A Celtic cycle of prayer and Reflection.

I have been enjoying using this book on a regular basis to aid my prayers and reflections. I particularly enjoyed the introduction to the idea of balance & equilibrium which is distinctly lacking in my life. An on-going process to be worked on and developed.
