I heard the audible version of the book This is a collection of short discussions by different experts. I really liked a couple of those discussions, one on the gestures and the one on listening. There were surely some good references to the well known leaders across on how they are so good with their body language and the gestures or listening skills which make them better than the others. Certain dos and don'ts are of great help. There was also a discussion on the Make and Female views on different open or closed statements or expressions that are made. This sure would help in understanding where we have to interpret what with respect to the gender. Some of these are helpful in our daily life too. Over all the book was fine but I think it was a lot confusing to hear it over and picture things, this would be great for a video or online or a live session to attend to see, look, feel, listen and experience the right ways to communicate.
