Returning home after my military career came to an end, my best friend Chris needed my help. His little sister, Becca, was in trouble, and I was the only one he could trust.
But maybe he shouldn’t have because he doesn’t know the truth. During my last deployment, Becca had secretly written me letters that made me believe we shared something. Something powerful. We had a connection. But maybe not strong enough because when I returned to Merlot, she was seeing someone else and I was thankful I didn’t need to violate the bro code.
Chris asked me to protect her in his absence. To handle the guy that was stalking her. The same guy she’d been dating. I did what I had to do to keep her safe and didn’t mean to fall in love in the process.
Screw the bro code. If everything worked out, she’d be with me when all was said and done, and she would never be scared again.
USA Today Bestselling Author S.L. Sterling was born and raised in southern Ontario.
An avid reader all her life, S.L. Sterling dreamt of becoming an author. She decided to give writing a try after one of her favorite authors launched a course on how to write your novel. This course gave her the push she needed to put pen to paper and her debut novel "It Was Always You" was born.
When S.L. Sterling isn't writing or plotting her next novel she can be found curled up with a cup of coffee, blanket and the newest romance novel from one of her favorite authors.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, sunny destinations, spending quality time with family and friends and of course reading.
Becca and Grant are sweet together and even though she is his best friend's sister I love that there really isn't any drama when it comes to that relationship. The story mostly deals with her stalkerish ex and them giving in to their chemistry. I was put off at times with Grant's reactions to things but they are explained and the excitement and tension add to the story.
I've read several books written by S.L. Sterling; she has done a great job at writing a good short story; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

Saviour Boy is a best friend's sibling romantic suspense. Becca has a stalker who will not go away. Becca's brother asks Grant, his best friend, to watch over Becca while he is out of town. Stuck together in close quarters their secret feelings for each other are revealed. When Becca is kidnapped, Grant will do anything and everything in his power to get her back. Saviour Boy has the right amount of suspense to keep you glued to the pages wanting to know what is going to happen next. You can feel the tension between Grant and Becca before they give in to their feelings. I wish the story had been a little bit longer.
"You. You are my saviour boy. You will always be my saviour boy. Truth be told, I would be thrilled to be called yours."

In this book we meet Becca Scott and Grant Moore. When this book opens we find that Grant is being called upon to do a job after already scheduling all of his men out for the day. When he get there he finds it a little odd but the person wants 4 cameras on the inside and one on the outside of a particular storage unit. He questions it but doesn't worry to much about it. Later we see that his friend comes in to see if he can help out with his sister. He doesn't know what is happening with her because he has never met her now ex but he doesn't like the strange things she has going on. Grant has a soft spot for his sister since she would write him while he was deployed. So he will do anything to make sure she is safe. Becca was seeing a man named Jace but when she didn't answer his messages quick enough things went from slightly controlling to scary. She figures the one way to get him to back down it to let him know all the law enforcement officers in her family. When he doesn't seem to back down for a few minutes she knows it is time to end it. When things get moved in her office and a note is written on her mirror that she can only see when it is all steamed up she knows it is time to call in professionals. Can these two find the HEA they didn't know they wanted or will outside forces make sure that never happens?
This is an amazing story by this author. This book will grab you from word one and not let go until the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
She needs a saviour and he is about to become more than that
Saviour Boy by S.L. Sterling is part of the multi-author All American Boys series. Becca is in need of a Saviour and that ends up being Grant. She has a horrible ex-boyfriend who will not leave her alone and is stalking her. Her brother Chris may be a police officer but he cannot watch over her full time. But Chris's friend Grant has returned from the military and seems to have some time on his hands. So it falls on Grant to be Becca's saviour. The handsome and sexy Alpha kicks into full protect mode with Becca and then comes the possessive side as sparks start flying between this couple. Now that Grant has Becca he is not going to let her go and will do whatever it takes to keep her safe as Grant is not the boy Becca knew before.....now he is all man!
This is an entertaining read with some drama, danger, action, romance and a whole lot of heat. The book is well written and has a solid story-line and very likeable characters, well all except for her ex. But he got taken care of nicely so good riddance to bad trash. This was a nice read.
Saviour Boy is a feel good read. Becca and Grant’s story is full of emotions. I actually want more of their story, it felt too short. “You are my saviour boy. You will always be my saviour boy.”

Wow! For a short novel this was great. Becca was having problems with her ex who was abusive so she called her brother Chris, who called in security specialist Grant. Becca had history with Grant and they were attracted to reach other though that was a secret neither new. The drama and tension lasted all the way through this book but the action towards the end certainly took it up a notch. There was an intimacy that they played on through the beginning of the story that I really liked. It was a way to get to know them without saying anything. There were steamy moments but they were brushed on briefly and certainly not graphic, just enough to give the reader an idea. Written so well, lots of points were just touched on but I really felt they were now detailed than they were and to me that is great writing. Truly a great book!

This is a wonderful addition to this fun multi author series it is a reasonable short read only took about an hour to read but you aren't short changed in any way the story builds beautifully and there is plenty of emotion and drama
Becca is in trouble she has an ex who won't leave her alone she asks for her brother Chris's help but he is a cop and can't be with her all the time so he asks his friend Grant recently returned from the military for his help What he doesn't know is that Becca and Grant have been writing to one another while he has been away and there is a definite connection the only thing holding Grant back was she was dating someone else (her ex) and the bro code but spending time together has Grant willing to break thee Bro code Can they have a future You will have to read to see
An awesome read! Grant is her brother’s best friend but Becca has had feelings for Grant for years. Grant has been discharged from the military and has his own security company. Becca has just gotten out of a relationship but the guy is still stalking and harassing her. Grant has increased security around Becca but its still not enough. Will he get to Becca in time or will he fail yet again? This was a well written story that had me on the edge of my seat. The characters had a strong attraction with great chemistry. Grant had strong feelings for Becca but didn’t want to take advantage of her vulnerable situation. A wonderfully addition to this series. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Her saviour This emotional and dramatic romance story is about Becca and Grant. The prologue was so mysterious and suspicious, and helped set the scene. Becca is in trouble with an ex that is not a good person. She goes to her brother Chris who is a cop, but he can’t watch over her all the time because of his job. He enlists the help of Grant to keep an eye on her. Grant and Becca had been writing each other letters for years and had a special bond nobody else knew about, so he too the responsibility seriously. But when her ex gets her, he’s adamant to give Becca’s brother payback for his own brother’s demise. Will Grant be able to keep her safe? Storage Locker. Lovely story. Grant and Becca writing letters to each other while he was overseas. Now that he is back he starts a security business after his military discharge. Becca has a stalker and needs Grant’s help to keep her safe. He promises to keep her safe. Working together is interesting because Grant is trying not to break the “Bro-Code” with his friend’s sister. Meanwhile, Becca has already fallen in love with Grant but, is afraid to tell him. He is doing everything he can to protect Becca. Can he keep his promise though?

Now she has noticed things being moved around and a note on her bathroom mirror. She calls her brother for help and he makes a few suggestions, change the locks and have some cameras fitted. He gets his friend Grant to install the cameras straight away and also to stay with her until he can get back to town. Becca used to write to Grant when he was in the military and had a big crush on him. A quick read with a happy ending. There is a lot of opportunity to make this into a full book with more detail.
Grant and Becca have known each other for a long time. When he is coming back from his deployment he starts working in security and Becca works as a manager in an Resort. As Becca is threatened by a former boyfriend he does everything to protect her. A nice, quick read with wonderful characters whom care about each other very much. Even though I could see the happenings and outcome from the start, it still wasn’t boring as it often happens in those cases. A good addition to the All American Boy series...

Grant was in the military overseas and his best friend Chris’ sister, Becca, wrote letters to him which made him believe maybe they had a connection. But she was seeing someone else when he returned home. However, Chris asked him to step in and keep an eye on Becca to keep her safe.
Apparently Becca has a stalker, her abusive ex who won’t leave her alone. When the danger escalates, will Grant be able to fulfill his promise to keep her safe? Will the two of them let their feelings for each other grow despite their difficulties? Can they fall in love and find their HEA as it was meant to be?
Becca is dealing with unwanted attention from the ex from heck and she needs someone to help her fend off his attentions and keep her safe. She reaches out to her brother who is a police officer and he prevails upon Grant who is recently from the military. Grant is the man for the job. He can keep her safe because of his training and he wants to keep her safe because he has feelings for her. She needs a hero and she gets one in Grant. Will that be enough to keep her safe and will it go beyond that when the situation is handled?

Becca had feelings for Grant. Grant was Becca’s brothers best friend and while he was deployed and recovering from injuries from an IED, she would write letters to him and share their fears and secrets. Now he’s back home and has started his own security business. When Chris asks Grant to stay with Becca because her ex boyfriend had become such a psycho and was stalking her he agreed to help and tried to hide his true feelings too. A very good storyline that is fast paced and action packed with wonderful characters.

Chris and Becca have know each other for a long time, she even wrote to him while he was deployed and he thought maybe they would have a relationship. When he got home she was dating someone else, so he did not have to violate the bro code. Then he is asked to protect her. Her crazy boyfriend Jace is a piece of work. As Becca and Chris spend more time together will they be able to get past the brother and the stalker. This is an amazing entertaining story. The characters had chemistry together, and you had the crazy boyfriend element. This was just a great all around entertaining story.

Becca just wanted to away from her boyfriend and out of the relationship, when she realize he was not who he use to be. Grant was asked by Becca's brother to help keep her safe while he had to go out of town. Grant knew Becca and their relationship meant a lot to him, specially when he was over seas. Now he would do anything to keep her safe.
This is a great story from the moment you pick it up. The suspense and drama will have you lost in the story, the heat and passion will cause you to need a cool down and the ending will warm your heart. Great story all the way to the end.

3.5 Stars I wasn't expecting too much when I picked up this novella, but it was good and kept me entertained. It was darker than I thought it would be based on the cover and blurb (which is still not even close to dark by my scale) and I was here for it. Had it been longer, there could have been a little more development, but as it was, I didn't really feel like anything was missing. My only complaint was that the book was clearly written by a non-American. And while this normally doesn't bother me in the least, this particular series is called All American Boy and is set in the US, so I would expect that the spelling of words would use the American version (minus the u in things like colour and favourite). This probably wouldn't bother most readers, and as I said, in pretty much any other book it wouldn't have bothered me either, so I'd say give it a go if you're looking for a good quickie.
Excellent read, from beginning to the end, secret crush from both Becca and Grant for years, not wanting to cross the bro code for your beat friends sister, Chris asked Grant to stay with Becca to protect her while he was away for work, Becca had recently dumped her boyfriend for being physical with her and demanded to know every move she made, she ends up in trouble Grant and Chris trying to rescue her and figure out who her stalker is, short, sweet, full of action and intrigue, I have voluntarily read and review this ARC, thank you for the privilege, Dana Zamora
Saviour Boy By S.L. Sterling Main Characters: Grant and Becca I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author. 4 out of 5 stars This is a short story. It had mystery, suspense, and romance. I liked it and wanted it to be longer. Some books you don't like as much and therefore want them shorter, not this one though. Becca has an ex who is bothering her and so she looks to her police officer brother for some help. Grant is her brother's best friend and out of the military. So Becca's brother asks for his help.
These are shorts within this series! It will afford you an enjoyable sit with all these men and women who have stole these alpha hearts! It offers an escape that will have your heart beating and your soul searing. If you want a remarkable read that is quick with a guaranteed HEA this is the series for you! Remarkable authors coming together to join this craze of well thought out characters and fascinating stories that will be told! S.L. Sterling does not disappoint!

Becca had written to Grant, her brothers best friend, while he served overseas in the military. Now back after getting wounded, he has started a security business. Becca is being stalked by an ex-boyfriend and brother Chris has asked Grant to stay with Becca and keep her safe while he is out of town.
The characters are well-detailed with backstories and intense emotions. The surprises and twists in this mystery were spot on to create the right suspense. The ending was perfect.

This is a short read, but you will love it. it is part of a bigger world of many authors, The All American Boy Series, but is a stand alone. Brother's Best Friend, Military, and a bit of mystery, you can't go wrong with it. Grant and Becca have known each other for years, but it isn't until a raging ex-boyfriend comes in to play that Becca's brother wants Grant's protection on his sister. Let the sparks fly where they may after that!
A brother's best friend, military romance you won't want to miss. While I had wanted more of the story, it felt a bit rushed and the characters weren't fully developed, this quick read was worth it. Grant is back from war where Becca, his best friend's sister, has been writing him letters to him while he was deployed and now that he's stateside and she needs some protecting from a crazy ex; it's the perfect time and push for a romance to bloom between these two.
This short was predictable in places but moved along well and had a few twists. Becca and Grant had a secret history and clear chemistry and connection, I wish there had been more of that, especially after the danger was over. The story was suspenseful, had unresolved issues, friendships, family, work issues and so much love and support.

Grant is asked by his best friend Chris to watch over his little sister Becca while he's away on a job. Grant's only issue with this request is that he's had feelings for Becca for some time. Now Becca's ex is stalking her and he has no choice but to protect her. This was a quick read with two people doing their best to not give in to their feelings while danger lurks around the corner. Another great addition to this series!
Her forever Savior! This is about Becca and Grant. She is his best friends sister, but also the one who uplifted him while he was stationed away with her letters. Her brother enlists the help of Grant to make sure that Becca is safe, while he is out for work, as she end a relationship with a questionable man, who refuses to let go. This is a short story, but it has your equal amounts of drama and love.
