This is an excellent devotional that had a morning and evening section with scripture. It as themed throughout and was very meaningful and stirred the soul ams spirit. I took many notes from this book.

Whatever makes your day crazy to the point of forgetting what makes your day a good day, this book is for you. The Woman's Secret of a Happy Life offers short verses to encourage you to find moments in your day to lean on God for strength and reassurance that God is always there for you no matter how crazy your day is. The evening verse gives comfort that God is there if we lean on him we will feel relaxed and secure in his arms.

I enjoyed The Woman's Secret of a Happy Life for Morning and Evening by Donna K. Maltese. I used this book as part of my devotion time. There are 365 devotion entries in the book--365 for morning and 365 for evening. The devotions were easy to understand and encouraging. Each entry has a corresponding Bible verse to go along with the devotion. I think others will find this book encouraging as well! What makes this devotional for women stand out from all the others? For me, it is the heart behind the message, the succinctness of the meditations and the colors. Happiness is an emotion, but it comes from deep rooted joy, and this is possible as you realize your place in Christ. Receive the daily reminders as you start and conclude your day. I like that this book isn't overwhelming. It has short scripture messages and commentary for in the morning and evening and is an easy but impactful additional to a morning routine and a nice addition to an evening one. The floral illustrations are lovely. This is a perfect gift for a busy Christian women!
