Magic and Mayhem #9

The Bad Boys of Assjacket

Rate this book
A dare is a dare.

No self-respecting, slightly chubby, good-lookin’, crime lovin’ cat would ever pass up a dare.
So I didn’t.

Now, me and my boys are in hot water trying to figure out how to live on the right side of the law for a whole freakin’ week!

This is complicated by a couple of hairy issues…
— The half-headed bear in town had his privates pilfered. We have vowed to return his giggleberries. Legal means are not working.
— Sassy’s Canadian tutors show up—the very same furry, cat-burgling dames who we’ve been in love with our entire nine lives. In order to woo the gorgeous broads, we need to be at our criminal best.
— We need the help of a foul-mouthed troll who throws tantrums like a three-year-old serial killer and wants to bump off everyone.

Throw in a cryptic message from the Goddess, humans invading our town and evil, sticky-fingered groundhogs, and we have a hot mess on our paws.

I hope we have a few of our kitty lives left because the Bad Boys of Assjacket are going to save the day or get eighty-sixed trying.

You will laugh until you wee

To say this novella was fantastic is an understatement. It was totally, completely, laugh-out-loud until your stomach hurts and/or you wee yourself hilarious.

And I love Fucking Derrick!

Also: this Canadian laughed so hard about the caricature of our language quirks, it was a bit shameful. But I'm... not sorry (for once)!

But... Robyn, you're mean! I was dying to know! (Won't tell more, that would be a spoiler if I did. Those who know the series will understand why I say Robyn is mean. She's not, but for that, she is. LOL)

The story of three wise-guy felonious familiars who meet up with three snarky wise-gals on a mission? Ms. Peterman knocked it out of the park - again. Funny, snarky, original, wacky and laugh out loud! Don't miss this one. But beware: Do Not read while drinking, eating or in public. May cause severe tummy aches and sudden outbursts of giggles and laughter.

Fat Bastard, Boba Fett, and Jango Fett have their own book! And that’s were the fun and laughs start. All our favorites make appearances as the boys try to find missing giggleberries. Quick, fun read that is a must read for fans of the Magic & Mayhem series.

Welcome back to Assjacket . The gang is back and the boys are up to no good . Well they are trying to go legit but for three cats that are use to pilfering their ill gotten gains will they survive running a funeral home . Or will Sassy's Canadian tutors who are 3 very feisty female cats . There is also some thing going on in Assjacket and they have to figure out what is happening to the magic protection and why humans are coming into town . Why they have to find a troll and save some balls . You will understand when you read the book .
Omg I have been waiting for this book . I absolutely adore Fat Bastard, Boba and Janga Fett . They are such great characters and really deserved this story. Oh Zelda and Mack are back and she is trying not to blow up the cats . Which on a normal day Fat B is usually on the receiving end of a zap. Sassy is back and funnier then ever trying to learn Canadian from three female felines that seem to be the perfect mates for the guys . We also get to meet a new character , he is one hilarious troll . I won't be able to say his full name but lets call him Derrick . These are some awesome characters and i love how they grow and get more complicated with each book.
This novella is a hoot riot to read . I would love to really see what this authors mind is made of, cause every book I read from her I laugh so hard I snort. This is a fun fast little read that will have you laughing out loud all the way through. So if you want a great fun read check it out and be prepared to laugh your butt off

The Bad Boys of Assjacket is truly a work..of something..jk
The best I can describe it is that it’s like the 3 Musketeers, but not. More like the Marx Brothers but not really. Maybe the 3 stooges and Rambo meshed together.
The cats are going straight, for one week, kind of sort of but not really.
They are starting their own bereavement business in a town where hardly anyone dies and they are doing it legit, that is their own version of legit anyway. To top it off their main squeezes are in town and they are being invaded by humans! No worries Assjacket, The Bad Boys are in town and they will fix everything, in their own way.
Another marvelous trip into the mad chaos of Assjacket and its supernatural residents. Robyn Peterman has surely created a universe where you don’t know which way is up and you love it!
Grab a copy today and commune with 3 of the strangest familiars that ever resided in the ether...or out!

Such an interesting story! I have cats and know they can do so very interesting and unusual things. But Robyn Peterman and these three fat cats are being slightly crazy! The language is good and swearing is still different but clean!
Now the story has a few twist to it but the fat cats will find romance and add to the mystery some humor. We have a new character of a troll who is described as being small but to mind came the word tiny! Zelda and Mac still figure in the mystery but not as much as the crazy cats, their girlfriends who are teaching Sassy Canadian. Read the book and learn what is happening to magic and how it gets saved plus how the cats almost go straight for a short while. Humorous but very good book which I highly recommend!

The power of three

This book is the author at her best! The laughter starts at page one and carries through to the HEA. But, like any trip to Assjacket, there is questionable behavior, thievery, quirky grooming habits, and displays of love and affection that compliment the character’s special brand of crazy. I enjoyed the new characters and the real threat to the town that only this trio of unexpected heroes can overcome. Well, with the help of their ladies that is. This book was amazing and I can only hope that there will be more Magic and Mayhem on the horizon for this town of misfits.

These gangster cats take the spotlight giving us the most hilarious take on their efforts to not be felonious. They meet their perfect matches in Sassy’s Canadian tutors. As with all these books, the comedy is in a class of its own. This is in your face and snark at it’s finest so beware! I’m pretty sure if this author marketed stuffed toys of Fat Bastard and gang, I would be drooling for them. All my reviews are always voluntarily written.

It's another hilarious offering by Robyn Peterman! The cats are the stars and the insanity is high, eh. I laughed till I cried. The town is in trouble when humans start showing up and the felonious familiars are determined to save the place they call home and protect the witch they love. And poor Sassy. Thank goodness for those Canadian tutors. There are new characters to love, a mystery to solve, and some stolen stones to recover. This is a perfect addition to the Magic and Mayhem world.

These three furballs are sooo much funnier than Mo, Larry, and Curly.
They’re having the toughest time staying on the right side of the law after vowing to go straight. For a week. The hardest part is that their true loves are a little naughty themselves and are more interested in the “bad boys” who are pulling out all the stops with their antics while puffing out their chests to impress the loves of their lives. Take a good helping of hilarity from Morris the Cat, a whole lot of attitude from Grumpy Cat, a hint of greed from Garfield, and a ton of Robyn Peterman and you get a great story that’ll keep you rolling in laughter. Robyn hits it out of the ballpark again with this fabulous addition to her Magic and Mayhem series.

Wonderful *sigh*

From the write up I knew it was going to be lol and profane, I was correct and I LOVED it!!!!!!

Da boys got their own book squeeeee!

All the things that Robyn gives us, love, profanity, giggleberries and three psychotic cats who love to lick their berries 😂😂😂😂👍are in this book 😁😁😁

Something's very wrong in A$$jacket! Humans are coming into town 😮

It some how falls to Da Boys to figure out what's gone wrong.

They also meet Sassy's Canadian tutors and boy do they know these lovely, furry tutors eh 😉👍

Add in a Troll, Groundhogs and much, much more, oh and the Goddess and you get a lol read from start to finish in Robyn's fabu style of insanity.......... I adore it!

Language Warning!!!

Happily ever after....for a cat?! Yes Fat Bastard, Jango Fett, and Boba get a happily ever after in an unconventional questionably legal manner. Stolen gangoolies and all.

Humans suddenly start coming into Assjacket when they’ve never set foot in town before. Why? Fat Bastard and the gang are on a mission to discover the very reason. Along the way you’ll meet new friends and odd enemies. As you travel along with the gang you’ll discover that one person holds the info to solve the Goddess’s riddle enter Fucking Derek the troll. Who’s so ugly he’s kinda cute. Gauchos and all.
This adventure is well worth the time and money spent. You’ll laugh so hard you nearly pee yourself and you’ll even shed a few tears along the way as well.

Another laugh-out-loud offering from this mistress of comedy, the diva of the hilariously profane, the goddess of imagination, Robyn Peterman! In this installment, we see life through Zelda’s felonious familiars and follow them as they try to save the town of Assjacket, WV. Between someone pilfering the giggleberries of a half-headed bear statue, the arrival of the females of their dreams, a foul-mouthed stinky troll, and a dare to be legal for a week, these cats are in for a wild ride!

As always, Robyn’s books are worth every minute spent howling in laughter. It will make a lot more sense if you read the entire series, and I highly recommend that you do. Now let’s hope they get Roger’s office fixed up before he comes back from vacation!

Each book in this series is more profanely amazing than the last. By this point, the author has invented so many swear words that she has practically devised her own language.
Seeing things unfold from a cat's point of view is intriguing, and the entire story has a fairytale like quality to it.
As usual, the book is well written and fast paced, carried along by humour and imagination.
You can tell by my spelling that I am Canadian. I am fairly certain I have never said aboot, but for the sake of entertainment, I will allow the stereotype. I do wonder if Poutine has a French accent. I did enjoy the Canuck beer references!
Tres bon!

Great Bad Boys story

I really loved this story. Just enough laughs and truths to keep it going.. The boys have a great adventure and solve a puzzle with the help of the girls. There are some changes in store for the boys.

Fun mayhem !

Robyn Peterman can spin tails (and yes I do mean the ones at the end of an Assjacket ) better than anyone ! These books are better read when alone because it is hard to explain to somebody who is not reading along with you why you are laughing like a loon !

Absolutely giggle worthy! With the felonious felines as the main characters how could there not be a thesaurus worth of different names for jingleberries? With Sassy's Canadian tutors as the new loves of their lives and partners in mayhem, the Bad Boys go on their own magical adventure. The troll has won my heart. Can't wait to see more of him!
Always hilarious, profane, and snarky with a HEA, Robyn Peterman has done it again!

Hysterical and sweet

I love Ms. Peterman's descriptive characters and how she paints such a vivid picture of the story she is telling. This book was hysterical and I loved the cats being the main characters along with a new character the troll. I was on the floor laughing it was so funny. A must read.

Another stupendously funny installment to this world. If you thought reading bits and pieces about the misadventures of the cats was good, you're going to really did laughing reading this book focused on them. You will never look at a car the same way again. Fair warning, do not read this in public or drink anything while reading.

The best badass cats are the stars of this M&M universe book. The magic protecting Assjacket is fading!!!! Non- magical humans are trickling in. The furry boys are also facing a challenge from Zelda ... Follow this snarky laugh out loud read to see what happens to one of our favorite magical towns!! Guaranteed to make you snort with laughter!!

Loved the guys’ story. I couldn’t stop laughing. Poutine, Blythe and Annie Surely are delightful. They are the perfect match for the guys. If you’re in need of a good laugh and don’t mind a little potty mouth then I would definitely recommend taking this journey with the boys of A$$jacket.
