Note: I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. This is a series, and it is recommended to read in order to understand each character's story. This is the first one in the series, so start with this one, thank you.
Trigger warnings: Sexual abuse, adult content (not suitable for young children), trauma, domestic abuse, infertility issues discussed, violence.
This book was an emotional rollercoaster to absorb while reading this one. Each main protagonist has their own difficult situations, Magnolia more-so with a difficult past and unable to live properly, I won't go into too much detail as it would spoil the book. But the way Magnolia and Landry overcome difficult situations to be with one another is superb, charming and sweet, and perhaps a motivator to anyone who doesn't believe in romance (such as I).
The writing is great, the plot is fast paced, and I am hooked from the start of the novel. I have never rooted harder for any characters more than Landry and Magnolia to overcome their battles and be with one another, it was that fantastic seeing their HEA.
This book tackles a lot of serious problems as well such as domestic abuse, marriages of troubles, infertility etc, problems that people face everyday which is dificult for them to manage. Thanks to this book, perhaps there will be more awarenesss and discussion of these topics and things will become easier for those who deal with such, everyday.
I am glad to have read this book and I hope the author continues to write more.
PS: I am excited for the next book in the series - some well deserved characters get their book and I am so here for it.

I LOVE Magnolia. She is feisty, she is a fighter, she is caring, she is supportive and she is one hell of a woman!
Magnolia’s past is heartbreaking, but she has the three best friends anyone could ask for. I seriously love this group of strong and feisty woman. They have become each other’s family and each other’s rocks from the moment they all met. Throughout Magnolia’s story you could see how protective each of them are and how they will always have each other’s backs. I have so much love for this girl gang!
With Magnolia’s past she kept to herself, she focused on her job as a nurse and running RISE with her best friends, until a man captured her attention and made her feel. Landry awakened something in Magnolia and you could feel her confidence continue to grow throughout the story. I loved Landry. He is supportive, caring and loving. “Delivered in Sin”—Nicole Rodrigues [5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️] This is the first book in the Sin and Secrets series, but I would highly recommend reading the prequel novella “RISE” before this to get a better understanding and background of the four main female characters that are part of this series. By day, Magnolia is a labor and delivery nurse, but at night she’s Madam Siren, exotic dancer at RISE, an exclusive gentleman’s club that she co-owns with her three best friends. Magnolia had a rough start; her family married her off at sixteen to an abusive and horrible man that she put up with for two years before she decided she had enough. She decided to take control of her life and leave and by eighteen, her family cast her off. Fast forward seven years later, Magnolia has the career she’s always wanted, along with the feeling of empowerment she has at RISE with her best friends. She thinks she’s broken beyond repair and not capable of having a loving relationship, that is until Landry steps foot in her life and things will never be the same. She keeps running into him and coincidentally one night he ends up in her club and completely changed her life without even knowing it. Landry was completely drawn to Magnolia from the first moment he saw her, and when fate keeps bringing them together, he’s determined to make her his. I loved this story so much and the amazing chemistry they had for each other. Magnolia was a total badass, taking control of her life and was finally allowing herself to feel love and Landry was the most caring and considerate man, and so determined to show Magnolia that she deserves love and happiness! I absolutely loved Magnolia and Landry! I read the prequel novella to this series, Rise: A Prequel Novella, so I was looking forward to Magnolia's story. Delivered in Sin picks up a few years after RISE left off, however time does not heal all wounds. Magnolia is still struggling to overcome a past that haunts her in this book. In some respects she is a very strong person, she has two established and thriving careers, and amazing home and great friends. In other ways she is dealing with the aftermath of her abusive ex-husband. We get to see both parts of her life, which I absolutely loved. We get to go on her path to healing, one that many women are familiar with, and see how she works to overcome past heartache. Her story is ultimately one of hope, healing and love. I look forward to the next story in the series.

I read the RISE prequel to this series and have been eagerly waiting for the novels to come out. Book One, Delivered in Sin, perfectly sets up this new series with Magnolia Giordano, a young woman who's given up on love but fate has a little something in store, nonetheless.
The RISE girls, as we see in the prequels, all have heartbreaking backstories which led them to banding together against a wicked man and creating the finest gentlemen's club in Atlanta--RISE. Magnolia (aka Madam Siren) and her friends built new and better lives with the money from RISE, have their dream homes and careers, and spend their free time helping other abused women. Magnolia's life is full and happy, more than she ever dreamed she'd get...until one Christmas where she meets Landry, a breathtakingly handsome computer software tech.
But love isn't so easy for Magnolia to accept. With her dark past, of course, it's hard for her to trust or open herself to anyone. As Madam Siren, she has a much easier time at first but that begins its own set of complications (trying not to spoil, as there are quite a few excellent plot twists and turns!). And her past doesn't seem willing to leave her alone, as seen by the occasional call from her horrible ex and the sudden appearance again of her brother, Luca, who she once adored until he betrayed her years ago.
Is love enough with so many dangerous and unpredictable forces surrounding Magnolia and Landry? I definitely recommend romance fans give this book a try and find out! There's something for everyone--steam, darkness, but also an aching sweetness in certain moments that anyone can appreciate. Magnolia is a fun heroine to follow and more awesome ladies and their adventures are on the way as this series continues!

This book was everything I was expecting and so much more. The story captivated me from page one and after reading the prequel Rise(which is a must read), I was desperately waiting to find out what these ladies have in store for them.
Delivered in Sin is the story of Magnolia or Madame Siren. This woman has gone through so much. Married at a young age of sixteen, Magnolia was in a relationship without love, that deeply affected her. After years of been free of that relationship, the scars that she carries are engrave in her soul. Thanks to her friends she has been able to survived but still she is not living a happy life. A nurse by day and a Madame by night, she is a successful woman but she still missing something.
Landry is really a breath of fresh air. That man is just wonderful and I'm totally swoon by him. When he mets Magnolia for the first time , sparks fly but Magnolia is not able to open up but when Landry mets Madame Siren those sparks become a flame that they are unable to turn off.
I loved seen who Magnolia and Landry overcome every obstacle they are throw in and how they are there for each other fitting like perfect puzzle pieces.
This story had everything I wanted in it. Passion, suspense, drama and ultimately love. And like the Phoenix a rise through the ashes.

After reading the prequel to this book I was really intrigued. Delivered in Sin is an amazing book to read. It does touch on the abuse Magnolia endured but we see her rise from the ashes. Magnolia goes on to become a nurse and Madam Siren, in a way I feel as though she has two personalities that is trying to become one. She still has periods where her demons come and haunt her but she does her best to over come them. Then we meet Landry who is a tech nerd and is drawn to Magnolia the first time he sees her. However, he also meets Madam Siren that he is drawn to as well. Little does he know that they are the same person. Siren lets go one night and it changes everything for Magnolia. Now, she has been on her own for a while after she got her divorce. She has Eden, Everleigh and Addison who have been with her through thick and thin. So its no surprise when they protect her. Some of it is funny. The character development of Magnolia over the course of the book is amazing. You see how she sheds layers of herself and learns more about her family. Also we learn that not only did Magnolia go through something so did Landry but not on the grand scale of her past. So they have challenges to over come. The question is can they over come them and learn to love again. You can feel everything in your bones as you read this story and it will rock you to your core. It is a great start in the sin and secrets series. I cannot wait to read the next book.

Fate and an undeniable connection brought these two together on a number of occasions. Their journey to love and a HEA was riddled with humour, secrets, suspense, action, love, swoon-worthy and Kindle melting moments, and a group of badass and sassy friends you would want standing by your side always!!

Book 1 of the Sin & Secret’s collection has me so pumped for the rest of the books, and gave me everything I was hoping for after reading the prequel. Nicole Rodrigues absolutely nailed Magnolia’s story. I don’t think I could have envisioned a better story line for Magnolia.
Her past is utterly heartbreaking, and she was broken, thankfully she’s always had her 3 best friends by her side no matter what. But then she meets a man, who makes her feel something she hasn’t felt in a long time. A few chance encounters, turns into one epically steamy night, and she can’t get Landry out of her head. Little does she know, he can’t get her out of his head either. When Magnolia’s past comes blazing into the present, Landry will stop at nothing to protect her, and neither will her 3 best friends.
Absolutely amazing. Nicole Rodrigues is an author I know is going to deliver one heck of a story, and she delivered for Magnolia and Landry. Their chemistry is off the charts, and not just in the bedroom. The way that they care for each other is beautiful and inspiring. And the relationship between the 4 girls, is the type of friendship that every girl hopes for. Best friends that have your back no matter what, and are sisters by choice. Every part of this story was perfect, and I’m even more excited for the next 3 books!

Oh my gawd!!!! What a great way to start of the series! Delivered in Sin is a direct follow up to the prequel novella Rise! I loved loved loved this book! Literally gushing over here!!
Everything about Magnolia and Landry’s story was to die for! I loved how bashful she was as Magnolia but Madame Siren took the show! It was all about her and everyone knew it! She really made something of herself when her family was Smokey against it all.
Secrets are still being kept, lives are still in turmoil but at least they are determined to get their HEA!
These women are all so powerful and rose above it all. I absolutely adore the relationship they have with each other as well as including others.
Everleigh had me dying with laughter because she reminds me of myself...always wanting to cut somebody💁🏾♀️she delivered plenty of laughs!
This is only the beginning to yet another great story. I can’t wait to see who is up next and get lost in their world too!

Magnolia is a survivor. She and her three friends have overcome horrible circumstances, together. As a unit, they reclaimed what others tried to steal, and opened a wildly successful gentlemen’s club, all the while pursuing the careers of their dreams.
This is Magnolia’s story.
Magnolia and Landry keep meeting, fate getting involved with this coupling. The beauty in Landry is that even though an alpha, especially in the bedroom, he is not intimidated by this strong kick butt woman. This story is full of mystery and intrigue, romance and of course the steamy stuff that melts our kindles. Great story! Great romance! Great girl power book!

The magnolia symbolizes longevity and perseverance. I don’t know if the author knew this but this describes my girl to a T! Magnolia had a rough marriage but she still here and even stronger! A magnolia can also represent feminine sweetness and beauty. Which I think is how I felt every moment reading the story! Nolia may have been sweet but Madame Siren is in charge and luring sailors to their peril with that voice and body! I feel like I’m rambling because there’s so much to say but I don’t want to give anything away! 😩😩😩 Landry was the most amazing leading man ever! Right from the beginning I fell in love with him and I knew he was exactly the type of man to heal Nolia. I absolutely love the book it is due out December 13 and I highly suggest you go get it!

The prequel was heartbreaking and to see the four women back on their feet and in charge made me so happy.
Magnolia is free and back on her feet being a delivery nurse by day and a badass Siren by night. She’s in no way healed from her past experience but she’s coping.
When she and Landry keep bumping into each other and their chemistry is beyond words she’s swept off her feet.
Her past won’t keep her down but she’s not totally free because she’s caught in a web of lies about her family and her previous husband. But she’s not alone any more and the relationship she has with her sisters and her new boyfriend is giving me so much hope for the future.
I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

This is a good book, pretty interesting story, easy to read. Not much my style maybe as I found myself feeling bored halfway through. There's a lot of "secrets" going on around that I feel are meant to draw the reader in, but it felt like too much was going on while almost nothing gets resolved, which left me with a funny after taste.
I don't know how to explain it.
Pretty smutty, a little over my taste maybe, but it's pretty well written and original, I liked that.
As a pole dancer, I can't lie, I wanted more pole. I wanted to see that side of the story (which is why I picked the book). I also found a few things that didn't make much sense in the pole dancer department, which was a little disappointing.
Will probably pick up the next book in a while and see how that one goes!

In this story she finds her strength to continue on and she find the love of her life.

Wow! I am totally lost for words... this was just utterly amazing.. I have been hooked since the moment i read the prequel Rise and i was not disappointed with the continuation of Magnolia's story, my heart is still racing from the high i was on reading this and the catalogue of emotions it took me on (I'm an in depth reader so i truly feel the emotions in a great book)

This book is romantic, exciting, suspenseful, and one of a kind.
I loved Magnolia's sweetness and strength. Broken heroines are always a go-to for me.
Landry was perfection. Sweet, gentle, funny, and so swoony (everything I expect from Swoon-Queen Nicole Rodrigues.)
This book is the first in our Sin and Secrets collection. A great start to this continuation series.
I'm excited to read Kali's book next.

I finished this book in one sitting it was that amazing! Books where rhe main character was abused in a previous relationship can be hard to read but I personally love how rewarding and uplifting the book actually is. Magnolia's story was hard at times to read but her and Landry's story was beautiful. I loved them together and I loved how protective Magnolia's friends were over their relationship! Highly recommend!!

Magnolia & Landry have a slow build up . Once they get together, there is no stopping there love for one another. Landry was so supportive of Magnolia & all of the baggage she carried. Magnolia rose from the ashes of her past & became a women she could be proud of . This book is part of a series. There are 3 more . This does have a cliffhanger.

Magnolia Giordano is a nurse by day and Madam Siren but night. She is a confident take no crap women as Madam Siren and a women who isn't sure of herself as Magnolia. However, when a confident man crosses her path several times and she gets pregnant, that is when her life begins to get interesting (in the best way). Landry is a sexy nerd and he worships Magnolia. Once he finds out she is pregnant he has a moment (complete dick move) but after he realizes that he was wrong.
Landry and Magnolia are amazing together and the interaction with the other girls is amazing and funny as hell. This was a sweet and interesting book to read, a real page turner.
The story of the sister is only beginning and I cant wait to read the next one.

This book takes you on an emotional rollercoaster ride of emotions. Magnolia has had it rough and she is finally finding herself. Landry shows her that she is attractive and loveable. Magnolias journey of finding herself and living through her family's crazy is a ride you don't want to end.

What a great story by Nicole. From the moment I started reading this, I wanted to know more. Landry is amazing and patient, and I wanted him all to myself. There are some questions that were left unanswered, so I can't wait to read the next books to figure out the giant mystery!

Delivered in Sin was everything I hoped it could be and more. I loved Magnolia’s story. Landry and Magnolia’s story was sexy along with giving you all the emotions. I loved the way the girls of RISE were a family and had each other’s back. I can’t say enough about Landry. He loved Magnolia no matter what she did. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

For those of you who may not know, this is a multi author collaboration - Kali Brixton, Shanna Swenson, Cara Wade and Nicole Rodrigues. The series evolves around four best friends who have been through hell and back and are stronger women for it.
Delivered in Sin is Magnolia’s story and it was a sweet, sexy and oftentimes sad one. Married off at sixteen to a horrible man, she never fully recovered from the traumatic events of her abusive marriage. With her friends help she survived and thrived in almost all aspects of her life except one, love.
The four girls are successful businesswoman. Owning and running a high class and very exclusive gentleman’s club. Not only do they run it, they are also its star performers.
Landry and Magnolia meet and it’s instant chemistry. Landry and Madame Siren (Magnolia’s club persona) meet, and it’s instant chemistry as well. Landry proves that he is the man for her, because he figures out, that they are one and the same. Watching Landry and Magnolia overcome all the obstacles standing in their way and pursue each other, made this an unputdownable read.
Magnolia’s story was not an easy one to read and my heart went out to her, but Landry, Landry was perfect.
