I have read both books and though they are similar in layout and information, both are worth reading. I have a healthy fear of the disease having witnessed it once in my Dad and now again in another friend. It set out the guidelines and reasons for them in a clear manner. I have made changes to my diet and lifestyle and I can see the difference already, more energy, more focus, sleeping longer although this comes and goes but it is a work in progress. I would recommend this book to anyone who has any anxiety about their future brain health. I am not saying this is the bible to preventing this horrible disease but it certainly has made a difference already to the way I approach aging and life in general.
