This book is likely too technical for the reader not already studied and familiar with Maxwell's Equations and differential calculus. It's mainly a specific text book on Plasma Physics But does link the math/science of Plasma Physics to the Cosmology of the Plasma Universe. It's likely required reading for anyone who hopes to discuss in depth aspects of Cosmology which defy the mainstream gravity-only model.
