Rate this book
Published new each quarter, these reflections are written by women and men from a variety of backgrounds - lay people as well as clergy and religious. Living Faith writers include such well-known Catholic authors as Amy Welborn, Sr. Joyce Rupp and Msgr. Stephen Rossetti. Whether lay, clergy or religious, LIVING FAITH writers provide a variety of perspectives and insights. Since each devotion is a personal reflection on a Scripture passage from the day's Mass readings, readers pray and meditate along with the seasons of the Church year.

Daily inspirational

Excellent way to start your day with a reflection on the scripture reading of that day. Good companion to the Mass readings.

Each day has different authors and commentary from reknowned theologians, to priests and pastors, to Sisters, and various Christian bloggers and essayists. Some days will really strike a cord and resound with you, other days might read a bit off-key or not your "cup of tea".

The comfort and moderation is nice, and I appreciate the diversity of authors and perspectives. Unlike Missals and commentary written by single authors (like Fr. Robert Barron of Word on Fire), Living Faith has some delightful and comforting diversity.
