This book was pretty amazing just llike all the other books in the series that I have read. This one is the most exciting one that I have read. It is full of action suspense and it most definetly has some stuff that no one would expect coming. Everything in the books before this one leads up to the events that happen in this one.
First off it started off telling me where the characters were. For example Ryan was at the house, Vicki was on the way to a phsycologist with her principle and Judd was on his way to jail with his friend, and so on and so forth. It started out as a normal day when out of nowhere the Earth started to shake violently. All of the kids expected it because it had been in the bible but they had no idea when it was going to happen. When the earthquake happen Judd and Vicki were on the road, but they didn't get the worst of it. Vicki and her principle were stuck on a bridge when they saw the bridge collapse and cars plummet to the ocean below. When the car fell Vicki's principle froze. Late in the story Vicki described it like "she froze like a little kid". Vicki got out of the car safe and sound but she felt guilty for having to leave the principle in the car so she went back to get her but a tree branch had pierced her skull so Vicki continued on. Judd and his friend escaped the van with their handcuffs still on though and right before they could get to the gaurd with the keys the van exploded. They realized the had no chance of getting uncuffed, but they kept going.
Judd and his friend found a place to rest but right when they did a wall busted and they were swept away by a current. They found a tree to cling on to, but Judd's friend lost grip and fell into a crater. Soon after meteors started hitting the Earht and making huge holes. Ryan was stuck in the basment (which was now just mud), and he was stuck under a huge beam and water started to rushing into the room. Chaya and her father were trapped under beams of their house and they were arguing becase she changed her religion without her father knowing and he was pissed about it. Judd finally got out of the tree and the more he traveled the worse it got. He ran into a house and the people were hostile, until they figure out he was just trying to escape the "law" because they ran an underground railroad.
Chaya tried her hardest to explain to her dad that they could make it out if he agreed the Jesus Christ was his savior but he wouldn't listen to her. She kept blacking out but her father couldn't reach her. Ryan was stuck for a while until he sent his dog to go get help. Two men came back and pulled him out of the basement. They took him to a make-shift hospital and he got treated there but he was told that he would be paralyzed from the waist down but otheer than that he would be alright. Vicki found a friend and they tried to look for Ryan but they looked in all the wrong places. They never found him but Ryan did send all his friends a note. At the end Chaya ended up dying with her dead Mom's broach in her hand.
This book was the best but most depressing book of them all. The writer did an amazing job of adding scenes in at the right moment and making me feel like I was actually there at some points. Would I recommend this book to anyone? Yes because it will make you cry, but at the same time it will make you wonder what's gonna happen next.

This book was the most intense one in this series I have read yet. I was constantly on the edge of my seat and I still am. Jerry B. Jenkins is an incredible author that can make you feel the emotions the characters are experiencing. I ended up tearing up in the end!🥺 Great job Jerry B. Jenkins! =) ♥️As always Happy Reading♥️
Earthquake - 3 Stars So, I missed a lot between books, it would seem. Good thing each one starts with a recap since my library refuses to order the ones that are missing. *Grumble* It's still hard to believe that Bruce is dead. Where is the leadership? With the Young Trib Force scattered, it doesn't seem like they'd have much leadership even if he were alive. Chaya tried to reach her father, and though he'd disowned her for abandoning her Jewish faith, he was obviously heart-broken over her death. Maybe that's enough make him question his beliefs. I'm most worried about Ryan. His letter to Vicki was so sweet. He's matured so much. I wish he'd gotten a bigger role through the books. It seems like he was always left out of everything, and the sad part was, he sort of got used to it. Really hoping he lives.
As the title suggests, the ground is literally shaking throughout this twelfth entry in the series. As such, it is probably the most intense and involving volume so far. If you've read the series up to this point, you must continue with this one.
Content Concerns: Disaster violence and peril, which also involves characters getting injured and possibly killed. Like I said above, it's the most intense one yet.
I loved the book because I am a christian and it talks about the book of Revelation and how the great Wrath of the Lamb earthquake strikes the Earth and millions of people die and only those who believe in him may survive.I thought the book was really exciting, interesting, and sad because people die but it is a great book and I cant wait to finish the next.

This story immediately follows the events from the previous book. Vicki and Mrs. Jenness were together on their way to the GC Camp and she tries to tell her that Jesus Christ is real and that this is the wrath of the Lamb. Judd and Taylor are with each other because they were on their way to a re-education facility. Taylor finally comes to the realization that this was the wrath of the lamb. Darrion is with his father when the earthquakes happened then she was trapped with her father and getting a chance to witness with him. Taylor Graham had also died. Ryan was at home with Phoenix when it happened. Then in Chapter 3 Jesus sends fire from heaven in the form of meteors. Vicki is with a man who asks God to die and she tells him its a blessing you made it out alive and not harmed. He killed himself by jumping into a fire. Judd and Taylor Graham were trying to escape but Taylor lost hope in ever trying to get to safety. Lionel and Conrad continue to run for their lives and Lionel saves Conrad's life. Ryan was stuck in the house under drywall and plaster. Then he sees the fire coming down. These things came to pass as predicted in Revelation 8. Chaya then talked to her father about Jesus and how he will have mercy on him if he turned to him. After the stop of the Great Earthquake and the Wrath of the Lamb, the sun came back the sky was blue and everything was fine even the birds chirped. It was finally back to a beautiful Monday Morning. Judd went about his business/destination. Lionel and Conrad went to Chicago with each other. Chaya and her father both were hurt and they finally have a civil conversation and they decided to wait for help. Darrion was able to be freed due to limited police and dead people and make her way to Mr. Moore. Vicki watched as a woman's baby dies and is transferred to NCHS for a temporary morgue. Judd was moving along and found a house to stay at. Lionel and Conrad were cripple and Lionel got memory loss. He didn't know his name, any familiar areas or anything of that sort. Ryan trapped in the house and looks for help. Chaya talked about her studies at University of Chicago and common religious knowledge states that, Jews believe in the Christian Old Testament but the New Testament they reject due to the exile they had with God. For this reason her father wouldn't and still reject the message that "Jesus Saves!" Darrion ran to the church to try to find Donny but she didn't and ran to try to find someone she knew. Then, Vicki arrives at NCHS and informs everyone that Mrs. Jenness had died. Vicki and Darrion by the order of GC has to go to a shelter and the GC is suspicious of Darrion. Judd Meets a biker who is injured and he helps Judd get him. Lionel and Conrad continue to have a conversation about his past and Chaya tries to tell her father about "the gift" he has given us and how the situation they are in is planned. Vicki was informed that Ryan was safe and at the makeshift hospital. Judd talks to someone named Pete about the place he was when the rapture occurred. He helped him convert from the One World Faith to Christianity. Lionel still can't remember anything about his past and starts to fall for all of the Global Community stuff going on. Ryan is at the hospital trying to figure out what is going on. Ryan has a back infection and is paralyzed a little bit. Lionel made a poor choice, due to his amnesia he joined the GC group and is being deployed to Chicago. People helped saved Chaya and Mr. Stein and they found them both. Now, Chaya has died.

The Wrath of the Lamb unfolds as an earthquake rocks the entire world. Many lives are lost. So much danger and constant peril leaves many more people injured in the aftermath. The Young Trib Force is scattered and broken, without contact with each other. I hope they can reconnect in the next volume; looking forward to finding out what happens next.
I read the first book in the Left Behind series and this is the only other one I’ve picked up. I don’t know if it’s because this book focuses on and is geared towards young people, but this one was disjointed, scattered, and stilted.
So much happened in this book! It was all in one day. Vicki and her friends Shelly and Darrion are all alive. Shelly was hurt but not to bad. Lionel last his memory and doesn’t even know his name or his faith anymore. Judd is currently hanging for his life and Ryan might die.

I'm sorry, but the couple who's son just died tragically like an hour before is totally willing to give his clothes away immediately, and barely shows emotion? Maybe they're just in shock, but still, that section could DEFINITELY have been better written.
Chapter 6 of the New Testament's book of Revelation prophecies a global calamity in the End Times: "...and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black...and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to earth" (Rev. 6:12-13). What if all that were to really happen? This book dramatizes the global earthquake in a readable way. Also, in case a reader missed the first volume, there's a re-explanation of the Rapture (pages 99-101). The little novel also contains a bit of witnessing (pages 100-101, 108-110). A fast-paced read.
