In Ireland of 1916 all the emotions of loyalty, love, bravado, ambition, and power came together as the nightmare of all nightmares. To the close community of Shaw’s Bridge, South of Belfast, every sense was laid bare. War in Europe had no winners, only survivors if they were fortunate.A hundred years later history, as always, has been rewritten. Twisted and abused to suit the power brokers of the day. The real lives of those who lived those dark days disappeared like the morning mist over the River Lagan. Only ghosts return to tell the tale of their fate and destiny in the most unexpected ways.

Charming, set in an area I'm very familiar with, and probably of interest to anyone with links to South Belfast.
