This is a cute take on romance during a dancing show. I loved how close Harvey and his sister Holly were. She is younger than Harvey, but they have always been close and he will do anything for her. I know Holly wants her brother to be happy and have a family. She knows he isn’t looking for anyone after what has happened in his past. I loved it when she asked him to step in for a contestant dancing to find love had to bow out because he got hurt. Ali is the contestant that Harvey will have to dance with. I don’t know how she had the energy to practice the dance during the day and then go to work in the late afternoon at the restaurant where she was head chef and work late. You need to read the story to see how the competition goes, what outside forces may affect her decision, and who she chooses. I also loved how Harvey’s friends in the Security company he works for gave him such a hard time, of course in a loving way! I encourage you to read the book. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.

Fabulous book that you will not want to put down!! If you love a good reality show combined with romance than this book will keep you glued!! Ali and Harvey had an instant connection that could not be ignored!! When Ali had to choose 1 guy out of 3 to date, is this instant connection enough?? Also major drama happening at Ali's work that will need to be resolved before their HEA!! Loved catching up with the other couples from the first 3 books and seeing where they are at!! Could not recommend this book more!! Would give 10 stars if i could!!

In the day and age of reality TV, Ali takes a chance on finding love by participating on a dancing show. Can one really fall in love at first dance? Out of the three candidates Ali feels a connection with two. Will she choose hot and sexy or safe and comfortable?
When Harvey’s sister, producer of the reality tv show, ask him to fill in for a participant that broke his leg, his first reaction is No. But he will do anything for his sister. When he meets his dance partner on the dance floor, sparks fly. Harvey starts falling for his partner and begins to hope, that Ali will choose him for the date.
This series keeps getting better and better and Stacy Eaton shows us that we can find love in the most unexpected ways.

This is book 4 in the Unexpected series. Each book is better than the next.  I am a huge reality show fan so I was excited to read this book. Ali a head chef at a fancy french restaurant was convinced by her friend Holly to do a dance reality show. Holly happened to be an executive on that reality show.  Holly was in a bind when a male contestants got hurt and couldn't compete. Knowing her brother, Harvey, would help her out she phoned him. Harvey did not want to do it, however, agreed.

What a fantastic story. Although,  this is a standalone I strongly suggest you read the previous stories. You will not be disappointed.

Ali meets Harv and Blake on a reality TV show. It’s a dance and romance show where Ali dances with 3 guys and then chooses one for a date...the catch is, they can’t talk to each, they can only dance together! She’s there because she’s looking for a relationship, as is Blake and Harv is there as a favor for his sister – she’s the producer and needs a last minute fill in. While Ali has chemistry with both of them, will she choose the one who is her ideal man or the one who scares and excites her? Great character and storyline!

I've read several books written by Stacy Eaton; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.

This is the fourth book in the Unexpected Series; it’s a cute story about Ali; she ready for a serious relationship but hasn’t find the right man so she going to be a contestant on the May I Have This Dance television show; Harvey agrees to be on his sister’s show. I loved the characters.

Oh Harvey!!! How I adore thee! This is such a cute story. Ali is looking for love in the most unconventional way, on a reality show. Harvey isn't looking for love, or at least he doesn't think he is. Holly, Harvey's sister is trying to play matchmaker. What enfolds is an endearing story about the spark of a relationship, the natural draw of two people and how we can sometimes mess that up by overthinking it all. This is book 4 in the series and I love that we have the same cast of supporting characters that play their parts and give the characters life. The book moves at a steady pace with only tiny twists, nothing stressful. It's a fun and easy read that will bring a smile to your face. Love it!!

#4 in the series. The unexpected series lives up to its name. Note this can be read as a standalone but reading the series in order makes it more fun as you get to see previous couples and how those relationships have progressed - always a win for me - I always want to know what happens after the Happily Ever After (HEA).

Honestly I am not a fan of reality TV - but this book showed the other side and I can see how people go in and get caught up. Great detail in the behind the scenes of the show. But come on... you probably are looking at this book because it is romance and this book will not disappoint. Love the realness of the characters - flawed humans doing their best. This is one of the things Stacy is great with and she has done it again with this one. The flow of this story makes it a great read - you won't want to put it down.

Great concept for a reality show. Harvey is tricked by his sister into being a contestant on a reality show where dancing is involved. Something Harvey doesn't do. Ali must choose between three dance partners who she wants to date. Will sparks fly between Harvey and Ali? Will anyone get burnt? I really enjoyed this rom com. I cn definitely see this as a Hallmark movie.

This is another good story in this series. It is not your typical romance as the main characters do not truly meet until much later in the story but i loved both of them.

Unexpected Storms,,,,, I knew it was going to be a great book because I love the author's work. Her books are easy to read but full of things that could happen to anyone. The characters are so well written you could be best friends with them. She also does a lot of research because every bopk gives you a look at what the subject would be like. That’s what was so good about this book. The characters were great and we got to see how a chef runs a restaurant and all that goes into that. Both of the main characters, Ali Davidson and Harvey Melton end up on a dance reality show which neither expected to do. Ali wanted a relationship and was tired of the old fashion way of finding one. The idea of not seeing the person until you dance made it exciting but also very nerve racking. For Harvey Melton he was just doing his little sister a favor. Little did he know what it was until he got to her. Harvey isn’t the type you would think was a dancer. But he promised his sister and he ended up liking it and having feelings about the other dancer, Ali. The book goes through the process of the dance reality show while seeing the way Ali and Harvey went through their day to day stuff, a E-coli issue and the issues of how they really feel about each other. Great read and highly recommended.

A romantic comedy with some suspense, I enjoyed reading this installment of the Safety Zone Security team. Harvey is surprised when events come together, forcing him to take some much-needed leave. What he did not expect was to be inveigled into his sister's plans for a reality TV show. Harvey's first encounter with Ali is when they bump into each other on the pavement in the middle of a storm, and he is completely taken aback when the captivating beauty is his dance partner in the "May I Have This Dance" TV show. The attraction is instant but when it is time to make a choice, Ali chooses safe over compelling, edgy, and dangerous. It is only when the restaurant that Ali is managing is being sabotaged, that she realises that Harvey is in fact the man she needs. The witty banter between teammates and their intense loyalty towards one another is the foundation of this series, and when the chips are down, team members will move heaven and earth for one of their own. The story is a standalone and comes to a romantic conclusion. I received a copy of this novel as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

With each book in this series, I fall more and more in love with it! This is the story of Ali and Harv. This story was so much fun to read as you got to see everything from both sides. Ali is the head chef at a very upscale restaurant and loves her job. She is a strong, independent woman, who knows what she wants and goes after it. Ali signs up for a reality dance show to find love. She tends to have problems talking to the opposite sex and finds it hard to make a connection with anyone. Harv works at the Security firm and is the brother of the producer (Holly) of the show. He has been in the military and has been married twice and has not found anyone he can connect with. He is a tough, strong, serious man who would do just about anything for his sister.

Great storyline, great characters and it leaves you wanting to know more about the other characters in the books who have not had their own story yet! This story is full of drama, suspense, mystery, deception, misunderstandings, passion, chemistry, humor, loyalty and friendship. I cannot wait for the next book to come out. Fate collides once again!

Harvey is set to do his sister a favour but he doesn’t know what that favour is until he shows up at a dance studio to rehearse for a dating show. Taken aback by what he has been asked to do he starts to think maybe there’s more to this show that he first thought and when he first sees Ali, she changes everything.

Ali is having one last attempt to find love on a dating show, she must be mad but she is excited at the possibility of meeting someone new. But someone is trying to sabotage her restaurant and she feels pulled in two places at once. Trying to protect her career and find love is proving harder than she thought but there is something about the mysterious dark haired man she keeps meeting.

Such a great read! I loved Harvey’s story and can’t wait for more unexpectedness from this group.

I read this book voluntarily for an honest review.

This is book four in the Unexpected series. I reads well as a standalone but I think you're missing out if you haven't read the first three books in the series. I love Harvey and Ali's story, It's my favorite of the four books. They've both been pretty unlucky in love. Harvey has had two divorces because they couldn't handle being married to a military man. After that he kind of gave up on finding someone. He may be retired from the military but he still travels a lot for his job at Safety Zone. Ali wants to find someone to love that won't expect her to give up her job which is why she ends upon a dating show. Harvey is helping his sister by filling in as a contestant. Will the show give them a chance at love?

I absolutely love how every meets in completely different ways but dancing, I did not expect this but was perfect for Ali and Harv! Harvey will do anything to help his sister and she knows it which is how he ends on a realty show about love and dance, I don't know who was shocked more Harv or myself but boy did I laugh along with the gang from Safety Zone Security. There is so much to love about this book, not only how everyone is connected in some way, but the vulnerability both Ali and Harv show as well as how this is quiet the slow burn so you really get to know Harv and Ali and connect do much more with them, and don't worry it's not all just about dancing and falling in love, someone is out to ruins Ali's career and they very well may succed!

Oh my gosh this author did it again. Just when I thought that this was a book that I wouldn’t let suck me in and I should be able to put it down, *Boom* mind blown. Oh how absolutely wrong I was and down the rabbit hole I went being utterly thrilled with everything that I just read. Harvey and Ali kept me up way too late into the wee hours of the morning. In my defense I absolutely had to know what would happen and little things like the outside world and sleep weren’t going to get in my way. To be honest I didn’t see how the dancing date idea was going to work. Once again I was wrong and I loved how you could feel the chemistry between them without having them speak to each other. So fun and I loved their story!!!

Wow! Amazing book and unusual concept!
Ali is asked to go on a dance tv show where she is matched up to three guys. Harvey, a security expert is one of those guys but when Ali's restaurant is in trouble, Harvey's crew are called in to investigate.
This was really great, romantic, fast paced and such fun. Dramatic as, and suspenseful with an enticing mystery, I found it hard to put this book down to tell the truth. It just keeps me reading. I enjoyed the dynamic between Ali and Harvey particularly when he was in professional mode. The stand up and take notice attitude of Ali made me laugh. This was a great book and I'll be looking out for more.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Book four in the Unexpected series is all about Ali and Harvey. He is a security guy who is trying to do a favor for his sister. He is wondering though if he got in over his head until he meets Ali. She is a chef and is on May I Have This Dance TV show to find a date. Since nothing else was getting her anywhere, she agreed to participate. When things start going wrong at the restaurant, she hires a security firm. It just so happens that Harvey is the one to help. They have a lot of chemistry between them. The story is well written with humor, drama and love

Unexpected sweetness. The lighter book in the series so far but still packed with emotions. Harvey is used to missions , actions and tactics. When his sister finds him a new adventure he walks in the unknown to please her at first only to realise this new challenge might bring him something worth fighting for.

Ali loves her career but something is missing. Her friend Holly comes up with a way for her to meet men and that only gets the ball rolling and the fun begin. Harvey and Ali keep on bumping into each other unexpectedly and it only make their desire grow even more and their attraction more electrifying !

Unexpected Storms by Stacy Eaton and is the fourth book in The Unexpected Series and definitely worth reading if you love fun contemporary romances.
Ali always plays by the rules, but this time she wants something different so she decides to find a love match on a reality show, but things turn out differently than she ever imagined. Meeting Harvey was the best and worst thing in her life and not at all what she ever imagined love could be.
This story was so much fun and nothing like I've read before. I'm looking forward to reading more books in this wonderful series in the future.

I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

I am loving this series!! This book has Harv(Harvey), one of our resident bachelors at Safety Zone Security. He loves his little sister and would do anything for her, including being a contestant on her new show she's producing. Ali is a head chef at an exclusive restaurant who wants love but has had no luck thus far in the romance department, so why not participate in her friend's TV show about finding love through a dance, no talking aloud. Can she make the connection she's longing for? This book made me smile! I was rooting for them all the way!! I can't wait until book 5 comes out!

Ali does not have time to date so she goes on a dancing show to find a partner. Harvey fills in for one of the men who broke a leg and his sister asked him and of course he does. Harvey and Ali have chemistry right from the start but when she needs help when people from her restaurant start getting ill she hires a security firm and no other than Harvey shows up. This is a quirky story and it kept my interest and I enjoyed the story. The characters were great and believable not too over the top. Great book.

Oh how I loved this! As with the previous books in this series I found myself immediately immersed into the story and totally intrigued as to Holly’s favour of Harv and what a favour it was!!! I absolutely fell in love with both Harvey and Holly and found the idea of finding love with a complete stranger whilst dancing and not talking fascinating. Will Holly choose safe or sexy ? Read this and find out. A great romance whilst also throwing in some mystery and intrigue , you cannot go wrong with this series!

I really enjoyed "Unexpected Storms" by Stacy Eaton. This has been a fun series to read - having received a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review. Each book in this series seems to get better - the author is really finding her groove and I'm excited to see where we go next. This particular book is a fun blend of mixing the concept of a reality show with the ups and downs that her heroes struggle with being in a high risk security company.
Great read and a fun way to spend a long weekend afternoon cuddled up with a book.
Happy reading...enjoy!

What an interesting concept for a book. Ali wants to find someone but she really isn't a risk taker, but she decides to go on a dance show to find a match.
Harvey is a strong alpha who would do anything for his sister, include dancing on a show.
These two met before, literally running into each other.
While the attraction is strong Ali just can't risk it.
In addition to the romance, there is also a mystery. How or who is poisoning tge customers in Ali's restaurant?
This series has been wonderful. Each can be read alone.

It's a great story. I enjoyed the thought of sharing an intimate dance rather than a conversation. While unconventional, it really worked for this story. Some things were quite predictable. In fact necessary for the story to work out properly. While other things, such as the restaurant mystery, weren't apparent to me. The ending is well orchestrated.

Easy-to-read. Entertaining. Happily Ever After. Romantic. Scary. Steamy. Tear-jerker. Tragic. Twisted. Unpredictable. Whimsical. Wonderful characters.

I received a review copy of this book from a third party. This is my honest review.

Overall, I enjoyed this book. I loved the premise of finding a love match on a reality dance show. I really liked how Harvey and Ali's characters are fleshed out, and we have almost the entire book before we really get to see them as a couple. I struggled with portions of the way both Ali and Harvey interacted with each other and felt that some of the misunderstandings were hard to believe. I enjoyed so much of the rest of the story though, that I could overlook the annoying stupid decisions.
