Two men. Torn desire. How far will a Pure go before she destroys the nations?
As Ryva plots, war is imminent. Not satisfied with only gaining power, Ryva wants Maxim. Maxim, the Colonel, has bartered both Iolanthe and his nation. Iolanthe’s life is in peril, her future uncertain, and the man who claims to love her acts indifferent.
Zahir won’t allow Iolanthe’s life to be in jeopardy. Taking the woman he loves away from captivity, he sets into motion a landslide of events which could mean the end of the Ruins—and the beginning of servitude for all.
The battle of wills between the soldier and the Colonel begins. The Colonel’s obsession with Iolanthe makes him a predator. Zahir wants Iolanthe and will do anything to keep her safe, regardless of whether it means his military position or his life.
As a Pure, Iolanthe is used to letting others make her decisions and to win every fight for her. But this time, she isn’t about to let others decide for her. She’s done being weak. The time for decision is now.
With the hunt for Iolanthe intensifying and a battle over the nations ready to start, Iolanthe’s retribution is about to begin. Which man will she choose? Which man holds the key to her heart and has the power to end the tumultuous struggle between both nations?
This is book four and the exciting conclusion to the Colonel’s Conquest series.

A wonderful addition to this series an enticing read
Pure has been just used to doing as she is directed, as she is told like nothing more than a living doll but no more!! She is going to make her own decisions she is so tired of appearing weak and being pushed around and directed constantly.
When the battle between the Colonel and the Soldier begin both only want to keep her safe and help her but it is not an easy thing to do, as a Pure she has simply believed that she had no voice, but never again she would be heard and she was determined.
However, the Colonel and the soldier are not making things any easier as they both are determined to win her heart, body and soul but she may surprise them both.
You’ll have to read this wonderful book and discover the outcome for yourself.

This series has been captivating from the beginning. I held my breath as they struggled to overcome their conflicts. He was so horrible most of the time, I found it difficult to read some of the passages. I do like how the story ended. It felt somewhat satisfying rather than having any lingering doubts.
