A book full of insight, wisdom and practical advice.

The book feels incredibly well researched with lots of references so that you can find out more about a particular theory.

The author's voice is strong and as you read you feel like you are being guided by a wise, old friend.

I really recommend reading this book if you want to understand why you do the things you do and what you can do to change the things which make you unhappy.
