Clear and concise

A concise and plain language (accessible) summary with references to learn more how ADHD presents in women and key differences on how it presents in men.

very basic overview of the distinguishing features of female specific adhd. use of binary language is prevalent unfortunately but there is discussion of how the culture around female vs male can impact the presentation of adhd and other symptoms

this is a short informative read on the main differences between women and men who have ADHD, til fairly recently women with ADHD rarely get diagnosed because they dont fit the 'normal' characteristics, here the author details many of the differences to help get better understanding.

This is a very short audio book (31 min) and I found myself wishing for more! It was very validating to the symptoms I struggle with. I am formally diagnosed with ADHD. I just wish there was more on solutions! There was a little bit but how much can you really fit in to 31 min. It was nice to have it be short and sweet, I just wish there was a part 2!

Overall this was a very helpful book! It gave a lot of insight into why ADHD is so different for women. It gives a very good explanation of inattentive ADHD in women but didn't go into depth on what hyperactive ADHD can look like for women. Also there is a lot of subtle self love and self exceptance messaging in it.

No more than a social media post

Everything I read here, I had already read via facebook for free. Rather disappointing I'm afraid.
I was expecting more. No real details when viewing the sample.

As a woman recently diagnosed with adult ADHD I found this useful, but it is very short and basic.

Poorly written, basically just several magazine articles slapped together haphazardly.

For me, this was useless. I already know everything they told me in this book, and there was nothing new for me, and it felt like i just wasted my time. It was very basic and i just think i was the target person, because you have to be at the very beginning to get anything out from this. It was short, which for me made it shallow, like there could have been a lot explantion or example, but it felt like it just touch a lot signs and symptons and then just moved along and that just annoying.
