I like the advice. I just had a run of bad luck. I've had a freak accident and fractured my wrist. The blessing I found out i have sleep apnea. Then last year I had colon cancer. So my back up money has been raided. I'm hoping this year I get started on getting back out of debt.(which ironically medical expenses and having no job set me up in debt.) I live on the idea want to make God laugh have a plan. I cannot stress that you can believe you have saved enough to stay from living pay check to pay check and end up there anyway.

I like the snowball strategy...

I am thankful for getting this book from the author and this is my honest and voluntary review.

I found this book to be very helpful because once you understand the way debt works then you can begin to climb your way out of debt and surprisingly stay out of debt. It is worth the time if you want to stop living paycheck to paycheck and wanting a savings account with a decent amount of savings enough to tied you over if something should happen a little something called an emergency savings. Basically it is a really great guide to learning and understanding debt and then understanding how to stay out of it, keeping more of your hard earned money.

A clear and practical guide for anyone trying to break free from ongoing debt stress. The author explains not only how people slip into financial trouble but also how mindset, habits, and borrowing patterns silently work against long-term stability.

I appreciated the way the book connects day-to-day budgeting with a realistic plan for tackling balances and rebuilding a stronger financial foundation. The chapter summaries help reinforce the material, and the later sections on real estate and investing add a long-term perspective that keeps the topic motivating.

A thoughtful, well-structured introduction to managing debt and moving toward financial confidence.
