Dane, The next installment in the Elementals MC: Cape Town charter series. I devoured this book in just a few hours. I couldn’t put it down from the very beginning. Dane takes you on a whirlwind of emotions and at times makes you roll your eyes and laugh because of his possessive alpha ways. MEN! 🙄
Freya feels her connection to Dane instantly and welcomes it. She is beyond excited to finally find others just like her. Even though Freya has found others like her, her stubbornness at times has her struggling to let her guards down.
Throw in the fact that someone is out there to kill Freya and threaten the bond that her and Dane have created and you too will be addicted from the very beginning!!

Dane was ordered to do a protection job little did he know it would be his fated mate.Freya was an actress but didn't enjoy the spotlight. Her life has been threatened a jealous rival? When they met it's instant attraction.She had a special gift she kept hidden He knew they were mates she felt it too.Can he protect her? Can they be together adter everything that happens? Great addition to the elementals look forward to next instalment.

That was a really good book as usual !!
Alexi Ferreira didn't disappoint me with this book.
She knows how to keep us captivated by the story and also by all the alpha males she write about.
I have to admit that I loved the powers of the women in the Elemantals MC, the first series, but I have to say, that Anastasia and Freya have some freaking cool powers !!!! I can't wait to read the future books and which powers the other women will have, especially Tor's woman !!
Dane and Freya were just so perfect for each other, Freya is immediately drown to him and I loved it !!
I thought that Freya's mother would have caused more trouble to her, but not at all, so I don't think we'll see her again, but I would have thought that she would have find a way to mess up with her !!

Great writing
I love this series but I love this authors writing. Her stories, characters and how she writes is so much fun to read. There is only one thing that is a negative. The books are so short. More please...

I was super excited about getting read Dane, I actually became slightly worried that I had too high of expectations. I was clearly wrong and this book was everything that I had hoped for. I absolutely fell in love with Freya, I loved her abilities and how she was able to feel such a connection to Dane from the start. I felt in previous books that the women took a little longer to warm up to their men but with Dane it was just perfect. I loved the teamwork the two put in together to help keep everyone safe, it was so well written. I will say I was a little concerned with Freya being an actress, as to how well Dane would take that. Of course he was all alpha male and I certainly loved the way that Dane put Kane in his place! If only Dane was my man *swoon*. Freya was perfect for Dane, it was perfect how well they fit together and they did not hesitate along the way to understand each other. As with all of Alexi's books, I had a major book hangover and know that I will be counting down the days until I get to read the next installment.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this series, right from the start. When the original series ended, I couldn't wait for more, and I'm not disappointed with these new characters.
We've met all these guys in the original series, as little mentions here and there but never really got to know them until now.
This story, though it follows the others, is also slightly different because Freya, doesn't fight the instant connection she feels to Dane. It also seems that Dane has learnt from the mistakes Ulrich and the other Elementals men made with their women.
The whole story flows really well. And as always, is well written.

OMG!!! WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a little longer than I like to read, but I really enjoyed it, I'm going to have to finish the series which I'm working on.
Dane and Freya met when he goes to her house after the Elementals get a security job watching over her. Freya is suppose to be on set but when they arrive they are told she went home, but not to the home that was rented for her. Freya is an actress and doesn't like to be spoiled, she wanted a modern home in a quiet neighborhood. When Dane walks into Freya's home she is tending to her garden in the back. Dane doesn't have to even see Freya for him to realize that she is his mate. Freya feels an instant connection with Dane, she has powers but was labeled at a freak. As soon as Dane is close to Freya he realizes she's going to faint so he rushes to her to catch her, she passes out in his arms. Dane knows that Freya is his mate so he takes her and gives her some of his blood. Dane explains the Elementals life to Freya and when they find a mate. When someone throws a brick through the window another Elemental chases him down, they get a license plate number and are able to track them down. Dane finds out that Freya has threats against her, he tells her he will always protect her. Dane must complete his bond to Freya and he tells her that he wants her. Dane takes Freya to her bedroom where he pleasure her then they make love, when the bonding starts he gives her his blood. Freya wakes up with a burning pain and when she realizes that she is getting a tattoo just like Dane has so that everyone knows she is his mate she freaks out. Freya tells him she can't have any tattoo while she is filming this movie. When Dane finds out that in Freya's movie she will be kissing another man he tells her he will kill him. Dane lets Freya know that in no uncertain terms will she kiss another man. Freya tries to explain to Dane that it is all pretend for the movie she is filming. When the actor that is working with Freya shows up to rehearse their scenes Dane almost kills him. Freya has to asks Dane to stop, then he tells her that she belongs to him and no other man will be kissing her. Freya has a meeting with the other actor when he wants to press charges against Dane, she just found him and she's knows he is her mate. Dane takes Freya out on his bike it's the first time she has ever ridden she enjoys the open air. Dane has to met with Tor, the club president when he finds out that Dane almost killed a man. Dane is taken off watching over Freya, but another one the Elementals watches over her. When Freya acts out her scenes she just can't kiss her co-star so she pushes him away then slaps him. The scene goes through and no one calls cut, Freya heads to her dressing room and gulps down a bottle of water. When it's time to leaves Freya doesn't feel right she climbs in the back of the car. The Elemental Eirik that was watching over Freya notices she isn't doing alright so he calls Dane and lets him know. Freya is passed out before they get back to the compound, Dane calls in the doctors to find out she was poisoned. A few days later, Freya finally opens her eyes for a brief moment which gives Dane some hope. Dane has the other Elementals out looking to find out who poisoned Freya. Anastasia Ulrich comes in and finds Dane watching over Freya, she gets him to grab a shower and something to eat while she watches over Freya. A few weeks later, Dane finally leaves Freya side but orders her to stay in bed. Freya is tired of being in bed all day so she leaves the bedroom to explore. When Freya gets downstairs she finds Tor watching her, he guides her into the kitchen where he makes her a cup of coffee. Soon Anastasia comes and takes over for Tor giving a tour. Dane finds out who poisoned Freya, but the cops are involved so he can't kill her himself. Tor gets the cops to agree to let the Elementals go after the woman who poisoned Freya to get a confession out of her. Dane and a few of the other Elementals go to the woman's hotel room and she confesses everything, soon the cops swarm in and arrest her. Dane gives Freya his watermelon tourmaline he placed it around her neck while she was asleep. It is the same as the one that Dane wears around his neck only smaller. Freya has another contract for another movie but she wants to retire she doesn't want to be an actress anymore. When her agent approaches her about signing another contract she tells him she has to think about it. Dane gives Freya his kutte so that everyone knows she belongs to him, soon they go on another bike ride. Dane and Freya head out with Ulrich and Anastasia going to into town and to a restaurant along the ocean. While they are headed back home, they go under attack one of the Elementals is shot. When one of the bullets is flying towards them, Freya yells freeze. All the bullets stop in mid air, but the men who are shooting are still moving. Dane tells Freya he has an idea with his powers and hers they are able to freeze the men standing on the cliff shooting at them. They get the men down and soon Tor is with them, he tells Freya to unfreeze the men so that he can talk to them. Tor finds out the men were ordered to kill Drag for going after their bosses old lady. Tor almost kills one of the men, they are loaded up in the van. Freya is taken back home while Dane escorts with the other Elementals to find their boss. Tor tells the other gang that this is war, when they get back to the compound he calls a meeting. Dane is told that they are on lockdown so he must tell Freya she cannot leave. For the next two weeks everyone is on lockdown, Freya and Anastasia are going crazy being locked up so they come up with a plan to get the key to the side gate and go into town on the bus. When they get to town they find a coffee shop, while inside they talk to a young woman about the Elementals being so protective. Before the woman leaves she slips a notebook inside of Freya's bag. Soon Dane and Ulrich come to find Freya and Anastasia and tell them they need to come back home. Freya notices the notebook and gives it to Dane, they figure out it is the woman they have been looking for. Dane takes the notebook to Tor and they find out a lot of information about the rival gang. Dane takes Freya back to their bedroom where they make love. Tor has a talk with Freya and Anastasia about the trust they must give to the Elementals and when they need something they must tell their mates. Dane takes Freya out on his motorcycle along with Ulrich and Anastasia, they head to the little coffee shop where they seen the woman they've all been looking for. Hmmm...what can I say...well its an Alexi Ferreira novel, so you know its going to be well written, a love story we all wish for with some adventure thrown in. Well Dane was right up there with some of the best, Wulf is still my favorite hero (first book in the Elemental Series) because I love the strong silent type, but all her books are favorites. This is Dane and Freya story and of course it allows us to catch up with Ulrich and Anastasia from book 1 of this series. It was worth the wait, I enjoyed it so much, the way the characters are so perfect for each other. The Alpha hero with the softest of hearts, the heroine who keeps him on his toes and whom he would die in a heartbeat for. I think this is what I love the most about her books, its the perfect escape for a few hours from life. It is something we could all use right now. For those of you who have been following the Series, the answer to what happen with Tor and Suraya is in here, I know I have been wondering about that. That's the only hint I will give, you have to read it to find out what happened...lol. To anyone who loves romance/adventure, pick up anyone of this author's book, you will not be disappointed, for they are all good. Thanks again for the Wonderful Escape Ms. Ferreira.

Love Dane and Freya . Enjoyed reading how she knew he was hers from the beginning, she was so happy that she didn't feel like a freak . Others made her feel that way. Just because someone is different doesn't make them a freak.

An excellent addition to the series. Dane and Freya's story grabs your attention from the very beginning. The push and pull of these two builds throughout the book demonstrating how they come together, becoming each others mate and finding their way. You'll get a little bit of action, some suspense, and some romance. It is well written with a great storyline. It doesn't disappoint.

I loved reading Dane's story. I really enjoy reading a MC story that's not typically the "Norm" I love how there is a paranormal aspect to it and I find it very entertaining . I loved Dane and Freyas characters they complimented each other perfectly and I do love me a alpha male who takes what he wants and Dane was all that and more. I look forward to reading more in this series.

Another Elemental caveman bites the mate dust. I think Dane was even worse than Ulrich when it came to being possessive of his mate. I'm glad Freya refused her agent, he is a tool. As if bringing her non-present mother would change her mind, the rat. I loved that Freya knew from the first meeting her and Dane were meant for each other.

I can not believe I have never had this series in my life until now. I must be living under a rock or something. This author and series is now on my radar. Loved it! Can’t wait for more.
