So, I like the way the book is set up no weird measurements. I have had other books that call for 1tsp+1/8 of honey. Sorry but that’s ridiculous in my opinion. So I liked the simplicity of this book. I would have liked this book a lot better if there were pictures for the loaves. It’s literally being made by a machine. There is no reason why each bread did not have a picture. And just if you can’t afford an editor have some audio program read the book back to you. Simple things like 1-1/25 loaf size… easily fixed typo.
Could have had more stars but I felt this was a very sloppy book.
This book is not for someone who weighs their ingredients with food scale. The recipes in the book like for example the Active Dry Yeast, uses pack. I don't use packages of yeast, I buy bottles of yeast.
