I chose this rating because the application of the technique is directly related to the work that I do. This is recommended for practitioners who want to help clients with self actualization and problem-solving or decision making.
I listened to several YouTube shows on this process. The workbook is really meant for professionals--I wish it was for everyday people who can always learn to communicate better. Worth exploring the process.
Wonderfully written, good for almost any age. I, personally, gained a lot from reading this book. It truly helped me to look within myself for something deeper, to see things in a way like I have never before. Definitely recommend.
Nothing earth shattering but some really interesting exercises to help elucidate reasons for not changing and push through ambivalence roadblocks. Highly recommend as it is a quick read and useful as a starting point.
