This wasn't a bad book, but it wasn't the greatest, either. I listened to it via audio (I think it was a freebie), and its "information by list" style probably was not suited to that format. I was also a bit annoyed by the discussion about people and success. We all know that you can work really hard and not procrastinate and still not succeed. It would have been better to just stick with how to overcome the bad habit of procrastination.

The book offers some strong concepts, but they come across as fairly basic. For readers already familiar with personal development literature, the insights might not feel particularly new. However, it’s a great introduction for beginners who are just starting their journey in self-help and personal growth. While it may not be groundbreaking for seasoned readers, it could still be a helpful resource for those new to the field.

Nice tips for improving task completion and getting past that activation energy of starting or keeping up with a task.
