The man claiming to be my father is quite literally the worst option imaginable. This isn’t happening to me. For the first time in my life, I know who I am and where I want to be and, in the blink of an eye, everything is spinning so utterly out of control.
I thought the fight with Maddy was the worst thing I faced.
It’s not. I’ve grown up in a house of lies and it’s all crashing down on the five of us, and I have no idea how to protect the ones I love best from the fallout. They’ve all made it clear, they’re not going anywhere.
Worse, I don’t know how to keep them from wading into this fight. I can’t imagine my life without all four of them. I don’t want to.
We can survive this, right?
*Please note this is a reverse harem and the author suggests you always read the forward in her books. Contains some bullying elements, mature situations, and is recommended for 17+. This is the seventh in a series and the story will continue through future books.
I love books. Not just a little bit, but a lot. Books were my best friends when I was growing up. Books didn’t care if I was new to a town or to a class. They were always there, my trustiest of companions. Until they turned on me and said I had to write them.
I can tell you that my own personal happily ever after included writing books. I’ve always said that an HEA is a work in progress. It’s true in my marriage, my friendships, and in my career. I am constantly nurturing my muse as we dive into new tales, new tropes, new characters and more.
After seventeen years back in Texas, we relocated to the Pacific Northwest in search of seasons, new experiences, and new geography. I can’t wait to discover what life (and my muse) have in store for me.
Maybe writing was always my destiny and romance my fate. After all, my grandmother wasn’t a fan of picture books and used to read me her Harlequin Romance novels.
Friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, friends to enemies to lovers, you name it, I love them and love to write them. I started with Earth Witches Aren’t Easy, the first in the Chance Monroe trilogy, but my characters and I have traveled a long way since I created that urban fantasy world.
One of the series I hear my readers recommend the most is the Untouchable series followed in quick succession by the Vandals, and that just delights me. No lie, whenever one of my readers brings up my wolves, I do a little a fist pump.
I’m active on social media, and I love hearing from readers. Feel free to tag me with a question about any of my books, or just say hi!
This book was the perfect progression in the series. Heather is a genius on how she plots each of these books and I can’t love her anymore than I do for it. This book in particular showed the growth and just trust and love between the characters. They are so solid and really care for each other. They make sure each one has what they need and will support one another through thick and thin. Especially the guys with Frankie, they will step outside their comfort zones to make sure she’s happy.
I don’t want to give too many spoiler so I will leave you with this... just trust in Heather as you read this series. She will take you on the best journey with these characters.
I love all the guys, but way coop and jake are with Frankie is the best! I love how accepting of each other being involved with her! All the guys are melting my heart, and I cant wait to see where the next book goes!
Words can't express just how much I love frankie and the guys and this latest installment of their story only serves to deepen that.
After that cliffhanger at the end of the last book I was on tenterhooks for what this could mean for their little family moving forwards. What it came to mean was Archie shot to the top of the leader board for me. His fierce determination is amazing <3
The character development throughout this whole series has been phenomenal but I really felt that this book was frankies moment. She knows who she is and what she's worth, she has her guys and Rachel and she's not afraid to stand up for herself when it comes to bad meatloaf (I may have fist pumped at one point!)
I have to mention the steam, because oh lordy the steam. Can I have a birthday like that? Pretty pretty please! I'd settle for just that sandwich 🥵
The guys families also really shone for me, I love how immersed I get into these books and the extra dimensions only help you go deeper.
Heather announced that the series will in fact be 12 books rather than 10 and I honestly couldn't be more delighted!
3.5 stars. I liked this book but didn't love it. This book seemed to drag a little. I love sex scenes but I felt like there were a lot in this book. I was a bit underwhelmed with the second half of the book. After everything thats happened prom seemed silly to fuss about. I felt that the major drops for this book..the emancipation and the blood tests were resolved fairly quickly and the rest seemed not as concerning. Another thing that has become increasingly clear is the amount of perfection these characters put off. They can do no wrong essentially and are always so perfect. They've been together for 8 or 9 months now and other than the bit in the beginning with Ian there have been no bumps with one another. They have had a lot going on outside their 5 piece so its not always been so noticeable.
God i LOVE this series and these characters. After the major bombshell cliffhanger in the last book, I’ve thought about them more and more often. I was so excited and anxious for this book and it did not disappoint!
Frankie is everything. She’s such a great FMC, and so authentic. Her reactions to things and how she deals with things is so realistic, and I’m so glad for it after reading too many tough and exaggerated heroines. Her boys are outstanding. They’re always there for her and each one has their own personality. The focus on this one was largely Archie and I have no complaints, because as much as i love them all, i have a special spot in my heart for Archie 💖
What I really appreciate about this series is that it all feels real. RH can sometimes seem really apart from everything, but this one incorporates family and how the outside world sees them. It deals with real world teenage things like choosing college and parents who want to support (not bad meatloaf.) it’s really refreshing to jump into their world.
The first book or two in the series were detailed in the day to day of their world, and while at the time I may not have completely appreciated it, now I do. It really set up everything so nicely to where they are now. I’m dying to do a reread soon and see what else i missed and connect everything over.
I’m dying to know more about Rachel and what’s been going on with her. She’s such a good friend to Frankie. I am so excited for the next book and what comes after graduation. To see them move on to a new city or their next adventure is everything! I’m so glad two more books were added because i want to read about them forever, truly.
Also, if you haven’t joined the Facebook group for bonus scenes, what are you waiting for?! The bonus scenes, especially the ones of the boys first meetings with Frankie, are everything. I’m still anxiously crossing my fingers for one from That Summer (because I’m a masochist apparently who needs to read about the boys and their conquests when Frankie wasn’t around), and I just want to know everything.
This series is worth the read and i loved this book!!
After the cliffhanger from the previous book had my heart clenching and i desperately searched for my pages and answers. DAMN YESSS gurl this book broke down the history and provided the facts we all want and needed as we felt Frankie's pain.
I absolutely adore Frankie Curtis and her strength is powerful and attractive. Archie really grew one me and his determination and love for Frankie was heartwrenchingly beautiful.
The guys throughout showed maturity and strength which has my heart doing summersaults the whole damn way through from their love and passion for Frankie to their families loyalities!
GAH, WOW OH WOW those scenes we're jaw droppingly sexy! You will be in desperate need to cool off after.. can i please have a birthday like that😇🥵🥵
That ending, yet again had me needing amd reeling for more... but i think I'm loving Frankie & her harem and Heather Long captivates my damn heart in every page! 🖤
Finally, this is being turned into 12 books with a further 2 more than the original plan and I'm still all aboard the Frankie Train & secretly danced around in pure happiness at this news!!
This is book 7 in the series Untouchable and it just gets better and better with each book. This story about Frankie and her boys has really touched my heart. Recap is she was best friends with them for years before they were together. Cooper, Jake, Archie, and Ian. They originally had ruled that she was off limits to any male asking her out or even really talking to her because they were all in love with her and she didnt know it, and thats how it started. This series has taken them through high school and this latest book puts them on the cusp of graduation. They have had it rough. However in this book, which has become my new favorite, shows them becoming such a strong unit. I adore these boys and the way they adore her. I love the steaminess between them all and it has definitely ramped up in this book. Im sad but also happy that their high school journey is over but also a little terrified to imagine what might happen in the next book. I dont think we have seen the last of Maddy. This book answered alot of questions and I was very happy with the ending to this one. Of course its a cliffhanger but its not the worst one. All in all, I cried alot in this one, not due to tragedy but due to the things the boys said and did..It was truly amazing. I will continue this series all the way to the end..I know it will stay with me for days and years to come. I love Frankie and her boys so much. Heather Long is an amazing author.
The story is starting to even out with the drama that’s followed the characters since book one. The development had tapered off a bit as well, but the book is still engaging and so dang good.
I was so excited to start this book. This book was about healing, and devotion. I was so moved with everything done in support of Frankie during all of her trials. The love, and respect that she collects along this spring journey is heartwarming. And while she does have some struggles, this book is the perfect lead up to Graduation and Gifts- the progression from high school to adulthood, this is THE coming of age story that collects the HEA. Frankie and her boys expand their love, learn to communicate more, and earn the respect as a family, and I’m here for it. 💗💗💗💗
*Basing three stars on the way Goodreads describes them (3 as I liked it and 4 as really liked it)
One of the things that I think Long does nicely is resolving some of those open doors. As you might guess from the title of this installment, we get a bit of closure on the emancipation situation with her mom, and we also get to see Frankie go to one of the biggest milestones a high schooler can have: the prom. With those two situations being wrapped up, we're fully ready to move forward into the other doors that are opening for our crew.
Now Frankie has to deal with the question of her father, finalizing college plans, and just what they'll all do in this next phase of their lives. In what I thought was a little surprise, though I won't be specific and spoil it, those open plot lines wind up intersecting more than I thought they would, and I'm curious to see how that might change (or not) decisions the crew has made.
The pacing of T&T more or less works for me. There were moments that I felt moved a little slower, but this series has always been one that's very dependent on little, very human moments. With contemporary novels, unless our characters are in some extreme career path- like a special agent or a cop- isn't that what life is made of? Little moments that are kind of normal, but they're what move the story forward all the same.
One thing I liked is that we've got a good balance of Frankie and what she's dealing with, along with what the guys are each dealing with. Long doesn't make them be just faces and bodies on the page; they have their own families, histories, and issues, which is where I think she's really done something right. No matter which book we're in, it's easy to orient which guy is taking the lead, and they don't blur together.
Overall, I enjoyed T&T with really two smaller things kind of poking at me. First, there really was (or at least it felt like it) much more s*x in this installment, or at least an emphasis on it, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I do think there was enough plot that it was still a quality story; however, I think it just felt like an obvious spotlight that the other books did not have. Other than that, Rachel is starting to get on my nerves a little bit. The repetition of her personal life being such a secret is feeling a little flat to me, like she's supportive of Frankie, she sasses the boys, and she's entertaining on page, but I want her to feel more real, and she doesn't- not compared to the other characters that Long has created.
Trials and Tiaras (Untouchable Book 7) Kindle Edition
by Heather Long
Thank you to the author for the complimentary reviewer's copy. I am choosing to leave a fair and honest review. The best thing I read in this whole book was that Ms. Long would be adding more books to the series. I did a little fist-pop when I read that. If you haven't read the other six books in this series, you should start with Rules and Roses. This is a Reverse Harem romance, meaning the heroine is four men and doesn't have to choose between them in order to reach her HEA. While this takes place in high school, this is a 17+ book. There is a moderate amount of kink. Frankie and her boys are back. This time we start where we left off, when Archie and Jake rush off to Archie's mother to get some answers. While they were gone, Frankie, Coop and Ian have some of the sexiest fun in print Ms. Long handles the kink, BDSM, logically, properly and avoids the '50 Shades' misinformation. She lays out the true benefits and purposes of power exchange. I've only seen this handled with the same level of care in Emma Holly's novels. There are plenty scorching sex scenes that are hot and vanilla Most of the story was an exploration of Frankie and her mother's relationship. The mother seems to demonstrates bi-polar behavior, from the low lows and the manic level heights combined with her lack of empathy and her hyper-sexuality. Much of this is revealed because of Maddy's attempt to exploit Frankie's trust fund, which led to the deliberate fraud of the blood tests. Frankie bears the burden of carrying the duty of narration. Her voice is clear and completely her own. When the boys do cut in, they are also wonderfully unique. At this point, I can tell them apart, even without name tags at the beginning of a chapter. What I did miss? In previous books, Ms. Long included text conversations. They are still there, but there weren't as many. The text chats captures who the boys were when they weren't with Frankie. They also filled in a lot of information. This is in my TBR list as a re-read. I am sad to see that this series is near its end.
I think it's safe to say by now I've made by utter, absolute adoration of Frankie Curtis and her story known to anyone within earshot, armshot, heck, slingshot range. This has quickly become one of my favorite book series to date, and I have to say, no one writes emotional nuances and triumphs better than Heather Long. This book has proven it beyond any doubt.
Trials and Tiaras gave us everything we've come to love in the Untouchable series, and then gave us even more. We've seen these characters laid low, bruised and battered and broken, and we've seen them stare down loss and grief and anger with only one thing able to rise above and ring true - being part of this family means you will never be alone. That someone will always be there to catch you when you fall, to have your back and to remind you of your strength should you forget.
The one thing that sticks out to me above all else in these books is that while there is steam and suspense, love and longing, romance and angst, there is also growth and honesty in all its real and raw glory. And while I am so utterly in love with Frankie's love story, more than words can say, what I found myself in awe of this chapter was the bond between these characters as friends and family, too. Frankie's friendship with Rachel, the boys' friendships with one another, and their relationships as a whole have all grown and evolved into the type of unwavering love and devotion that moves mountains. It's achingly beautiful, and propels this series into a class of its own. I absolutely cannot wait to see where Graduation and Gifts takes us on this journey!
After the previous book i was devastated, in anger and i needed answers....and now its the time! FInally! I can't say that this story is just about a girl and 4 boys...its beyond that! The love and growth we have seen through out the books is amazing! I absolutely am in love with the boys and with frankie and with all of them! What amazes me more is how the author each time twists and plots and gives us always something more...a bit more...a bit more feeling...a bit more tears perhaps...a bit more laughter. I would like also to point out the delving the author has done in the BDSM scene which i personally love! I love how she approaches it with all the boys and with frankie and how well it seems the author has done her research! Feelings runs high throughout the book and the sex scenes are of course to die for! Further more this series just turned into a 12 series book which means more books for us to read! I cannot not mention the fact that once again the author had us gasping again in the end of this book and i personally can't wait for the next (truth be told though it was not a gigawatt bomb as in the previous on and it was exactly what my heart needed!!.)
I'm so proud of Frankie in this book. She lays multiple verbal-smackdowns that she definitely wouldn't have even dreamed of in book 1. This ride has been WILD and it's so good to see the gang overcome some seriously shocking obstacles.
I won't lie, I'm nervous for graduation and for the resolution of that tease at the end. But I feel like we're in safe hands with Heather Long, and ultimately I'm excited to see what's next.
Frankie and her guys are finally free. Their family understand their relationship and support them, there is no trace of Maddy, and Frankie's birthday is approaching. Her guys celebrate her with a birthday she can never forget, and they finally reached graduation. The book ends with a cliffhanger, I think not as bad as the ones in some of the previous books, but it still won't stop me from reading book 8 as fast as I can. I need to know!
I loved this book. We see Frankie learning about her and her mothers past with a few revelations along the way. Bad meatloaf are up to their usual tricks again, though I believe Archie's father actually wants to try make amends. The relationships Frankie has with all her boys becomes deeper and somehow more meaningful throughout this book and it was a lovely soft ending, which I definitely needed after the bomb at the end of book 6!
This one was pretty chill overall...there were a few instances of tension and drama, but this mostly felt like a "break" before shit inevitably hits the fan. I still have how many more books to go?

Who would you suggest this book to? Anyone who likes slow building high school romances.
What is your general opinion/ rating of this book? SPOILERS I am so happy that Archie and Frankie are not related. (Although the drama reminded me of a soap opera for a moment.) Frankie’s mom is much more unstable then we are first lead to believe. I surprised that the guys families hadn’t caught on the them all dating the same woman sooner. Although, most of them handled it a lot better than I expected. (I thought they were going to handle it like Coop’s sister did.) I thought the part with the MC and Racheal being prom queens was amazing. It seems like after all of the hardships that the MC has gone through things are going her way. (She is also super rich because of Grandparents trust.) Like all of the books this one leaves us off with a cliffhanger where the MC biological father shows up. I am looking forward to how everyone reacts in the next book.

When I started reading this book, I was wait, what? This isn't where the last book ended. Then I realized what was going on as the next chapter flashed back to Valentine's Day.
Archie was on a mission and Jake was with him. Hopefully to keep Archie from ending up in jail. The first visit was to Muriel, his mother in New York. She wasn't pleased with the visit or the questions Archie had for her. At least she didn't seem to know that Edward believes Frankie is his daughter. I love the way he managed that one without saying it.
Have I mentioned that Jeremy is the best! He's been described as butler, cook, house manager, and general good guy, but seriously he is Archie's family. A parental substitute so much better than the actual parents.
Jeremy has the arrangements made for DNA testing for Archie and Frankie to put this whole thing to rest before their plane touched down.
The second visit Archie and Jake make is to the country club to confront Edward on the golf course. Oh that was so much fun. Just how Edward didn't know Archie and Frankie were dating just shows how self indulged he is with what he wants.
I love how supportive Coop, Ian and Jake are of Archie and Frankie during this. The love just flows off the pages.
With so much going on in this book as Graduation nears, there's also the emancipation hearing. The morning of has some surprises for Frankie that had me laughing out loud.
One of the biggest things to stand out is how much everyone has matured. Each book shows some degree of this but this in this one it's more than obvious. Especially in Frankie's demeanor and the way she's standing up for herself and Archie.
The interactions with her guys just sizzles and is sprinkled with giggles and experimentation.
I truly loved all the scenes with Rachel, she has issues she's not sharing, but Frankie won't give up or stop asking.
Frankie and Ian have decisions to make, their College has been chosen and Graduation looms.
Friendship, love, family of choice and the heat that radiates off the pages with Frankie and the guys will have you turning the pages to see what happens next. At least I didn't want to throw my kindle at the end of this one.
We are finally back in the world of Frankie. It's one of my favorite places to be. After that hella crazy ending in B&B, I NEEDED to be back in this world and find out just what the actual fudge was happening. Well we definitely get some answers and we don't have to wait too long to get them. Archie is on a war path and let me tell you, IT IS HOT! Bless his poor soul, he has been dealt a real shit hand in the parent department. It breaks me heart but I love seeing him put them in their place. It makes me that much happier that he has such a strong friendship with the guys and such a strong bond with Frankie. The fact that they can all rely on each other so fiercely is amazing.
The long awaited trial is upon us and y'all I'm not even gonna lie. I got emotional. It was such a huge moment. Such a great testament to Frankie's character and how much she has grown over the series. Showing my age a little here but I felt like a proud momma. Frankie was prepared no matter the outcome. It was just a beautiful moment for me.
There are so many things about this book that I love. I don't want to give away any spoilers but a quick run down of a few points I mentioned to Heather: obviously Archie and his dad, this one scene with two of the guys and Frankie, talk about smoking hot, and then this little thing that Ian's mother says, it's like my new favorite thing EVER!! I can't wait until you read it. Rachel is a boss as usual. Although there's something going on with her and she needs to man up and talk to Frankie about it. Jeremy and Grandpa are also awesome in this book.
The ending in this one does leave us with our mouths hanging open and questions pouring out but it's nowhere near as bad as some of the others. Just a great lead up into the next book. Which did you hear, Heather has added two new books to the series!!! I'm so excited. This series is one of my favorite RH series to date and I don't see that changing any time soon. I have a feeling Frankie and the gang are going to be sticking with me for a while.
“True love doesn’t need a sentence or a charge, it just needs to be there.”
Frankie is backkkk!
She’s back and I could not be more ecstatic about it!!! Dear lord this book, y’all. Let me tell you, it was APTLY named because there are some trials all right. There are also some of the most heart warming and steamiest moments of the series in this book too.
These books get increasingly hard to review without spoilers but what I can tell you is that if you haven’t picked up these books, you are missing out.
Heather Long has captured my (and so many others’) hearts with this series because of the emotional attachment you develop to the characters while you’re reading. She has created a series that is so much more than just a romance. It embodies family, love, friendship, loyalty, strength and so many other things we all wish for in our daily lives.
There has been so much character growth and development over these seven books that makes me fall even harder for these characters. This series is everyday life. It could be my story or yours or the neighbors. It’s real and raw and emotional and it’s just not a series you can read and not become invested in.
My hat is off to heather in mad respect for what she has created. Every single book just gets better. Steamier, sweeter, more exciting. Every single aspect that I love and trust draws me in, she somehow manages to elevate. Every single book. And every single one has me loving these characters more. It’s one of the few series where I really can’t pick a favorite guy. My favorite depends on what chapter I’m reading. Frankie needs ALL of them and they all need her.
It’s a beautiful story and an amazing journey for these characters. I am THRILLED there will be two more books because I never want this journey to end.
Ps FRANKIES CONFIDENCE BREATHES NEW LIFE INTO ME. I think it’s maybe my favorite aspect of this series is watching her grow.
What a great read. I’m caught up in the story of Frankie and the guys. Gets you in the feels. I laughed a lot, freaked, got aggravated, and was left breathless. The cliffhangers are enough to make you scream lol. Lucky for me I was able to read all 7 back-to-back, so cliffhangers frustrated me only long enough for me to grab the next book! Frankie is an intense driven person who has a crappy home life with a neglectful and abusive parent. Having Coop, Jake, Ian, and Archie as best friends who actually were trying to date her while she was clueless was funny, and charming. Touching on school bullying and social media bullying made sure it was up to date with what’s actually happening to kids now. To bad it doesn’t actually resolve as easily in real life. Even though I left school behind lllooonnnggg ago lol, I still enjoyed the books. While at times the behavior was way older than 17/18 yr olds exhibit in any world, it was still interesting enough to hold the reader. It was easy to relate to Frankie in her struggle to come to gripes with her relationship with her mother. Having the guys always have her back she starts to understand regardless of her mother she is a strong lovable person. Each of the guys have well developed stories and problems as well. Navigating life as a group couple with communication being key helps meld them into a strong beautiful family. I can’t wait for book 8 to see how the sperm doner works out lol. Three more books? While sometimes you don’t want to let the story end, I hate when it goes too long and lives get hurt and messy before the HEA. LOL. It’s a great escape and worth the time to read.
This is book 7 of the series (the Author has advised that there will be now 12 books) and honestly it still has a whole lot of story to tell. If you haven’t read the preceding books, you’ll need to because this leaves off where the last book ended and is not a standalone book.
Trials and tiaras aptly describes this book and is the last one of their high school year. Frankie has been through a lot in the preceding books and has finally found a balance with all of the guys. The guys themselves have found a flow with each other and how to share Frankie and best make the relationship together work.
When we last left Frankie she just had a bombshell dropped on her which caused a cloud over relationship with Archie. This book focuses on the question of Frankie’s paternity, the family outside of her harem, emancipation, choosing a college, finishing school and school prom. Whilst her relationship strengthens with each of the guys, it most definitely cements with Archie. It’s difficult to choose a favourite amongst all of her best friends/lovers but Archie is one of my favourites. BFF Rach has her own clandestine love affair going on and hopefully we learn more about it in subsequent books. The cliffhanger was a softer landing than others in the series but will definitely have you preordering the next book in the series.
I leave you one of the best things in this book... brother boyfriends... yes finally an Author has gone there with the term and we are all here for it!
No, no, no. They finally have it all worked out. Frankie and her guys have figured out how to make things work. They are so close to graduation, college, and adult life. They're in love. Now, Maddie once again has the ability to destroy Frankie with the claims she's made about Frankie's parentage. Growing up surrounded by abuse, lies, and deceit, however, Frankie and her guys aren't just going to accept defeat. They will find the truth; they will fight for the life they want.
These characters have come so far. Frankie has always been more mature than her years but she never put herself first. Now she's found her voice. She's no longer afraid to expect and demand happiness. The guys have matured. They communicate, check their jealousy when needed, and have learned to share. They have created a united family. I'm so happy to a part of their world. This is one of those series that you can't get enough of, and we got the good news extra books are being added. I enjoyed every moment of this book. So many times I caught myself smiling or sighing with happiness. During the trials, the boys were supportive and caring but they didn't smother. They have included Rachel as one of their own which also makes me really happy. These characters have found a special place in my heart and like always, I look forward to more.
Heather Long has outdone herself with this book, she is a writing genius! Frankie and her guys are so much more than I ever expected. They are life goals. The Untouchable Series is so unique. It's real. Heather writes in a way that sucks you in and these characters become a part of you. It's an obsession I will happily shout from the rooftops!
Trials and Tiaras is book 7 in the Untouchable Series and it was a fantastic addition! There has been so much growth throughout this entire series and T&T was no exception. There were some huge revelations in this book. We got answers to the insanity that was the end of Brazen and Breathless and picked up a few more questions along the way. This book had me laughing, crying, cheering out loud (literally), and fanning myself. The guys, OMFG they are hot hot hot. The way they love and take care of Frankie is everything. What is equally amazing is how much Frankie takes care of each of them as well. It's the little things, the conversations, the gestures, the hugs, all of it. We may have our favorite(s) but they ALL need each other. I can't imagine any of it working without them all involved. I think Ian's mom got it right, and no, I wont tell you what she said but that alone is worth the read LOL!
I loved this installment of The Untouchables series. After last books cliffhanger this book gave me the Archie and Frankie scenes that I needed. And no matter what happens in the book you're okay because of the way how they feel about each other is written.
I really love Archie I feel like everybody needs an Archie in their life luckily that's why there's books. This book I felt like we also got a lot more of a guy's perspectives throughout. We get more from the families and the guys home lives in regarding the relationship. We get the big bad meatloaf trial that we've been waiting for and I feel like this book really came full circle. We got insights into Maddie and her past which really helped explain some things and was very interesting to read.
The book came full circle with high school it being the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter and it wrapped High School up although we thought graduation to go but it was very satisfying especially getting a dance redo with prom for example. It was enjoyable throughout, things came full circle for a lot of the high school stuff but also a lot was put into play for the future.
And best of all other long is giving us two more books to explore their life outside of High School. The series was originally planned for 10 so 2 ??more added and that's five more books to explore the next chapters in these characters lives. Yay to that I can't wait, I'm so excited to continue on these characters journey.
This series…seriously has stolen my heart. Heather has created the most lovable characters and I fall for them all more each book. But honestly, after the ending of book 6 I was beyond excited to have cleared the air with this book. (Phew) These boys are so perfect for Frankie. And Frankie, my goodness this girl does not catch a break. Heather has such a talent for creating a different, unique plot for each book. And the characters have grown each and every book which is incredible. The situations presented are so unthinkable for such a young aged group, but they handle it as a team. That is my favorite trait amongst Frankie and her boys, they tackle everything as a team. Everyone has the others back and there is such a strong bond that has been created. This was the perfect follow up after 6. It has set the scene for book 8 which I am now chomping at the bit to get my hands on.
If you have not had the opportunity to meet Frankie and her boys, you’re seriously missing out. I didn’t think I’d ever love a group of characters like I do these kids. They are perfect and I’m just wondering where these kind of guys were when I was in high school. But the Untouchable series is one of my favorite series and definitely my favorite RH series. Heather, mad props, you yet again, killed it!
Frankie and the Boys are back with a bang! I love the entire series but this really was my favourite book of the series so far. There was a feeling of euphoria as certain characters got their behaviour slapped back into their face (I'm looking at you Maddie!!!)
I love the way that Frankie and the boys - (I'm really going to have to change that to Men!) are growing together. They are communicating, not only with Frankie but with each other. There is a lot of ebb and flow as they tune into what/who Frankie needs at any particular time. Some still have issues with possessiveness but they are a work in progress and they are handling it a lot better.
I'm not going to post spoilers but safe to say Maddie and Archie's dad get a dose of their own medicine, Frankie finds more biological family that she may or may not want and they have a whale of time looking at Harvard. Frankie's birthday is EPIC and I'm so glad that Rachel is still a part of the crew, the guys are really trying to include her more.
There are still questions galore I need answers to and hope to get more loose ends tied up in Graduation and Gifts. Be warned there is a WHOPPER of a cliffhanger!
