G. T. has nailed another beautiful story.
Roger and Amanda have a beautiful marriage.
Her language class includes a brazen young man - Andrew!
From here the plot develops.
Layla is Amanda’s best friend who helps twist the plot.
Roger relishes his role as Amanda and Andrew begin to date.
Amanda loves being able to enrich her life with Roger while dating Andrew.
The plot has several delightful twists.
Full of angst and delicious character studies.
If you enjoy lifestyle stories this is a must read.
It is a rather dark love affair.

Some men are natural cuckolds
I really enjoyed this book. I can relate to Roger. No matter how hard he denies it to himself, he is extremely turned by the thought of Amanda with another man. Some men are natural cuckolds, whether they want to be or not. I loved the transformation of Amanda, how she changes from sweet loving wife to a true Alpha woman. My favorite thing about this book though was the cuckold angst of Roger and how he is put in his place when the time comes.

Phew...
Not sure what to make of this, not sure if I liked the storyline, not sure if I liked how it turned out. Don't get me wrong, superbly written book, it was very heavy on the cuckolding but I just couldn't get the husband,.such a wimp, needed a kick up the proverbials. The wife kept saying how much she loved her husband but treated him with such disdain, it was obvious that when a more alpha male came along, she'd be off! If you're into husband's being totally humiliated then this book will be right up your street.. Nice one G.T.

I going to be a bit of an outlier from those who’s reviews I generally rely on. I thought this was a very “nice” story, with “nice” characters, a “nice” cuckolding and a “nice” conclusion.
Outside of the cuckolding, there’s really very little. Amanda is on a summer break from teaching Grade 2. We hear nothing of how else she fills her day. We hear nothing of Roger’s work life. There’s almost no mention of family or other friends. Roger doesn’t seem to be good at anything, particularly sex, and he’s a zero when it comes to romance. But then again, Amanda doesn’t have any stellar qualities when it comes to marriage.
I didn’t feel much emotion from anyone. I did find the “in your face” humiliation a little harsh, but Roger got off on it. There was a very funny scene where Amanda’s BFF tortures Roger in a store. But then again, there was no follow-up on what was a genuinely embarrassing scene for poor Roger.
I was left wondering what the couple, Roger and Amanda, ever saw in each other. I suspect they started living together and thought that marriage was the next step without really thinking about it.

Amanda is a teacher and during the summer break starts Spanish classes to try and improve her communication with her pupils.
It is at these classes she meets and begins a friendship with hunk construction foreman Andy.
Fully aware that she is a married woman, Andy still asks Amanda out. Taken by surprise and flattered she fails to say no.

"Be careful what you wish for" is a typical plot line in cuckold erotica and Risk Rewarded is no exception.
The story was well paced, with a good balance of sex and story. The hot wife and bull were well developed characters; and their progression from classmates to lovers to the ultimate reward was well described. Alas, I wish the same could be said about the husband and wife's best friend. The friend came across as one dimensional, without much background; and the husband's state of mind as he risked relationship in danger could have been explored with more depth. Nonetheless the pacing of the story, and the evolution of the wife and bull's relationship, kept me turning the page, and I look forward to reading more G.T. Michaels' work.

Sometimes it Goes too Far
Although sketchy editing makes you slow down to figure out what's being said, Risk Rewarded is a classic cuckold novel...that goes to the extreme.

This is the story about how Andy met a beautiful woman, Amanda, taking an adult Spanish class, liked her and asked her out. The fact that she was married seemed worth the risk. From there the relationship blossoms as they start dating ultimately with the approval of husband Roger. Falling first in lust and then in love, how will this affect the marriage? Was this a risk worth taking? Look for the HEA ending. Well written, lots of hot scenes.
