Stealing Their Forever

Rate this book
One look at Shane Stevenson and I knew he was meant to be my forever. I just needed to show him, and one perfect weekend, I did. But so many people got in our way. Emmie. Harper. My parents. My husband. No one wanted us to be together, but we both knew we were meant for each other. Damn them for keeping us apart. They wanted to steal our forever, but I would make them all pay.

Stealing Their Forever by Lonnie Doris was a great 5 star read.

This book pulled me in right from the beginning. To see the craziness going on inside Helena’s head was scary. She was all over the place and getting inside someone's head like this really gives you a different perspective on how people like this think. They get so delusional and convince themselves of things that are not there. Super scary.

Overall I loved it, just when you think it can’t get any crazier hold on, you will be shocked. All of the characters added a great element to the story. How she convinced some of these people to help her blew my mind. I feel like there is lots more to come and I can’t wait. This is my first read from this author and I loved it. I can’t wait to read more from her.

Amazing

I chose this rating because Lonnie Doris did excellent job of giving Helena a story. I didn't expect to see all the ups and down of what Helena was thinking when she thought Shane was hers and couldn't expect that she could've been happy if she didn't have this fantasy that she need Shane and thing else matter her. She used her actions to keep herself informed about anything Shane.

Wow

It’s was nice to get inside Helena head to see what made her tick. And how she planned put all the horror she inflected on this family. Felt sorry for her husband being married to her but not really knowing her. Thanks gives a better understanding of her character. Thanks.

Awesome Read

OMG - this was a definite crazy read, even though we hated the main character because of what she did, it was nice to get the back story. And what a complete surprise at the end. Also, first read by this author.

Wow

Helena's story is sick . How her husband didn't see the true depths of her mental disease , I am still on the fence about it The very best part of this story is on the last page . So excited!

Didn't care for it

I tried to like it, but the ending and most of it was lame. I just seen a very unlikable character.
