Intriguing

I love a tale with many twists. San Fran is the spot for the perfect twist of the knife, so to say. Good job.

Grant Rosenberg's debut novel is suspense at its best, loaded with unexpected twists and turns. He's a fresh new voice in mystery and has created memorable, multi-dimensional characters that I can't wait to see again. I read on his website that a sequel is in the works and I'm looking forward to it!

Well written mystery!
Talented new novelist Grant Rosenberg has crafted a balanced, exciting story with multiple viewpoints and a strong protagonist in the conflicted Dr. Harper. Easy to read and yet literary in the word choices and imagery. A good exploration into morality...but through lots of action! Would make a great television series.

GIDEON is a dark dive into ethics, morality, and how far a person will go to protect what is important to them. A disturbingly good read.

Excellent Novel

There were many twist and unexpected turns in this novel, which kept the book interesting. Started as a look at gang life in SF’s Mission district and led to a doctor becoming a hit man after he kills the guy who raped and killed his wife. The author did a very good job of making this seem very believable. It had the same feel as Dexter, which happens to be one of my favorite Netflix binges.
