A very nice compendium of data sources, analysis approaches and methods that could be usable for data analysis. The good thing is that all this stuff is listed in a very concise form for anyone just to flip through it and maybe get some further ideas for projects at hand. The slightly not good thingy about it is that all of it is so very high-levels as to make the book inaccessible to anyone who hasn't had a chance to practice all this stuff already or isn't good at research.
Very good handbook about corporate social responsibility, supply chain management, analytics of customer's behaviour in a detail. Book is a forecast of terms connected to usage of services in particular scope, used through various channels which are enumerated in a book, simply stated and explained in the book. It is a good prediction for a company as well as an enterprise functioning in an environment of collective claim to the customer as well as to the company or an enterprise. We will find here also explanation of how particular data is being used or analyzed by specialist of commerce, management, what questions we have to ask ourselves to prototype the results and risk associated with business management and business development in order to achieve satisfactory exchange between a customer and an offering entity (f. example : company, owner). The book also turns attention to the competitor behaviour that may be predicted or learned for the sake of avoiding potential traps or loses of revenue or loses in sales parameters. Five stars.
I just couldn't give this book more than 2 stars as it's far too high level. If you knew nothing, and I truly mean absolutely nothing, about data analysis and business analytics, then you might get something out of this book.
The reality is that anyone who has been tasked to interpret data will instinctively employ many of the analysis types described in this book.
