Nicole Crank opens up in "I Will Thrive" with such vulnerability. She went through horrible things in her life, and yet she has still arrived here: healed, successful, happy, and reaching out to others who are hurting. Her story exemplify's Romans 8:28: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." We are more than what happened to us. Crank draws out this point and more as she shares her past, share how she's been hurt, and how she healed. It's difficult to read at some points, but she says that she shares all of this so if someone else has gone through these awful things, they'll know that they're not alone. And that there's hope. And just how much God loves them and has plans for their life.
“'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. '” — Jeremiah 29:11
