Extremely easy to read. I already had a basic understanding of the chakras and their powers, but with this book, I feel much more enlightened. I plan to revisit it and incorporate everything I’ve learned into my daily life to ensure I feel more connected, free, and happy.
I enjoyed learning about chakras with this little book. In general, I am at best skeptical of this spiritual philosophy and at worst think it could be dangerous if you tried to unblock the chakras to heal some of the listed potential ailments rather than seeking medical/psychological attention. However, I can follow the spirit of focusing your energy on different parts of your physical body and spiritual/mental/emotional self.
I most appreciated the general descriptions, associated yoga poses and meditations. I also liked that while focusing on the 7 most commonly followed system, a few others had brief descriptions.

Meditations, affirmations, and yoga poses are also provided for each chakra. A helpful little book!

It's ok, a nice and concise overview of the chakras. Every chapter outlines each chakra and provides the same detail, which can be a bit repetitive but is helpful. More of a reference book than anything else.
A really good introduction to chakras. I found it really easy to follow and found it very informative and explained in a simple straight forward format. Really helped ease me into the subject of chakras and intrigued to learn more.
