In a life where humans are forced to leave Earth to survive, the few who do settle on a group of planets in a distant star system. In this new system, a group rises to the peak of popularity and takes over control of the government. Some oppose them, but most are okay with the move. Fights and battles ensue both on and off planet. One group journeys back to Earth in search of crucial data needed to win the struggle. Both sides make mistakes costing many lives. Then, an unknown enemy moves in to take both groups out.
