In Texas, football is a religion.
Which makes Colt McAllister a god.
The star of the Fort Worth Frenzy could have any woman he wants.
But for some reason he has his eye on me.

And he’s not the only one.
His two suave teammates want to share me too.
DJ Buchanan is the goofy blond athlete who’s quick with a joke.
It doesn’t hurt that he's covered with chiseled muscle, either.
Despite his athletic exterior, Kody Murphy is quiet and studious.
And I'm the only one he'll open up to about his troubling past.

It’s my job to spend as much time with them as possible.
Interviewing them in the locker room...
...and getting extra personal off the field.
Can Colt, DJ, and Kody lead their team into the AFL playoffs?
And will our sultry relationship last that long?

HAIL MARY is a sizzling reverse harem love story filled with humor, suspense, and athletic action. HEA guaranteed!

RATING 4.5 STARS

Hail Mary by Cassie Cole is a reverse harem, sports romance, the sport being football. This is my very first book by Cassie. I’ve had several on my tbr list for so long. I want to say right up front here that I loved this and now wish I hadn’t taken so long to jump in. The characters were endearing. Not too much angst. And even though there were plenty of sexy times which I anticipated, I felt like there was a great story here. The sexy parts didn’t overwhelm the story at all.

Mary Beth Cunningham is a journalist for the Fort Worth Herald. Her dream has always been to be a journalist. But after working at the Herald for four years, she and the other female co-worker get all the fluff pieces. She’s dying to sink her teeth into something important, to write something that millions of people will read. So, when her boss called her into the office and said he was sending her to cover the XFL Football League, she was shocked. She has no knowledge at all of football. So, with a little help from Google, she quickly learned as much as she could, and headed for the locker room.

The XFL, Xtreme Football League, was only a couple of years old. The seasons ran opposite from the NFL. Even though it was new, it was wildly popular. Colt McAllister is the starting quarterback. He does not like to give interviews and the reporters have learned the hard way to stay away from him. One of his best friends, DJ Buchanan, the running back, is just the opposite. He’s outgoing and enjoys hamming it up for the reporters. He loves to make people laugh. And then there is the back up quarterback, the third in this trio of best friends, Kody Murphy. The man destined to sit on the bench game after game, studying plays, keeping his body in tip top shape, just in case anything happens to the main quarterback. Kody is the quiet one, the deep one, the sweet one. I think I might have loved him most.

The previous season, these three men had shared a woman just for the season. No strings, just temporary fun. It was just easier for them to have someone readily there for them that they trusted rather than trying to hook up with strangers. As soon as they saw Mary Beth, they all agreed that she might be the perfect prospect for this season. Mary Beth up to this point had had a fairly vanilla sex life. But she can’t deny that she is attracted to these men. So why not?! Only, she wants to keep their fun and games a secret. Because part of the deal is that they will be feeding her team news scoops. But she’s a good writer. She’s proud of her work. And she doesn’t want her reputation to be tarnished.

I admit I really fell for all of these characters. The men are all so different from one another. I loved Mary Beth and her willingness to just jump right into things, either with work, or with new experiences with her men! I want to add that I didn’t like the men she worked with at the Herald very much. I didn’t like the way they treated her. But as she proved herself as a writer, I have to admit that one of them in particular really redeemed himself. The only real reason I rated this as a 4.5 instead of a full 5 stars is because the author spent a lot of time describing the football plays on the field. She either has a great knowledge of football or did a lot of research. At times those got a bit tedious for me. I love sports romance so much. But I don’t really WATCH sports. So I might have enjoyed a little less detail. I finished this book late at night. At the very end, there is a download link for a bonus chapter. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t an epilogue. I love getting those glimpses into the characters relationship in the future. So the next morning when I read the bonus chapter, I was beyond happy. It was exactly what I needed. A perfect wrap up that left me all kinds of giddy. I definitely loved this book and will be exploring Cassie’s other work. I can’t wait to meet more of her characters.

Xtreme sports romance!

The following ratings are out of 5:
Romance: 💙🖤💜❤️
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📙📘
World building: 🌏🌍🌎🌍🌎
Character development: 😟🤭😤😘

The heroine: Mary Beth Cunningham - she has been a journalist at the Fort Worth Herald for four years, it was kind of a boy's club. The veteran male journalists always got the good assignments while Mary and her friend Carey got assigned fluff pieces. Though this time she gets assigned to be a sports correspondent alongside Bill, the regular correspondent. She was assigned to the Fort Worth Frenzy, a newer team in the XFL (Xtreme Football League).

The Heroes: all of them play on the Fort Worth Frenzy football team.
Colt McAllister - the star quarterback and most popular team member, appearing on the cover of more than one local magazine. Though he doesn’t do interviews, but his coach told him to be more flexible this year.
DJ Buchanan - He was the running back on the team. He was well liked by the fans for his good looks and charismatic personality.
Kody Murphy - He is the backup quarterback and is a bit on the shy side. He is intense and answers questions in as few words as possible with a bit of sarcasm thrown in.

The Story: Last season, the guys had a girlfriend they shared between them, they were kinda looking for the same thing this season, and when they saw Mary Beth in the locker room, all three of them noticed how hot she was. Colt even granted her an interview and asked her out for a more in depth one. So, they were already thinking about her that way, but had no clue if she would be into something like that.

I liked the fact that the three guys put it all out there right away and told Mary what they wanted. They also said that dating the three of them would be good for her career because they could feed her the most interesting stories about the team. I mean three hot men wanting to share you and help your career, who could say no to that? The only thing Mary struggled with was if she did it, she wondered if she could be truly objective in her writing. And she was worried that if anyone found out, her professional integrity would be in question.

I loved the fact that Kody could really relate to Mary, in that he was the backup QB, always waiting on the sidelines for his chance, kind of like how she had been treated at the paper. It was a hard situation with the two quarterbacks, you wanted both of them to do well in their careers, but in order for Kody to play, Colt had to do bad. So, it was a difficult balance. But what was really great about this one was how much fun they had together and the little jokes and cheesy football metaphors they threw out during intimate times.

I know these are mostly sex books, but I always wish wish wish that we saw our characters all develop more of an emotional connection to one another. I still enjoyed myself thoroughly with this book though. Some of the decisions the characters made annoyed me but not enough to put me off. The only real complaint I have is that I wish their ex was mentioned less. Maybe it’s just personal preference but I don’t wanna be hearing about all the sexy shit they did with her. (Honestly she wasn’t even mentioned that much, just enough for it to grate me)

Once again Cassie Cole delivers. It’s hard to make a reader okay with the main character having three boyfriends. She does a great job developing each relationship and makes us like the characters.

Mary Beth is a journalist who’s sick of being given fluff stories to write. When her boss assigns her to report on the XFL team she studies up on football and gives it a shot.

Cody is the quarterback of the Fort Worth Frenzy XFL football team. He’s unapproachable to the media until he decides to give Mary Beth a shot.

DJ is the star running back who is a journalist’s dream. He’s outgoing and boisterous.

Kody is the backup quarterback. He’s more subdued and grounded than the others and takes a bit to get to know.

It is learned that the three of them have shared a girlfriend in the past and when Mary Beth realizes she has feelings for them all and may get an inside football scoop, she goes for it.

4.5 stars - In Cassie Cole's books, there's usually a bit of a train wreck of sorts before a delicious finale. While I foresaw some of it, it broke my heart when some of the other items came crashing down. I'm not ashamed to say that my tear ducts got a bit of a workout.

The heat starts early and happens with some frequency in varied combinations. The story beyond the heat is sweet and delectable. I loved the setup and the main characters with some of the side characters proving to be worthy colleagues and friends. The back stories are varied and we get to see a little about how they were affected by them. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I wanted to love this book- but the insta love situation really took me out of the story. I've read a lot of RH stories, and in some instances the instant love makes sense.
But, in this book, it all felt really forced.
Mary was a very likeable character, as was Cole, Kody and DJ.
The drama on and off the field made total sense.
I just kept getting taken out of the story with all the football puns... I get it, but also not in the middle of smutty times over and over and over again.
I did love the ending because it wrapped up everything in a pretty bow.

Steamy reverse harem read! Mary Beth is a report covering the Forth Worth Frenzy, a XFL team. There she meets, Colt, Kody and DJ. Football players who like to share a girlfriend. Colt meets Mary Beth and agrees to an interview and sparks begin to fly. She wants to keep their relationship a secret but what will happen when the truth comes out? Fast-paced read with loads of steam and twists and turns. Great characters with lots of depth and intense chemistry. I really liked it.

yikes

I really hate leaving bad reviews but yikes. The storyline was fine but the descriptions of smexy time were horrible and totally cringy. About 50% into the book the writing became really bad. Every time it was Mary Beth’s POV it was “this week this happened. Next week this happened. The next week this happened.” The details weren’t there to keep the story flowing. The details weren’t skipped on the smexy stuff though. But man, the adjectives were awful.

This was my first read from Cassie Cole.

An easy read with lots of heat and some Drama, though while three was development and build up of the charators, it felt like out of the three males f the RH Kody, Colt & DJ, it seemed like DJ was only really there for comic relief and to drive the sex on to the new levels of anal and DP. He had almost no character development or conflict, and we learned very little about him compared to his teammates. Frankly it seemed like the story had been geered more for a menage relationship with a side line comic character, who then got edited in.
Despite that, a very enjoyable book and i look forward to reading more of Cassie's work.

New read
Audiobook: 1 female, 1 male narrator. Both were ok.

I skipped a lot. It felt generic to me. The first sex scene was - bleh. Sexual acts - no chemistry. It reminded me of a porno - all mechanics and no passion. Not my thing. At least the characters started to get to know one another so there was a little more connection in the later scenes. But, it still all felt pretty shallow.

Not sure how I feel about the conflict of interest with her work. Also thought it was weird how many times the ex was brought up.

It is fun to be back in a Cassie Cole book. The book is entertaining, laugh out loud funny and sexy. I still have my little quarm about how they fall in love so quickly when they really don't talk like deep talk that much in the books. But that is a personal thing of mine. TI am not a sports fan especially not football but I still really liked this book. If you like football you will most likely enjoy this book even more than I did. You will always get a Happily Ever After with a Cassie Cole book. The only thing I wish with all her books is more story. I always want to know what everyone is doing a year from now, two, etc.

Such a fun book!! My first read by author Cassie Cole and it will not be my last. I am a sucker for a sports romance.....add in three hunky football players for the heroine and I was hooked!

Mary Beth was not your typical groupie looking to shag an athlete (or three). She is a journalist for a local newspaper and after 4 years wanted to write more than just fluff pieces. She was given the chance to be a second reporter for the Fort Worth Frenzy XFL football team. Not wanting to fail at this opportunity, she learned as much as she could on the drive the stadium before the first practice and her first interviews with the players.

Cole is the starting quarterback for the Frenzy and does not typically give interviews. His coach told him to start talking to the reporters to generate buzz about the team. When he sees Mary Beth in the locker room looking lost in the swarm of reporters, he calls her over and tells her he will give her an interview. Little did Mary Beth know, she was the one being interviewed for a different kind of team. Cole along with his best friends Dj (team running back) and Kody (backup quarterback) had an arrangement where they share a girlfriend for the season. It was the perfect arrangement as they don't have a lot of time to devote to relationships while practicing and on the road for games. The girl they shared last season didn't connect with them so they parted ways......they thought Mary Beth would be a good choice for this upcoming season.

It was not a request Mary Beth had ever thought of before, but the temptation was alluring, so she jumped in and said yes. She had no idea what she was saying yes to as they guys were all more than she could have hoped for. Mary Beth had no reservations and wanted to try everything with them and the guys were all to happy to hear that.

The story had lots of depth for the characters as the guys got to share feelings and Mary Beth was not just a space cadet groupie. Loved the storyline of the football team as well. Very well done. Great story and hot and steamy sex scenes. A touchdown for sure!!

Hot book with a good plot, more realistic than other Reverse Harem books

Here is a Reverse Harem trope that maybe a little more on the realistic side of the ball, with drama and heat this story is one that I enjoyed. That is why I have to give this book a 4 out of 5 stars. Obviously, the Pepper rating is on the higher end of the scale but being that Cassie Cole doesn't just write sex scene after sex scene there is also a plot and depth of character. Which is why I place this book at the Habanero Pepper rating, there are lot of hot and sexy scenes that will get your motor running but it may not be enough to have you running for your significate other or toys.

The four main characters each have very unique personalities and importance to the story, with our leading lady being thrown into the world of sports journalism without much knowledge on the sport she is meant to cover things get more than a little interesting. Having been thrown into the world of XFL football and covering one of the two teams that are in the area, she is more than a little surprised when the Quarterback of The Fort Worth Frenzy allows her an interview and even more surprised when Mary Beth finds out that he NEVER does interviews. Add in the second-string Quarterback and the star Running Back and you have a very star-studded set of men that are asking for her attention.
Cassie Cole has the ability to write a Reverse Harem story that has the ability to heat your blood as well as make you feel. You may want tissues around because this story is one that will have a laughing and crying, (not to mention getting you all hot and bothered.)
If you are a Reverse Harem fan then this is a good book for you, if you are into learning about football well there is not a whole lot of material in this book. Although let's be honest, you will learn a few things if you are not knowledgeable on the subject. If you like an explicit scene filled story with actual plot and characters that feel real this is a good book for you to choose.

I hope that this has helped you find your next Tantalizing Tome.

Hail Mary by Cassie Cole is a hot page turner! The story centres around Mary Beth who is literally a woman working in a man’s world when it comes to her job of news reporter. Always getting the fluff pieces, she is surprised when she is given the task of interviewing Colt McAllister, the star Quarterback of the Fort Worth Frenzy Football team. The only issue is that she doesn’t know anything about sports and Colt isn’t exactly approachable. Seeing that she’s panicked, Colt takes pity on her and gives her an interview with the help of his best-friends and other teammates: DJ and Kody. It’s instant sparks fly between the four of them, but as is life, not everything is smooth sailing and they all have to work on their relationships on and off the field, in secret, hoping that there aren’t any consequences.

This story was a great easy read. If you’ve read Cassie Cole before, you know that there is going to be a lot of sexy scenes, some drama and well written characters, this book was no exception. We have storylines of individual characters happening in this book, family angst to wondering about their careers as well as how to build on a relationship that would be quite complicated with two people, never mind four.

There is certainly a lot of vulnerability between all of the characters and there are some seriously sad moments as well as some laugh out loud ones which really help the book along. I really enjoyed delving into the minds of these characters and the moments that Mary Beth shared with them individually as well as in a group.

I can’t wait to read more from this author as all of her books are enjoyable, sexy and wonderful to read.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Mary Beth Cunningham, Colt McAllister, DJ Buchanan, & Kody Murphy. When this book opens we find Mary Beth talking with her co-worker and friend about how only the men get the good assignments and they are left to write the fluff pieces. All that changes though when Mary Beth is given the assignment to cover the XFL team the Fort Worth Frenzy. Her male counterpart who typically runs all the sports stories can't believe it she is shocked too when they both learn it's true. To make her day better she get's the interview no one else seems to be able to get with none other than the quarterback Colt McAllister. Colt can't stand to do interviews but when his coach tells him he has to he chooses Mary Beth since she looks so lost. What he never imagined was how he would feel about her as a woman not just a journalist. So he asks her out under the pretense of a more in-depth interview. When DJ (the running back) and Kody (the backup quarterback) find out they think they might just have found their woman for the season. What happens though when all of them realizes being with each other could have real consequence both on and off the field. Will they try for a HEA or will they run at the first sign of trouble?

This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

With love, they became a family!
by sewsummore

I am not usually a fan of sports romances, but this book was too addictive to put down until I reached the end. Mary Beth was a reporter for a male-dominated newspaper, relegated to writing many of the paper's fuff pieces. When she was told to cover the local "Fort Worth Frenzy Football Team" as one of the Sports Correspondents, she was surprised and worried since she knew very little about football. Fortunately, Colt, the team star Quarterback, felt sorry for her and gave her the chance to interview. It was just the break she needed, and with the help of Colt and his and his team-mates DJ and Kody, she soon gained the confidence she needed to succeed. The three men had been drawn to Mary Beth from the beginning and had hoped for a closer relationship with her. The three men shared one woman the previous season and hoped they could convince her to be their girlfriend this year. Although she had been shocked at their suggestion, she considered their proposition since she was attracted to the three men, and they promised her it could benefit her career as well. I found this book a steamy, entertaining menage story full of romance and conflict. I approved of the way her lovers cared for and protected Mary Beth. Her happiness and well-being were major considerations in their relationship, and she returned their feelings in the same way. Who we love and how we love should never be anybody's business but their own. Their relationship may have begun convenient, but it ended with love and devotion as a family unit.

Title: Hail Mary
Author: Cassie Cole
Format: Audio
Narrators: Ramona Radcliff, Curt Bonnem
Genre: Romance, sports (football), Reverse Harem
Standalone: Yes
Part of a Series: No
POV: Mary Beth, Colt, DJ, Cody
Steam Level: Hot
5/5

After finishing my last book I was looking for something light and fluffy with an HEA. Cassie Cole is always a fun and steamy adventure and laughs. Hail Mary was no exception. I like football stories and loved the aspect of Hail Mary being XFL rather than NFL (or college or high school) which I honestly don't know much about. I loved that we got the guys POVs along with Mary Beth and how all three guys have vastly different personalities that balance each other out. The amount of cheesy football jokes that were called out as cheesy was a ton of fun. I've listened to several Cassie Cole books and I think that this one has been my favorite. I love the distinctive characters but I would get Colt and Cody confused since one is the quarterback and the other the backup quarterback - although the mention of their hair-colors helped me distinguish one from the other. I also liked the secretive nature of their relationship since Mary Beth was worried about her professional reputation. While there was some angst between the main characters, Hail Mary was overall a fun, light-hearted story that was exactly what I needed.

I received this audiobook for free from Audiobooks Unleashed. This is my honest and voluntary review.

This is a hot reverse harem sports romance. This was a very good read that was hot, funny and well written. I love Cassie Cole's reverse harem stories because she doesn’t just focus on the sexy times, she makes sure that you have an entertaining story focusing on the relationships between the characters.

Colt, Kody and DJ are football players for an XFL team in Texas. They enjoyed sharing a girlfriend the previous season and were looking to do it again this season. Mary Beth is a reporter trying to get assigned better stories. Her boss sends her out to work with the papers sportswriter to cover Fort Worth Frenzy's games. This is where she meets Colt, Kody, and DJ. She's lost and clueless when it comes to sports. Colt takes pity on her and offers to let her interview him, something he never does since he's not a fan of reporters. Colt is the team’s starting quarterback; Kody is his backup QB and DJ is the teams star running back. Colt asks Beth on a date but when he sees her start to panic, he calls it an extended interview. When she shows up at the restaurant all three of the guys are there. They are all interested in Mary Beth and the want to talk to about her dating all three of them and them sharing her. She's intrigued and says yes but only if they agree to keep their arrangement a secret since she report on their team games. The guys agree to help her out by giving her scoops on info for her stories. They want to see her succeed as a reporter. They go about dating and building a relationship but how long will it remain a secret? Will their relationship weather the storms coming or will it end when the season is up like their previous relationship did?

Mary Beth has been working for the Fort Worth Herald for a few years. Despite being an excellent reporter, she is always given fluff pieces to write because she’s a woman. So when the opportunity arises that she is to be given the chance to be the second sports reporter for the Fort Worth Frenzy NXL team, she jumps at the chance. But she is definitely out of her comfort zone. Colt, the handsome quarterback that hates press interviews, has been told that he needs to play nice. He spots Mary Beth across the locker room and takes her under his wing along with his best friends DJ and Kody. But they also have an ulterior motive. The three of them are attracted to Mary Beth and are looking for a new girlfriend to share during the new season. An honest, good reporter, that’s going to be with them throughout the season would fit the bill perfectly and she would be privy to all the breaking news stories to help her with her new position. It’s a win win for all four of them if Mary Beth agrees....
Another well written, entertaining and enjoyable RH storyline. It’s a fresh take on a sports romance and all of the players have opposite personalities that compliment each other and Mary Beth is the icing on the cake for them. Brilliant!

Felt real!

I love football, but I'm no expert. So, this book could be right or it could be terribly wrong with the plays and how a team works and interacts, but the emotions felt so real. All of Mary Beth's nerves being a first time sports reporter, were so engaging that I felt like I was walk and talking beside her. All of the hurtles Mary Beth, Colt and Kody go through and how it effects their group dianamic and the feelings, felt grounded in reality which I don't often find. I loved how they explained the pressure on Kody and his background in Texas playing football, because football is a religion in Texas. I enjoyed the differences between Colt and Kody, both are extremely good QBs, but the only difference is how the pressure felt. While I felt the criticism and the negative comments towards Mary Beth and her article on Kody, were a little harsh from some parties, it added to the feeling that it was real. Most people would be beyond livid if their background was brought up and out to the public if they didn't want it to come to light. I absolutely loved everything about this book. But I especially loved all of the emotions and the emotional turmoil of the characters. In the end all the nerves, and eventually the rush and excitement as it all worked out was incredible.

I’m giving this book 3 stars and that’s me being generous.

I don’t even know what to say about this book, but it just wasn’t the best.
And you really have to like football jargon to get through this cause there is a lot of it.
Like I get the girl was a reporter for football games, but I don’t think it was necessary how much coverage was done of the games.
I also think that she was a super pushover and excepted a lot of their behavior way too easily.
And her wanting to be just like their previous girlfriend in the bedroom and bringing it up a lot gave me the ick.
Like one of her guys was upset and just took it out on her and stopped talking to her for weeks. Like for no reason and out of the blue. She herself had done nothing wrong. And she just accepted it like it was nothing.
Then her other guy also was upset with her and did something really fucked up for her and her career. And she also just took it like it was nothing.
Often I feel like the guys really only used her as a fuck toy. It really lacked any real depth or emotion or love in their relationships in my opinion.
I mean, the book wasn’t horrible, but it just wasn’t that great.

Mary Beth works for the Fort Worth Herald as a journalist. Mary Beth and her co worker Carey are the only two woman working there. They are tried of getting fluff assignments until one day Mary Beth doesn't. Mary Beth is given a sports correspondent and VIP access to interview the Fort Worth Frenzy XFL team. Mary Beth gets her first break with Colt gives her an interview. Which Mary Beth's co-worker Bill doesn't like. Colt offers her an extended interview and she takes it. When Mary Beth gets to the restaurant she finds not only Colt but DJ and Kody too. They tell her that they would like to have her be there girlfriend until the season is over with. They tell her it's hard to have a girlfriend during the season and all of them can treat her how she should be treated if they were all in it together and they would give her the best info on when she interviews them. I enjoyed reading this book. I loved the storyline and plot. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. First off, once again I was not hesitate to dive into one of the reverse harem books Cassie writes. She always gives you a well written story, sexy men, a woman they are devoted to and a happy ending. This book is about Mary Beth, a journalist, and the three football players she falls for. Colt, DJ And Kody are players in the XFL football league. They are all star athletes and best friends. They not only have the chance to make the playoffs but they have the opportunity to share their attraction with Mary Beth. She has a special connection with each of the men. When they are all together the sparks leap off of the pages. This story is really well written and would make anyone a football fan. I always look forward to be books by Cassie. If rh is your type of genre, this is an author you do not want to pass up

Once again, this author has completely blown me out of the water! How she comes up with such amazing books is beyond me.

Once again this book is wonderfully written. I will admit I don’t care for football and I honestly don’t know much about it, but In Cassie Cole fashion, you don’t have to know anything about this topic to follow along with the book. She explains everything in a way you can understand without it being boring and too much information. She’s amazing! It’s flows so easily causing it to be a fast and easy read.

Mary Beth is a journalist and a great one at that. She’s assigned to the XFL football league, although she knows nothing about football. She’s easy to talk to, finds herself in trouble without actually meaning to, sarcastic and funny, intelligent and compassionate, and so much more. She’s really relatable and real. Colt is the quarterback, he’s sweet, smarty, funny, and a star. DJ is the running back and by far my absolute favorite. He’s charming and cheesy, sweet and compassionate, and a big ball of sunshine. He’s quirky and witty. Kody is the backup quarterback. He’s quiet and studious, finds it hard to open up, intelligent and sweet. Did I mention all three are absolutely sexy!

This story is anything but predictable. There are twists and turns that leave us gasping and praying for the best. Seems to be one thing after another. There’s laugh out loud moments, shock after shock, nail biting anticipation and worry, and scenes that are straight up on fire. So worth the read!!

A serious MUST read book!!

I love reading sports romance and this one is perfect. So you have Mary Beth who seems to be a little shy but also confident at times. She is a reporter for a newspaper and she gets an assignment that is outside her scope. FOOTBALL! Well as I continued reading I was in for a surprise. Lets meet DJ, Colt and Kody who play for the Fort Worth Frenzy. Um can I say that I want to research more about the XFL leagues for more HOT GUYS! LOL. Anyways even though there is talk about football there are other elements that occur in the book. You have a little bit of mystery as you get to know each of the characters. You get action, both on and off the field. There is a bit of betrayals, revelation of oneself and finally happiness. This was the first book that I have read from this author and I loved it. I will definitely be reading more from this author.

Touchdowns all night long for the win!!!

Hail Mary is another hot and steamy RH romance with a super sexy sports theme by Cassie Cole. This story is about Mary Beth and Colt, DJ and Kody. She is a newspaper reporter who has been sent out by her editor to work with the sportswriter. What she does not expect is to get the scoop of her career....only she can't actually report it. You see there are these big, handsome, strong and super sexy football players who are friends and like to do some things together. One of those is sharing a girlfriend and they are looking for the right one to do this with for the season. When they find Mary Beth they not only want to Hail her, they want to worship her in more ways than there are hours in a day.

I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
