I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Molly and her sisters have left their lives behind in the city to make a go of the pumpkin farm that their late grandfather has left them. But Molly has more motivation to make a go of her new life after finally escaping a marriage that she committed too way to young she is looking at this a new beginning with no men likely in her future. She is on her way home after depositing the money she received in her divorce in the bank, money she doesn’t want as it feels tainted to her when she swerves to avoid a runaway cow and ends up with a lump on her head and being rescued by a man that she wants but knows she shouldn’t want. Could the grumpy farmer be her true love and will she give herself the chance to find out or has her marriage destroyed any hope of a HEA for her?

Beau Whitlock is on his way home to his farm, a farm that has been in his family for generations after being told that they are on the verge of foreclosure and he can’t find a way to save everything he has worked for, so you can imagine he wasn’t best pleased to discover a car stuck in a ditch on his way home from his meeting with the bank, the last thing he wanted to be dealing with any drama right now but his medical training kicks in and he finds himself rescuing Molly. And the little time they spend together he knows that she was sent for him but with her fighting their attraction at every turn will he lose not only his home but his heart too?

This is the second book in the series and I really liked this book two people who were at major crossroads in their lives and both scared of taking a chance on the other but both wanting to try. I have really enjoyed the two books in the series, they are sweet and have a lot of heart. Recommended 4* read.

💙Molly & Beau💙 ah, such love❣️

Oh, I wish more people were like this: “Be there for others and they’ll be there for you. It might not be today or tomorrow, but it will come back to you tenfold.” ~ Beau’s mama is a smart lady🤎 and a bonus one “Love comes into your life when you least expect it, but maybe when you most need it. Be prepared to embrace it.”

Like you job and love your wife, those are the the keys to a happy life

Molly is the second book in the Love in the Falls series. This is the story of Molly Smith and Beau Whitlock.
Molly is twenty-one years old and with her two older sisters moved onto their grandfather's farm, a pumpkin patch, when they inherited it. They had made the decision that they wanted to make it viable again and have been working day and night as they are going to be opening the pumpkin patch to customers.
Beau is thirty-eight years old and inherited the family farm when his Dad died six years ago. He is ex Army doing 14 years in and a couple tours overseas before getting out knowing he needed to try and get some normalcy back. Since Beau took over he has kept the farm going but when his father died they lost some of contracts with other farmers, as they grow grain and hay which they sell as feed to other farms. Unfortunately he was also saddled with a loan that his father had taken out and a balloon payment is right around the corner, like with the next couple of days. It is looking like he is going to lose the farm that has been in his family for several generations and he is not happy about it.
Molly is driving back home from the hardware store when she looks down for a moment and then back up, only to find a large cow right in the middle of the country road. Choosing between a ditch or a new hood ornament she tried to stop but before she know it she was spinning and ended up in the ditch. Just as she figures out she cannot to get the SUV backed out headlights appear and a man stops. He may be saving her but he does not act like a Prince Charming. Nope he is growly and almost rude. Beau is on his way back from meeting with the bank and is upset because of the financial situation. It is looking like foreclosure is the only way out. So when he finds a car in the ditch he is not happy about having to stop and see if they need any help. But then when the young woman basically goes "lights out" in his arms he is really not pleased. Now he has to take her back to his place as he does not know where her home is. When Molly wakes up she is greeted with some big old doggie breath in a strange room with a deep voiced and handsome man standing in the bedroom doorway. Well at least she still has all her clothes on. Molly and Beau finally meet and the fireworks start going off between them. They both may have a lot going on personally but they are drawn to each other and almost consumed with thinking of the other. It seems that maybe Beau is Molly's Prince Charming. But as with real fairytales it is the Princess that actually saves the Prince in the end.

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read.

Molly meet Beau when she gets into an accident avoiding hitting a cow in the road. She runs her SUV off the road and he is the next driver to show up. He pulls her up out of the vehicle but as they start to talk she faints and he puts her in his truck and takes her home. She wakes up a few hours later not sure what happened. She needs to call her sisters, she knows they are worried. She has a panic attack he walks her through and then feeds her. She asks him to tell her stories about her grandfather. He tells her he was at the bank before he found her and is getting a foreclosure on his farm. After they move to the living room he talks about his career in the army. She tells him they both could use some human companionship for tonight only. Molly tries to go to fast and he slows her down. He tells her he’s done fast before and it doesn’t feel right with her. He tells her he wants more and she tells him she can’t. Then Molly asks Beau to take her home. Afterwords he heads to a spot he like to think, when he sees Molly. She tells him she couldn’t sleep, he couldn’t either. She tells him she doesn’t want the past to ruin her future. He tells her he wants her and she tells him to show her. She slides onto his lap and they get physical. They both go back to Beau’s place and he makes her breakfast. She ask him what she can do to help him and he tells her nothing. He tells her he needs some time to think and Molly needs to get back to the pumpkin patch. When her sister wake up she tells them about Beau and how she wants to help him, she has her divorce settlement and wants to pay off his debt. She tells them she knows how it sounds but he rescued her now she wants to rescue him. Beau’s brother in law comes to look at Molly’s SUV and tell him it not worth the cost to fix it. Then he tells him about the farm and Molly. When Beau calls the bank he overhears Molly paying off his debt. When Molly gets back to her farm Beau is waiting for her. He tells her he heard what she did and wants her to be his wife. He drops to his knees and asks her to be the love of his life forever. She tells him yes she will. The following spring they are married at the pumpkin patch. All three sister wanting to be pregnant so their kids can grow up together.

Molly gets her second chance on love...

This was a sweet story and I really enjoyed Molly getting her second chance on love. Sometimes instalove romances can be a hit or miss and this one was definitely a hit. Molly and Beau fateful meet up that led to a discovery too both that true love exist gave me all kinds of feels. Molly being the caring and loving young lady that she is, helping Beau in his time of need really stood out for me. Some may call her foolish but taking a leap of faith and putting your trust in knowing whats in your heart its the right thing to do...I give her support just like her sisters. What a wonderful family and friend unit Molly has and now she has Beau to share with. That epilogue was lovely and Love in the Falls was a wonderful mini series. Not sure if there will be more story in the Falls but I'll be all in.

While I am very much a city girl myself, I spent vacations on a farm growing up, so I'm loving this series. I really like how these stories just flow right into one another, and I can't wait for the final book to publish so I can binge read the entire series. Beau is funny and charismatic and honest and a bit grumpy. He's also in pain over losing the family farm. Molly is sweet and amusing and stubborn and coming off a bad divorce. Their meet cute is probably one of the cutest I've read in quite a while. All I'm saying is COWS!! Molly and Beau simply fit. Despite a large age gap, they are two missing pieces to the same puzzle. Each rescues the other when they need it most, believing in each other when they don't believe in themselves. Sweet and heartfelt with a dash of passion, this is definitely a book to read more than once. Happy Reading!!

Beau and Molly are both wonderful likable characters. Despite their individual brokenness due to some recent experiences, they are stronger than they think and it comes out in them when wanting to help each other.

Crashing her car due to a cow incident, Molly ends up meeting Beau. She collapses in his arms and, when she wakes up in his bed, she’s not all that sure she wants to leave it! Can these two believe in each other, save the farm, and fall in love? With each of them experiencing disappointment, are they ready for the connection that will make things right again?

This was a delightful story, touching the heart and letting us admire the resilience in people who can bounce back from the bad experiences and make something new and good out of it. Love and hope are awesomely powerful!

She talk to her sisters and use the settlement from her ex husband to save the farm.. He's on the phone to talk to the bank manager and over hears that it was being paid off by his girlfriend. Hes not mad at her but asked her to marry him.

Molly never would have guessed a cow would turn her future around when she swerves into the ditch to avoid a collision with the bovine. When she passes out in Beau’s arms, he brings her back to his house to recover. Molly quickly falls for Beau as they talk openly with each other but Molly’s fear of commitment has her running home. Beau & Molly both have to let go of past hurts to embrace their future together.

Molly is worried about the pumpkin farm and the long hours she has to work along with her sisters to get it running.
Beau needs money asap to prevent the foreclosure of his ranch. He has no idea where to get the money he needs.
They get to know each other because of a cow in the middle of the road.
I like Molly's decision to help Beau, although it is a bit difficult to believe, but this is a novel and everything is possible.
Nice, sweet and entertaining. Three stars and a half.

She doesn't believe in love anymore, he is struggling to hold onto his family legacy. The heart wants what it wants. Will they be the answers to each others unasked wishes?

Loved seeing another book in this series. I loved how Molly was determined to do what she could to help him once she accepted what her heart was telling her. I loved how he was determined to prove that she could love and trust a man again. Good read!

Moooo

Another Wonderful Read.
This is a great example of how to not only treat somebody, but to open your heart and leave the pain of the past behind.

Cooper and Bandit will definitely steal the show. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the infamous Falls.

This is a well-written sweet and steamy novella, both Beau and Molly are incredibly likable characters, they have a wonderful connection between them. Entertaining storyline that pulled me in from the beginning.

Book 2 in the series, it can be read as a standalone story, no cheating, no cliffhangers. Delightful HEA

This was a sweet and steamy romance that showcased 2 healing hearts and the chemistry that exploded between them. They were both interesting characters and they deserved the love they found together. Enjoyed the family interactions, the dogs and, yeah, even the cow that started the whole thing. Good fun!

Thanks to an unexpected occurrence, Beau finds Molly, who might be the best thing he has ever seen. What is even better is that Bandit might have actually found his two favourite humans. :-)
