Pumpkin

I’m not sure what to say about this book. It had a sweet storyline and lots of potential but it was told in such an odd point of view that I just didn’t care for it. And honestly it completely lost me when the guy just slinked off and didn’t fight for the girl he has supposedly been in love with for so long (even after saying he was going to stand up to him). He just lost all respect from me then.

My Sexy Pumpkin is the first book that I've read by Andrea Marie. It was a cute little older brothers best friend story with a happily ever after. I love how the town is all about the holidays. I can't wait to watch/read this author grow her craft.

Completely safe and free of abuse and cheating. No ow/om drama. I'm pretty sure that they are both virgins.
