In reading the series, if possible try and read all together. For me, due to the break between releases, I had to recall what happened from book 1 - Monsters.
A lot happened here and it mainly revolved around Domination of position/power. Teo (Matteo) who wanted someone to love alone thought it might be Charlotte Pettigrew. What he demanded though degrading was a turmoil between them and the wife who also desires power. There are still so many twists here that you are always intrigued. With turf war continuing and Lorenzo - a bastard sibling, you won’t be bored.
Not quite a cliffhanger but definitely leading into 3rd instalment. Will all answers be finalised? Only way to know is by reading the final instalment.
Question - What about Charlotte’s mother? Where does she come within the storyline? Did she sell her daughter out? Will Love be in the cards for Teo?

Wow two times
Callie. You did it to me again.!! Theo's and Charlotte's story gets more intense by the minute. I knew there was something/someone else out there. My thinking is Daddy dearest, but then again I am not sure as he has only come up one time. I have 1 and 2 today and am now going for #3. Need to know the aanswers!

Loving this series
You want to keep reading to see what else is going to happen. Char and Teo have this strange dynamic. He is the guy you want to root for one minute and hate the next. I'm looking forward to the next book.

Wow, another great story in this series. Char and Teo fought with each other and Teos wife causes issues that affect Teo. Will char get away from Lorenzo and what is with her mother.
