Pacific Northwest author L.L. Frost writes urban fantasy and paranormal romance with snarky characters and descriptive world-building. Whether she's writing a fast burn romance about witches, wolf shifters, and vampires, or teasing a slow burn romance while hunting demonic monsters, her passion is for character driven novels.
Growing up in a rainforest gave L.L. Frost plenty of time to daydream while spending cozy days under a blanket with her cats by her side. Sipping tea or chugging coffee, you can find her with a book or laptop in hand, imagining new worlds.

WTF just happened!!?? That ending was heartbreaking 😠😭😠😭😠😭😠😭!! Why!!??!!?? Good God's I really hate Cassandra and I am not to happy with the guy's. I really need the next couple of book's. Also, Adie really needs a win because she is just getting hit left and right non stop. So I am hoping that the next book she gets fixed, and kills Cassandra and maybe leaves the guy's for a bit because that ending was not ok. Are we going to be able to see little destruction/Adie babies soon because I am all for them having some. But yeah the guys need to be punished, Adie needs a win, Cassandra and Victor need to die, and we need more Tac!!
Attacked is the fourth book in L.L. Frost’s Succubus Undone installment of her Succubus Harem serial. This book picks up where the last installment left off with Victor Hesse killing Julian. The human police are now involved and only making a muck of things. Adie is still starving because of the curse carved into her and with each passing day the need for her men only grows. With plan A no longer possible, Adie now has to turn to Flint…and the bottle that he holds. Attacked is one of the more somber of the books in this series. The pace is well done, but there is little happiness in this book. Things just go from sad…to even sadder. All of the characters are struggling with what has happened and are trying to come to terms with while they are also searching for answers. A nasty twist at the end brings a revelation that few could have really seen coming. I literally turned the page wanting to know how things were going to fall out only to discover…I’d have to wait. LOL! I nearly howled. I hate to say it but once again…I’m disappointed in Adie. I understand her pain and her loss, but I don’t like that she takes some of those feelings out on Philip. He tried to do his part, but what was he supposed to do when Julian decided to take matters into his own hands and handle Philip? Her wanting to hold him responsible and “seek revenge” is just petty and childish. I’m rating this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. This story is gripping and I enjoyed reading it. I just need Adie to stop being childish so often. The mood is somber and dark, but it really is hard to put down.
The unthinkable has happened. Victor killed Julian right in front of Adie. So much for the council and their protection. And his body didn't disappear. Now human authorities are involved and Adie's plans to link with Julian are gone. The bottle is looking like her only option. But what about her demons?
I'm upset. I am way too invested in Ms. Pond. I'm worried about the monster within. I'm concerned about Dreamland and the baku, and I am very upset with the information her demons withheld. Of all the clauses, this is the worst, and they allowed Adie to be blindsided by the enemy. Cowards. They had best find a way to fix this and to make it up to her. Trust is now an issue. I need the next installment now! Not that I am impatient...
Holy Hell!! This one was horrible! The heartbreak of what Victor Hesse did to Julian, Kellen being targeted by the police and now Cassandra!!! Poor, poor Adie. How could her demons let this happen? The next month of waiting is going to be torturous.
Dealing with the aftermath and trying to come to terms in a way Adie goes about trying to find a way to protect her demons and deal with whatever is inside her. Left to some less than desirable but necessary measures. Of course stuff can't just go as planned and Frost leaves us yet again with a cliff hanger begging for more!
Great job as always, each book leaves the reader impatient for the next one. I’ve read the entire series so far, and am looking forward to seeing how Addie solves this new problem.
Why do I do this to myself every month??? I want to cry with Adie. I can't handle this suspense. I love it though. You are great at keeping me coming back for more.
