Lacey returned to visit the town she had been born in and went to the park with a friend to see a statue where her grandparents had met but her friend accidentally fired a gun and Lacey was tackled to the ground by Chad, the police officer sent to investigate. They are both instantly attracted to each other. After he hears her story Chad takes Lacey to the lake area where her grandparents hid for weeks and then takes her to his houses here they become intimate. What will happen when Lacey’s father, who is the sheriff and Chad’s boss, finds out about their relationship? Can Lacey and Chad find happiness together?
I enjoyed this cute instalove story where everything happened very quickly. Chad and Lacey met under unusual circumstances but they both felt the instant attraction and planned to find happiness together. The epilogue was a great ending for their story.

This book picks up after Rob’s HEA. Lacey and Cop Chad meet in unusual circumstances and are drawn to each other. They get to know each other better and their mutual sexual chemistry has sparks even though Lacey is only around for a couple of days. Chad doesn’t know that Lacey has a secret that could jeopardise everything. I loved this instalment of the Springs Patrol Delta. This was a quick read but Kayla still managed to write a really good story with a healthy dose of steam. You are rooting for both characters as can sense they are both what they need for each other. Brilliant!

This is a continuation of Robs happy HEA. Chad is another policeman who meets his forever girl in different circumstances. Although a short and sweet book From Kayla it doesn’t take away the fact that she is a great writer and storyteller, who grips your attention from the first page. Their chemistry is dynamic and exciting. Hot to boot 🔥. Can’t wait for Vinces HEA. Tvm Kayla for once again keeping me up late! Lol.

This is the 3rd book in the Springs Patrol Delta series. Chad is a police officer who goes to Sylvan Park to investigate an incident. That’s where he meets Lacey and the fireworks begin. There’s an instant attraction. I am enjoying this series and recommend it to those of you who like a steamy, older man, younger woman romance with a satisfying HEA. I received a complimentary pre-release copy of this book from the author and this is my honest review

I had a really hard time with this book. While I really liked the steam factor and I know that it's a fantasy I just couldn't get past how Chad looked the other way on something so dangerous and how dumb Lacey was.
I get what Lacey was trying to do but come on, couldn't she have left that one item at home. Did she REALLY need it and after what happened with it, how can Chad disregard it. He just HAPPENS to know that no one was hurt?

I received a copy of this book through BookFunnel and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is a well written story. The characters are awesome. The only complaint I have is it is to short. I would have liked to have seen it just a bit longer it hooked me but it seemed to need a little more. Kayla Kelly is good and I will read her again. This was a quick easy read. Enjoy!!!

Loved Lacey!
I loved the chemistry between Lacey and Chad. Chad was on duty, went out on a vandalism call. A gun went off and a woman shrieked.
Chad was on scene to take control. He couldn't ignore the attraction between Lacey and himself.

This is another quick book by this author . Chad a cop gets a call for something going on at the park . Hears gun shot finds two women one he can't his eyes off of. Enjoyed this book and series . Good read .

This is one of the best short stories ive read. I love the thought the author put into the background story of her grandparents and how it brought Chad to her. This entire series is epic I can't wait to read vinces story..
