Hi, so excited about being on Goodreads and sharing my Middle School books with you! I live in beautiful Noosa, in Australia. For most of my life I was a teacher of Middle School kids, and what an awesome experience that was. It gave me the opportunity to understand the problems that kids go through.
My writing partners are Kaz and Bill Campbell, they were also Middle School Teachers.
We hope you enjoy our books as much as we love writing them for you!!!

It's very surprising that Alexa is still able to function at all after all the bad stuff she has gone through. Matters get much worse for her when her thief mother has decided she wants her and Tyler back together although we find out the real reason for that late in the book.

Lucas ends up in the hospital (basically for not paying attention to what he is doing) and Tyler is being his usual self (the kid badly needs major psychiatric help.)

There's still the on-going problem with the bully Ronnie, both thugs from the bus back on the bus despite the one having started a major fire that burned down two homes (why wasn't he put into juvenile until he turned 18?) and Ali has a problem with Holly who has gotten the lead singing position in school bad performance and who also seems to be hitting on Ali's boyfriend.

All this with Alexa being only 13. This is a series that seems to be becoming darker.
