Zen : 6th Patriarch HuiNeng's teaching

I personally fond of Zen and felt to be enlightened by reading this book, which is about HuiNeng’s teaching. The book’s original name is 6th Patriarch’s forum Classics, if word by word. However, the whole book tells about Zen, innerness practices, therefore, I decide to translate it by core spirit rather than word by word. It makes my translation difference from majority translation copies on market from beginning. I aims to share my experience of joy and enlightenment from book. I followed the memory I learn from this book and translated it as fun and enlightened as possible for secular readers rather than Dharma analysis and discussion for scholars. Master HuiNeng has been regarded as one of most outstanding patriarch in Buddhist world as he widespread and lead Buddhist to glory that Buddhist blossomed into five sections and seven branches after him, although he terminated to pass his cassock and announced no seventh patriarch. He smartly showed us that nothing is everything. It is really interesting to be touched by this kind of wisdom from time to time on the book reading. As far as HuiNeng’s concerned, his anecdotes present well examples for us, every secular, to how to carry on our practices to become a genuine self no matter if we stay in temple or at home, hairs-shaved or not, pure vegan or not…..untie our clings gradually, until one moment, you feel to be enlightened instantly.
