The Breeding Games #1

The Breeding Games

Rate this book
Four alien warriors. One fertile prize...the human woman in a cage.

The Breeding Games have begun, and the aliens must fight each other for the chance to breed her.

Veli is the only one of them who looks at Michelle like she is more than a piece of meat. The horned, blue-skinned alien fights like an animal possessed to protect her from the others.

He gets her to safety, but just for one night. The others will come for her. She can wait for them to take her, or she can submit to Veli. If she mates with him, the Games will end.

His turquoise, alien eyes are piercing and deep, and she believes him when he says he won’t claim her unless she is willing.

The night is cold, and she clings to the heat of his body. His blue skin is warmer and more inviting than any fireplace on Earth.

He’s protected and comforted her, but she senses secrets beneath his soothing touch. To mate means to survive, but is she willing to carry his baby before she truly knows him?

No real back ground. it all kind of read like a cut and paste story.

There was one thing that I did like, that was the rejuvenating villain. That was kind of a cool idea! The overly descriptive ways he was going to violate the girl were a bit much. Like, we get it dude. The introspective of the villain was cool though, he just read a little over the top and a bit cliche.

A couple of cool ideas but over all not a great story.

Trust me

Michelle wakes up in a hot, humid jungle. She hopes she is dreaming, but she realizes that she is in some kind of bubble. As she looks around, she sees three different looking alien males staring at her. They can't touch her, but each one can talk to or at her. Two of them star at her like she is their fuck meat. And they intend to rape her, but the third one is different. He looks at her and tells her that he will not allow them to touch her. She asks him why he doesn't want to rape her. He tells her he can not touch her if she's unwilling. He asks her to trust him to protect her. His name is Veli and she is Michelle. She feels like she can trust him to protect her. So, when he tells her to go flat on the ground, she does. Just in time to miss an energy blast. As he offers his hand and tells her to hang on, she does. Then the chase is on! She stays right behind him as she trembled to think what the cyborg had told her. Things to give you nightmares. They have some near misses, but Veli wounded each of the other aliens. That gave them some breathing room for a few days. They come to a village with strange people living there. Half goat and half small human! They called them the angel and devil. They had a hard time to make them believe that Michelle was with Veli willingly. There's a lot of action and sex going on throughout the book. Just as you think they can relax, one of the bad guys shows up. You'll have to read the book. It is definitely for the eyes of the adult readers only.

Michelle and Veli

I read this book early through ARC. Never could figure out how to send an early review so here goes..... Sorry but could not get into this story. We know nothing about Michelle except she is chosen to be the "angel" in this stupid breeding contest. The 4 contestants are just weird. Veli is the least weird but has a secret he keeps from Michelle. Not much of a secret though, boring! I found Michelle unlikable, Veil boring, the other 3 contestants unbelievable, and the Kitsar silly. A BIG NO for me.

It was alright without being good. It was also incredibly stupid, & a little cringe worthy. Like by the time the book was wrapping up, I couldn’t even enjoy the smut cuz all I kept thinking about was the self thrusting green alien robot cock that flew through the air after it was forcibly removed from his robotic metal cock chamber. Jesus, even writing that was hard to get through. WHERE HAVE ALL THE GOOD BOOKS GONE?!?!? Have I read them all?

Nah.

The storyline, characters and world building just didn’t do it for me. A tad too bizarre and just wrong 😆. The romance wasn’t great either and that’s crucial. Won’t be reading more of this series.

Not for me. I’m not sure I have words to describe how odd this book is. It’s not bad just not for me.

I started reading this book a little skeptical since I read a few bad reviews. However, I'm glad I decided to read it anyways, because this book was a nice surprise.
The beginning was so well written that I was afraid and disgusted just like the h was. The author was able to not only show us the horror, but to make us feel afraid for the h. Really good to set the pace of the story.
Nice world building. The aliens were not just humans with different colors, each species was unique and was presented in a way I could imagine how they actually were. Also liked the idea of "impossible colors" and the moving in 6 dimensions.
I liked having the villain POV and it was not too much that distracted from the main characters.

Now for the main characters:
The H seemed to be a little off when he was not able to bond with the h after they had sex. It felt like the H didn't consider they relationship strong enough because the lack of bonding. I understood he needed to bond with the h for them to procreate, but even so I wished I felt the H more in love throughout the book.
h was not TSTL and I liked her. Just felt a little odd that she was always thinking of them going back to Earth together even before she found out humans knew about aliens. She never once thought how they could make it work on Earth without the H being discovered.
The sex scenes were plain boring to me. I hate when the characters have slim to none foreplay before penetration and still the h is able to have quick mind blowing orgasms.

Veli and Michelle as breedmates

Because the adopted caretakers ascended after the 3 other half brothers broke away from their oaths to their them bec they fell in love with their bondmates but not before they ran into Veli and his two brothers who were breaking away from their father, the Ulkar, who also ascended to where he and other higher remission beings cannot act on abducting females for breeding so Ulkar uses his other half-breeds to breeding games along with abduction of the female and force the breedings.

Veli was teleported then blocked off to compete with other Ulkar Half-breeds to gain the woman, Michelle, for breeding and impregnate her in order for game to end and return her to Earth.

This was very interesting twist to the abductions of the females and for the aliens to bond to their mates. I gave this 4 cups of scalding java.

I loved this book it was amazing with non-stop action, romance and life threatening danger and a fantastic love story and best of all an amazing HEA..

I loved Veli he is a strong, sexy. alien Alpha male with extraordinary talents. He is transported to another planet to participate in breeding games. The first to get the human pregnant wins.

Michelle is a beautiful, feisty human woman who is going to have to fight for her life. She sees Veli and from that moment she is transported in and she knows he will help her.

This story will hold your interest ftom the very first page. I highly recommend this book this author and this series. I know you will love it as much as i did. Be sure to pick up a copy, you will be very very glad that you did.

4 Alien Contestants Fight for Her

Michele wakes up on an alien world and learns 4 unique alien males will be competing to impregnate her. She’s frightened by 3 of the scary alien males, but she finds Veli attractive.

Veli is attracted to the human female and he is protective of her. Veli and Michele quickly fall into a cooperative relationship trying to stay away from the 2 surviving aliens on their trail.

Action and some suspense keep the story moving along and keep the reader engaged in the story.

I received an ARC from the author and am willingly leaving my review. I read a previous book by this author that was about one of Yeli’s half-brothers.

We find ourselves back in the world of Ulkar where they like to cause problems for their offspring. We now get to read the stories of the half brothers from the Fated Mates of the Apera, but don't worry if you haven't read them yet. There is no need to read those first although you will get an introduction to the main players. Plus, those books are good too! This book took me in a whole different direction than I was expecting and just when I thought it was going to be over, BAM! a surprise and I was so happy to find out there was so much more happening. I really wasn't ready for it to end. And now I can't wait to find out what is going to happen in the next book!

An exciting action packed romance with a HEA. Michelle and Veli must overcome the evil intensions of the Ulkar (higher demension aliens with tentacles) who have fathered the 4 male competitors in the Breeding Games. Veli is one of the four but Michelle recognizes immediately that he is different from the other 3 males who wish to force her to breed with them. Through danger at every turn Veli tries to keep Michelle safe. But the other competitors are extremely hard to kill and will use any advantage they can including individual powers awarded to them from their genetic connection with the Ulkar.

I’m usually not a fan of reading chapters from the villain's point of view—it just gives me the creeps! The description of what was going to happen with Michele was a bit too intense for me, but hey, the author did give a heads-up at the start, so I knew what I was in for.

I absolutely love books with a little kink, but I didn’t feel like Veli and Michele had the most electric chemistry. But oh my, those steamy scenes were on fire! Major kudos to the author for bringing something fresh and original to the table; Absolutely brilliant! Aya, you get all the applause from me for that creative twist.

Terrific story blasting you and the heroine into an instant alien adventure.

This was a fast moving complex story aligning the reader and heroine into an immediate threatening alien life and death game. I was really impressed with the creativity and drama as well as the grit of the heroine in choosing her path and champion. Love this writer and her awesome storylines and steamy love scenes that help build to awesome HEA's.

fighting to breed

Blue aliens are my favourite kind, but this just didn’t get the motor running. It was the typical human stolen from earth, Alien males fighting for her. The goat people were a nice twist. It all just felt to easy, and you knew what was coming. It had good bones, I’ll read the next book in the series because I have it and I’m all for second chances, especially when it comes to blue males!!!

Enjoyable and entertaining read with all the non-stop action, intrigue, and of course steamy romance to keep you hook from beginning to end. Overall a great read looking forward to seeing what else is in store for this series. As always my review are totally voluntarily and no monetary compensation was received and the opinions I have expressed are my own.

His Muru

I throughly enjoyed this book, I was hooked immediately.
The characters are so creative and unique.
I prefer books that give you a variety of aliens and focus on some of their culture or personal beliefs to help push the storyline. This series is very different from your usual alien abduction trope, so much goodness to get lost in.
A must read for alien lovers!!

I just am so curious how this series will continue

I'm not actually sure if I liked this book. I did like the ending, but the beginning was problematic. I really did not like most of the characters. The more I read the more the characters became reliable & solid. Anyway, I know I'm gonna read the next book. Maybe the next one won't be awkward in the beginning.

Welp, that went a lot better than it could have. I was really worried at first, but Veli was great (minus the withholding information part). I felt like I didn't really know much about the heroine. It would have been nice to know more about her and her back story. Not that it was needed for the story to work. I just like to see that kind of thing.

A blue devil and a female (angel) human are in a breeding game created by the GODS. This felt like a flop. We start off with some really gross looking aliens wanting to mate with our female MC but she is being protected by the male MC. They go through different dimensions and all in all, it is not really interesting.

The Breeding games

Being captured for the purpose of a game to find out which warrior will successfully impregnate you is just nasty. Michelle chooses the least scary alien and the games begin.

3 1/2 stars ( I round up ) This book was interesting, the story draws on the fact that the female has no choice, So I didn't like that part. Thankfully there is one good alien among the creeps. It was definitely different.

Awesome story

Abducted and basically told she will be raped by who ever gets to her first. Michelle has got it rough.
Veli is one of four competitors, but he will never force himself on a woman.
How will they work together?
