ADHD: Get Organised; Manage Relationships; ADHD & Women : How to get organised with ADHD; How to manage relationships with ADHD; The prevalence and presentation of ADHD in Women — Suzanne Byrd; Narrator: Nikki Degado (Introduction + 18 titled chapters) Dec. 14-15, 2022
As I have been diagnosed with ADD, it was suggested I listened to this audiobook. It was informative, if not earth-shattering.
Most of the tips and suggestions I had heard of, and some of them I do use, but the point of view (POV) the author had about partners of ADD persons really helped me see my issue in a different light.
Really best for (older) women who have been only recently diagnosed with ADD who need quick tips to get them through. A lot of these I discovered on my own and/or have been doing them for years before I even knew I had ADD.
